Case Closed Chap 1 The Story Unfolds

"Shiho, we need to get out of here some how!" you cried. "I know, Alarie, just be patient, we'll think of something." "Yeah...hey what's that up there?" You and Shiho look up and see a ventilation shaft. "Might as well try it," Shiho says, "Rather that than be executed." You bend down and let Shiho get ontop of your back. You get up gently while she shifts her feet so that they're on your shoulders. "Just a little higher." You then hear a *click* and suddenly feel her getting off your shoulders. She lets down her hand to help you up into the vent. "Luckily there weren't any guards." you comment. "Yet." Shiho remarked. As you two crawl through the ventilation shaft you look down to see where your headed. You bump into Shiho, who, for some reason stopped. You hear another *click* and see her lowering herself. "What are you doing?" you ask. "I need to get the poison I made so that the organization can't use them anymore. Here take one in case we need to make a fast getaway. Hopefully no one will see us if we do take one though." You and Shiho already knew that that poison 'shrank' people instead of killing them. Luckily no one else did. "Be careful, if Gin or Vodka see us we can be considered dead." Shiho says. You help her climb back up into the shaft and move on. You get to the entrance of the building and as you exit out the back alley way door, Gin and Vodka just happen to notice you. "Looks like we got ourselves a couple of escaping rats." Gin says. Gin is a tall man in all black, and has a black hat on his head. He has blonde hair and eyes that would give anyone nightmares for weeks on end. Vodka was shorter but also wore all black including a pair of sunglasses. Well since I haven't asked a singal question yet, what are you thinking?

I wonder if I took the poison....
Gin pulls out a gun and you hear Shiho shout "RUN!" You both run in the opposite direction of Gin. He shoots the gun and it happens to hit Shiho in the arm. He shoots again and it hits her in the leg. Now unable to run, she seems pretty helpless. You see what's going on and run over to her and help her up. Luckily you were near the corner of a building and turned the corner. You turned another corner and hid behind a dumpster. You put the poison in your mouth, as did Shiho with whatever strength she had left in her. You feel as though your bones are melting. You soon pass out and when you reawaken you notice that the poison had worked. You had shrunk! You look over at Shiho and noticed that she had too. You gently push her to awaken her. "What is it?" she asks in a completely different tone of voice. "The poison worked." you said also in a completely differen't tone of voice. You get up, as does she, and walk out of the alleyway. "Why would they just give up on us like that?" Shiho asks. "Dunno..." "I believe Shinichi is now in child's form too." Shiho says. "We should probably head to his house and see if anyone's there at all." she also states. You two walk off to Shinichi's house and when you get there you see it seems as if no one's home. You try what Shinichi did the first time he shrunk and tried to unlock the gate. You hear a sudden explosion and see an old man on top of some crumpled bricks, which used to be part of the wall. What are you thinking?
Who is this old man?

W...what the heck just happened?
You two run over to him and ask at the same time "Who are you old man?" He looks up at you questioningly and says his name. "I am Dr. Agasa, if your looking for Shinichi I must say he is out right now." "Uh-huh sure he is." Shiho said sarcastically. "Come on Doc I know what has really happened to him, he's been shrunk just like my friend and me right here." Dr. Agasa looks at you surprised and then in disbelief. "We were! Look if you want proof I have some here with me." Shiho takes out the case and opens it up revealing some pills. "And what is this?" Dr. Agasa asks. "Its the poison that made Shinichi shrink, I created the poison and now I need to speak to him." Again Dr. Agasa looks at you surprised and then says, "Well, alright, I'll let you stay here tonight, but tomorrow I'm going to call Shinichi over here and ask him if it's the same poison." You stay there the night and the next morning Dr. Agasa calls Shinichi to his lab. "What is it Doc?" he asks as he walks in the door. He stops dead once he sets his gaze upon you and your friend. "Who are they?" "They claim to know about that poison that made you shrink. Go ahead and show him." Shiho opens a case while Dr. Agasa asks, "Is that it?" Shinichi stares at it in disbelief. "Th...that's it!" He says and takes a couple steps backwards, "But how?" You explain every detail to him and at the very end he says, "I get it now. So what are you going to do with them Doc?" "Well, Ai (that is now your friends name: Ai Haibara) will stay with me and make an antidote. But Aralaya (which is your new name unless I decide that I don't like it and change it) I was hoping could stay with you, Ran, and Kogoro." "What?!" Conan (which is Shinichi's kid name) asks. "Its hard enough keeping me around for Kogoro, I doubt he'll let another kid stay." "I'm not just a normal kid you know." you say giving him the death glare. (Oh and how can I help you Icetail against evil cows if I'm the one pitting them against you? Muwhahahaha) "Well we can ask I guess." Conan states. What are you thinking?

*sigh* why can't I just stay with Ai?
As if they'll let me stay at their house. They have enough to worry about with this pain in the neck
You and Conan get to Ran's house and walk up the stairs. "WHAT!" Kogoro yells. "Are you crazy? We don't need another kid around here, one is enough." Since your very well at making up stories you sweet talk him into it by saying, "My parents died in a plane crash and since everyone knows you as the world-renowned Kogoro Mouri I thought that you'd let me stay." Kogoro gets a guilty face on him while your smiling in the back of your mind while trying to force tears out of your eyes. "Well....I guess it'll be alright. But do you have any other relatives that will take care of you after a while?" "My only living relative is my grandfather, but he's a witch. I wouldn't want to live with him even if it meant dying." "I guess....it will be alright then. All I need you to do Conan is to take care of her, and keep her out of the way of any of my cases, got that?" "Yes, sir." Conan gives an innocent smile. Ran walks in and asks who you are. You tell Ran about your parents dying in a plane crash and how your going to live there. "That's nice." she answers. "We're going to go out for a little while." Conan says from out of no where. He practically drags you down with him and when you get out of the building you ask what that was for. "We should probably go and see Dr. Agasa about your school arrangements." You walk to Doctor Agasa's lab and ask about school. "Ah, don't worry I've got that all under control." he answers. You will be starting tomorrow and will be in Conan's class, both of you will be." I'm ending it here because its rather long.
