Slowly, you opened your eyes. Even though your vision was very blurry, you could see how bright it was.
"This... this isn't right..." You mumbled to yourself. How could you still exist? How are you still alive? If anything, you should be in darkness. But definitely not here. You sat up, and blinked a few times to clear your vision. A bed? You were on a bed? How could that be? You tried to think back, sorting out your memories to see if this was possible.
"Organization XIII..." "If the subject fails to respond..." "Who is this kook?" "Use agression to liberate his true disposition..." "Dance, water, dance!" "Come back to us..." "You incompetent fool!" "... A wimp like you..." "That's right! No hearts!" "...Don't be mad...!" "I bet you can't even fight...!" "Silence, traitor." "Come on, keep to the beat!" "...I blew it again..." "No way!"
Nope. Absolutely nothing that could have brought you here. You glanced around the room, examining it. Right behind this bed, there was a large window. You assumed that outside of it was a backyard, and a very plain one. It had an apple tree growing next to the white fence surrounding the yard, and a basketball court. It looked like the grass hadn't been cut for quite some time. You noticed how sunny it was. You missed the sun. It was never sunny in The World that never Was. Infact, it was always night time there. It was cloudy on the day you visited Hollow Bastion, and you couldn't even see the sky in the Underworld.
The blanket covering the bed was blue, and was designed with lots of bubbles. The pillow your head was on had a pillowcase to match the blanket. The carpet on the floor was deep blue, and the walls were plain and white. On the left side of the bed there was a wooden desk with a chair in front of it, and a computer. On the right side there was a small dresser with a lamp on it, and a vase with blue daffodils on it. ((Can daffodils be blue...? O.o Anyways...)) One thing that caught your eye was the photo laying on the desk. There was a girl, about 13 years old, with short black hair that reached her chin. She had deep maroon colored eyes, and was wearing a black t shirt that said, 'Come over to the Dark Side... We have Cookies!' in white letters. She was wearing blue jean shorts, and black sneakers with white laces. Next to her, there was a boy, around the same age. He had messy, dirty blond hair, and uneven bangs that covered parts of his eyes, which were a dark aqua color. Almost green. He was wearing a baggy, navy blue t-shirt, khaki shorts, and sandels. Curiously, you lifted up the photo and stared at it. "...Me...?"

Suddenly, you hear the doornob twisting. You look up in time to see a girl with black, shoulder length hair, and maroon eyes...

Stepping into the guest room, where she'd put him a few months ago, she was expecting another day of reading and talking to his sleeping form. But, when she saw him awake, staring at the picture of them together she took out a day ago, she nearly dropped her sandwhich.
"You... You're... awake..." she mumbled. All this time, she wondered what to say when He woke up, but now... She couldn't seem to find any words. "D-Dyme! You're finlly awake!" She cried out after a moment of silent, blinking back tears. 'Pull it together, Rei!' she told herself. Before she even knew what she was doing, she tackled Dyme into a bone-crushing hug. "Gah!" Dyme, obviously suprised, fell back, hitting his head against the bed post. "AH! I'm sorry! So sorry!" she exclaimed, letting go. "Are you okay?" With one hand on the area he hit, Dyme crawled (More like a crab walk... XD) away, slowly. "Um, yeah, I think so, but--" he was cut off as he managed to trip, or slip, over his long cloak thing. He fell back, yet again, but this time he ended up hitting the corner of the desk. This caused him, in shock, to roll off the bed and onto the floor. Rei sat there and watched with wide eyes, and blinked a few times. Then, she giggled to herself. "That's Dyme, alright!" she murmured, smiling. Dyme stood up, wabbled a bit, but then stood up straight. "I have some quiestions for you!" he said, trying to sound tough. Rei couldn't help but giggle. His face dropped a bit. "Heeey! You're laughing at me! I mean, um... This isn't funny." Rei looked him straight in the eyes.
"Yeah. Nice try, Skippy. I have my own questions to ask, if you don't mind!" Dyme had this confused look on his face.
"Um.. Alright...?" He said in an unsure tone.
((I'm switching to typing in Second person again. XD Its anoyying typing, "She" all the time. XD))
"Alright. We can take turns. First off, where have you been?! That day two years ago... I saw the heartless take your heart myself! And then... I was in Traverse Town for a bit... I was so scared, I wondered, "What happened to home? What happened to everybody else? I thought you were gone forever, Dyme!" you cried out, going from happy to sad in an instant. Dyme seemed at a loss for words.
"Home..." he mumbled to himself.It was the last thing he wondered about, before he faded away. 'I wonder... what home was like...' was his final thought before darkness, and before waking up here.
You closed your eyes. "Yeah... I lived in Traverse Town for about a year or so. I was beginning to become depressed. My family, friends, home... It was all gone. Some nice people there, in Traverse Town, i mean. They explained what happened to 'my world'. That it was swallowed by the darkness... And about the heartless, too. I didn't think there was hope form me, until that kid with the Key came. Sora, I think it was? I never spoke to him, but I remember hearing something about restoring the worlds..." You sighed, and looked at Dyme. He seemed lost in thought. "I wonder... I wonder if I should tell her the truth..." he said softly. "What was that?" you asked, tilting your head. "N-Nothing!"

[Demyx PoV.. Oh crap! I wan't supposed to say that! >.>]
"Dyme, huh..." you though. A flashback to when the Organization's Superior asked you what he asked everyone else. 'Do you remember your true name?' he had asked. you replied with an uneasy 'No...', which was true. You didn't remember much of anything from when you had a heart. Of course, bits and pieces came to you in dreams, but they were very vague. You were certain this girl was in quite a few of them. 'Her name... What was it...?' You wondered silently to yourself. "Rei?" you whispered.
"Hm?" she seemed to hsve snapped out of a daze, telling you that you were right.
"How... How did I get here?"
"Ah. I should be asking you the same thing, Mister!" Her eyes went from sad, to playful. "I come home from school one day, and there you are! Laying on my front steps! You gave my sister a heart attack! Not me, though. I was so happy. Sure, you looked different, I mean, how DO you get your hair like that? Anyways, I knew it was you! You didn't have a pulse, but you were breathing. I didn't know what to do, so I took you into the guest room. You've been out for like... a month! I thought you were never going to wake up, but then today... Oh, look, here I am rambling about me... I wanna know what's happened to YOU! Gone for two years, and suddenly showing up! I don't understand, I mean, your heart was taken because of me..." she gave you a sad smile.
"I... I don't think I can tell you..."
"What? What do you me--"
"I'm sorry!" you tried to sound sincere, but it was hard without 'emotions'.
"But... You're my best friend... Don't... Don't I have the right to know?" She asked you softly, with a saaaad look in her eyes.
"I... I don't think you'd understand!"
"Who are you?"
"W-what?" she stared at you suspiciously.
"The Dyme that I know ALWAYS cracked under pressure!"
"Of-Of course I'm Demyx-- I MEAN DYME! Of course I'm Dyme!! Eh.. heh...?"

You stared at Dyme, a bit confused. "What? Demyx?" You were about to quiestion him more, but you heard a scream ((OMG~! It had CREAM here! *sob* I need to do a better proofreading job...)) coming from the front yard. "Ah! Sis?!" you tuned an ran out of the room.

You wondered if you should follow her. 'I should probably stay right here! I mean, I just woke up in a random person's bed, right? Thats really creepy. I mean, yeah, she seems to know me, but... I should go back to the Organization. Not that anyone probably missed me. Don't think I had any friends there. But... Whats the point? No heart.'
You were snapped out of your thoughts when you heard Rei yell. "What ARE those?!" Then something occured to you. "What... What if?" you decided to check it out, running out of the room. Not realizing that the hallway's floor was wood, and you didn't have your boots on. This combination caused you to slip and collide with the wall. "Ah!" Ignoring the pain and the fact that you're a total clutz, you went sown the hallway torwards where the door of the house was wide open. Your suspicions were correct, as you saw some of your Dancer Nobodies skating around.

You were trying your best to defend yourself against the... things. whatever they were. They didn't look at all like heartless. You barely dodged a kick that one sent you. You saw Dyme standing by the doorway. "AH! Dyme, what are you--" you were cut off by one of the creatures taking you by the legs, causing your face to collide with the ground, and twirling you around in the air. You shut your eyes tightly when it let go and sent you flying. "GYAH!" You shrieked, preparing for pain. When you did fly into something, it wasn't quite what you expected. No pain. You felt arms wrap around you, and who ever they belonged to fell back, as anyone would when someone flies into them. Finally having enough nerve to open your eyes,you saw black. You looked up to see Dyme's face, looking quite pale. "Ah! You've saved me again!" You exclaimed, trying to be playful. You gazed at the things from before, and noticed they'd completely stopped. "What?" You mumbled in awe. Dyme sighed. He snapped his fingers, and the creatures disappeared. Your eyes widened.
"Ah. I'm not going to get out of this without an explanation, am I?" Dyme asked,
"Nope. Now can you let go of me?"
"Oh! Um, right!" Demyx nodded furiously, and let go. (How totally cliche of me! XD)
"I see he woke up."
"Oh, Miu! Are you okay?" You asked her, standing up. Everyone says Miu looks just like you. She did, really, only she looked older, (Cause she WAS older. XD) had longer hair, and you grew to be taller than her.
Miu completely ignored you. "You. I knew you were trouble, suddenly showing up out of no where. Those things weren't anywhere else but here. Funny how they pop up the day you wake up?"
"Miu! Calm down!" you yelled, but you were asking the same question yourself. You looked at Dyme, who avoided eye contact.
"Well..."
