"Well, fine! If you think that I'm not important as yourself, then I won't ever speak to you again!" The furious brunette stood ferociously in front of the boy with my darker brown hair than her own. The boy growled back at the girl, although his hear told his frantically to stop.
"If you think that I should never pay attention to any of my friends, then I'll never even look at you again," he shouts back, baring his sharp teeth.
"I never said you couldn't talk to them! You were completely ignoring me! You didn't even introduce me to the raven haired boy!"
"Oh, so you want to be with him instead? Okay, fine I'll even recommend for him to fuck you!"
"You bastard, how could you say such a thing!"
"Oh babe, I have a lot more where that came from!"
"What the hell happened to the times where you used to call me Hunny and Baby Girl? Where the hell did you put that guy?"
"It's over. I'm not speaking to you anymore."
"Kiba, wait I don't-"
"Save it for someone who gives a shit Miyako."
The last thing that boy saw of the girl were her depressed, soft brown eyes staring at his back as he walked out of her life.

"Who the hell would call this late at night Kiba?" A young raven-haired girl asks, still sleeping. Kiba rolls over away from the girl and grabs his cell phone, looking at the I.D. His heart almost stops at the name and he hurriedly puts the phone on silent before it announced the name. Although it probably wouldn't actually say the girl's name, but Kiba's paranoia had recently spiked.
"Ugh, let me see what this guy wants. Just go back to sleep Ayame," Kiba says roughly, blinking the sleep from his eyes as he hurries into the next room. Kiba hears the pattering feet of Akamaru following him slowly, the dog quite sleepy himself.
"Hello?" Kiba asked quietly, putting as much distance as he could between his bedroom and himself. He ended up going out onto the balcony of his new apartment as he heard some kind of muffled murmur on the other end.
"K-Kiba?"
"Miyako? Baby girl, why are you calling me so late?"
"I'm tired of this Kiba-kun. Sasuke is nothing like you and everything he does, I compare to you. I only went to him because of how much you hated the guy. Make it stop," the soft voice whispers, her voice shaking from what Kiba guessed was tears.
"Are you alright? Are you crying Miya? Tell me what you need, I'll do anything," Kiba says, his head buzzing with the thought of being close to Miyako once again.
"I can' stop thinking of you Kiba. Everything that day was wrong, we were wrong, what went wrong that made everything so wrong?" Miyako rambles, something Kiba loved dearly about her.
"Miya, my... girl... is in my room. Do you want me to meet you at the place? Our old place," Kiba suggests, torn apart by hearing this girl's desperate attempt to move on without any luck. He wasn't sure if he was happy by the fact she was trying to make herself happy, or depressed by the fact she was trying to move on in the first place.
Then again, Kiba had tried that same damn thing.
"It's funny Kiba, you're even haunting my dreams."
"I was dreaming about you too... I'll be there in five minutes tops."
"Hurry..."
That soft word haunted Kiba's mind as he jammed his phone into his khaki shorts, thanking Kami he had the make out session with Ayame so his shirt wasn't on. It so hot, he could've fried an egg on some rock and brought it for Miyako to eat when he finally saw her for the first time in one and a half months.
"Stay here and watch Ayame," he whispers to Akamaru as the dog looks up at him from the place he had been waiting quietly the whole time. He gives a quiet bark before retreating back into the apartment.
Jumping from roof to roof, tree to tree, and finally rock to rock, Kiba ended up at a valley with wildflowers at the bottom of a very small hill, rocks surrounding the secluded area.
Listening to the quietness around him, he hears a muffled sob and he darts to it, a small form curled up against a rock in front of him. The moon shone down upon the distressed form, making the girl look like a fallen angel. Everything was silent except for the distant sound of a running stream and a miniscule weep every so often.
Sitting down, Kiba took Miyako in his arms and gathered her onto his lap. He nuzzled her neck as she cried and soothed her shaking being, rocking her slowly.
"W-Why did this happen Kiba? Why am I with Sasuke and you with Ayame? Why didn't we move on?" Miyako mumbles into his bare chest, warm tears, falling down his stomach. Kiba just rubs her back and looks down at her, giving her a toothy grin.
"Why haven't we admitted the truth yet," he whispers in her ear. She looks up at him with a little more courage and he pulls her tighter against him.
"It's really good to hear your voice saying my name. It sounds so sweet coming from the lips of an angel. Hearing those words, it makes me weak," Kiba sings quietly, remembering the days when Miyako's father would sing that to both of them after they trained. He had said he wrote it for Miyako's mother when he met her, being the songwriter he was.
"Never want to say goodbye..." Miyako sings along, snaking her hands around his neck. Her head softly falls onto his shoulder and he places his hand on top of hers.
"Kiba... I think I know why now... I know why you're all I think about," Miyako says and Kiba feels her smile onto his shoulder. She brings her head up and looks him in the eyes, her own dazzling in a knowing kind of way.
"Yeah? You're figuring it all out?" Kiba says jokingly, although his heartbeat has considerably quickened as he noticed how nervous she was making him. Looking into her eyes right now, he saw that she was doing it on purpose. Her arms gripped tighter on his neck and she put her forehead on his as she straddled him.
"I think we should forget about our fake lovers..." she whispers, nuzzling his neck softly with her lips.
"And I also think I'm done crying about all this crap that I shouldn't be worrying about..." she mutters into his ear, kissing it softly.
"Mood swings?" Kiba asks, his hands traveling up and down her back. Miyako smiles her delicate grin.
"I think..." she says, kissing his jaw bone by his ear.
"I..." She kisses his forehead.
"Love..." She kisses the tip of his nose teasingly.
"You," Kiba finishes, capturing her mouth in his before she could even breathe out the last word. She giggles in the kiss before pushing her hips onto his, getting as close to him as possible.
"I'm sorry," Kiba says in between kisses.
"I'll never forgive you," Miyako says, pulling away. Kiba looks at her funny as she keeps a serious face. Then, her full pink lips spread into a grin.
"You're going to be a whipped dog by the time I'm done punishing you," she whispers evilly before laughing. Kiba growls playfully, tackling her backwards, and they roll down the small hill into the bed of wildflowers. Kiba playfully bites her on her neck and she squeals, flipping him over so she was now on top of him.
"You're cheating on your girlfriend," she teases quietly, smacking his cheek lightly. Kiba looks at her with hurt eyes because she slapped him.
"Aw, I'm sorry puppy," she says, kissing his cheek. Kiba growls lightheartedly again and Miyako growls back, crashing her sweet lips onto his again. His head felt clouded, filled with thoughts of only the girl on top of him, and all horrible, past experiences with her gone. She was the one and only girl for him and nothing could ever change that. He had been in love with her from the day she beat him to the tree in training. The day she had surpassed him in speed. The day he finally knew even if she was better than him in something, he liked- no, loved her all the same.
"I love you," Kiba whispers over and over, the phrase sounded sweeter and sweeter every time he said it in between kisses.
"Hearing those words, it makes me weak," Miyako responds, twirling his brown hair on her finger.
"I'm glad that you never moved on."
"I'm glad you're finally mine."
"Forever?"
"Forever."
