So, looks like I managed to get another one out this weekend. Bah, Ive been so busy and I still have so much to do this weekend. Stupid homework-_- Anyways, recapping what happened in the last one: You were confronted by Mokuba, who found out your identity and now you have to trust that hell keep it a secret from Seto. Seto is still suspicious of you, but he lets you go onto the next level of the tournament, which is in a huge building. I believe that covers everything really, oh, well, besides that your past self is still missing. Yeswhat couldve happened to her in this giant confusing mesh of story plots. >=D Lol, so lets continue.

You reach the gang and talk to each other for a bit. You notice they're being really friendly and find it odd, but you think that that's how they always are. You stand there thinking how nice it is that Yugi hasn't suspected you the entire time when Yugi suggests that you all head inside, but as you start to you feel someone's hand on your shoulder stopping you. You turn to face Tea. (Audience: wtf?! really? o.o thats really unexpected.) She motions for you to wait for everyone to go in and whispers to you, "Do you think I can talk to you for a second?" You look behind you and see Yugi standing in the doorway staring back at you an Tea, and to you he seems slightly...nervous. He realizes you're staring right at him and quickly shuts the door and runs inside the building. "Rain..." Tea says drawing your attention away from Yugi's actions. You look at her, waiting for her to say start the conversation. She stands there for a moment, looking into your eyes, and then looks down at her feet shyly as she realizes she hasn't said anything. "Well?" You ask her with impatience. (You're using your accent btw) "Well...," she sighs heavily and continues, "Yugi wanted me to check if you were someone, but I'm not sure if I can tell who you are." A little anger starts to rise in you and you squint your eyes menacingly and say, "He thinks I'm that Julia, doesn't he?" Tea looks at you her eyes in awe at your stare and doesn't know what to say. There's a moments silence and then with anger you turn quickly your cloak flapping behind you fiercely. When you get inside you're hurt about what Yugi did, but for the most part you're just acting it, because if you were calm about the question then Tea would've known you were suspicious. 'It's not his fault I guess, he's just being protective...and its not like he knows Rain.' you think to yourself. You look over and see him staring at you from the side of the room. You decide to make it look better and go to the other side of the room. You lean up against the wall and ignore everyone, but you as you're leaning there you hear a very faint voice saying your name. You look around the room trying to figure out what it is, and when it says your name the second time you know that it's none other than your past spirit!
*le gasp!*
You frantically look around trying to figure out where she was coming from. 'It...sounded so faint...like she's being drained or blocked by something...that can only mean...she's in trouble...' You don't know what to do, you're standing there trying to listen for her to call you again, but instead the loud speaker makes you jump when it announces, "Would all contestants please step into the middle arena to begin." You're confused by that statement, because Yugi had told you, that you'd be the first to battle Marik. You watch as Yugi, Joey and Seto walk towards the arena and you begin to follow slowly. You reach the middle and make some distance between you and everyone else. You watch as Marik walks up, smiling smugly and you wonder what he's got up his sleeve. "Now then." Seto says drawing your attention to him. You notice now that there are 5 little car like things protruding from the walls. Seto continues, "We'll each be dueling against each other in one duel now, and it will decide the order that we'll be battling each other. Once the first cart hits the ceiling that'll end the duel. From that point we'll see the order of the duel from the points you have left." You stare at him grasping what he's saying, but still concerned that you thought you were battling Marik yourself, one on one. 'Oh, well, maybe it's better.' you think to yourself. "So, each of you go to a car and we'll start." Seto says and heads towards the cart right behind him. You watch as the others choose one and then youwalk to the empty one, between Seto and Marik. You sigh deeply to yourself thinking about the dangers your past self could be in, when all of a sudden you hear her again! You turn your head to see Marik staring at you menacingly. Seto is saying something but its a blur to you because as hes saying this you watch Marik pull out a clear flask and inside it...is your past self. You stare in shock at him and then anger comes over you and just as you're about to jump out and attack him for it, the cart lifts a bit for all of you. You look around you and see that the duel has started. You look at the distance between you and Marik- 4 ft, and the height from the ground- 3 ft. You glare at him and know that you can't jump 4 feet. And then Seto interrupts the conflict by saying, "Everyone draw your cards, the computer picked Yugi to start the duel, we'll go counterclockwise from him. You look around the room. 'So, it'll go Yugi, Joey, Marik, Me, Seto...' You glare at Marik again just as Yugi starts the match. You draw your five cards- Insect Barrier, Shadow Ghoul, Mask of Darkness,Harpie Lady and Dream Clown. "It's such a pain I couldn't use my Blue eyes..." you mutter to yourself. You watch the action as it goes around and then it comes to you. You draw a card to begin your turn-Koumori Dragon. You look at what everyone has out, Yugi, beta warrior, Joey swamp beast and a face-down, Marik- a face down...his monster was destroyed when it attacked Joey's. You debate about what to play. 'Well, shadow ghoul's out, he's 5 stars, and insect barrier will help me later...mask of darkness can wait and Harpie Lady...for now I'll play Koumori...you think and say, " I place one card face down in attack position." You hope that that'll prevent them from attacking it, because if it was in defense and of them could attack it. Everyone's life points are the same now and then Seto begins his turn. You can't pay attention, you're too concerned with getting your past self back. Then you hear Seto say, "Attack Rain's face-down!" You turn and watch as Seto's monster attacks yours, destroying it and costing you 100 life points. You're startled when the cart moves up, but then you realize something. 'If I wait until the cart gets to a certain height I'll be able to jump over to Marik's cart easy...' You know it'll be tough getting back but you know you can't afford to battle him later if he has your past self. So, you begin your waiting process. It's Yugi's turn now and he attacks Seto. You don't know why he didn't attack you, but you don't care, his monster would've made the distance too high to jump. Then Joey, who attacks Marik because he wants revenge for Mai. Then, Marik...He looks at his hand and then at you. He smiles and then says, "I play a face down card in attack position and end my turn." You begin yours by drawing- 7 colored fish. 'A good draw...' You think to yourself. You look at everyone's cards in play. You can't attack Marik, because if you win he'll go higher and that'd ruin your plan. You decide now might be a good time to enact some 'revenge' on Yugi for lying to you. "I play 7 colored fish in attack mode. Seven colored fish, attack Yugi's monster!" Yugi is startled by this but uses a magic card to block the attack. The card didn't destroy your monster so you lucked out. The turn shifted to Seto after that and you watch as he looks at you smiling. He plays a face down and ends his turn. The cycles continue like that, Joey attacked Marik for 500, now he's above you. Seto attacks you, Yugi, Seto/Marik. Then, it happens...you're the right height above Marik to jump down to get the flask. You've drawn a card that you put in face down your last turn that's going to help you get back to your own cart- Dian Keto the Cure Master (which will return 1000 points to you). It's your turn now and you look at Marik. Everyone is waiting for you to go and then...you do it...you get on the edge of the car and jump!

Everyone's face turns to surprise, even Marik's, as you jump towards his cart. You manage to land right on the edge and glare at Marik. His face is of shock put then it turns to a menacing smile. "So, you want this back do you?" He says and every eye is watching the scene as he pulls out the flask. Seto doesn't know what's going on but knows that ~~~~~, Rain, could've been killed by jumping out like that and says, "What do you think you're doing jumping out like that?! You're over 2 stories up!" Seto's angry, but he's more concerned angry and than anything. Then Yugi jumps in and says, "Get away from Marik Rain!" Yugi's tone is more desperate. You don't even look at them. Your heart is still pounding in your chest from nervousness. "Marik, give it back to me,...now." You say and glare at him. Marik comes towards the edge of the cart and is almost right in your face when he says, "Yeah? And if I did where would you go from here? You'd be stuck here." You're angry and are about to reveal your secret face down when you realize you can play on this situation. You pretend to gulp nervously and say, "That's none of your concern now give it to me!" Marik is holding the flask in his hand and looks at it. "Hmmmm...you may act like you don't have a way to get back, but I know you better, Princess." Yugi and Seto's faces become more fearful because they both remember Marik calling ~~~~~ Princess. Yugi is the first to say something. "~~~~~! What do you think you're doing!!? Get away from Marik!" Marik laughs, "Yes, Pharaoh, and where would you like her to go? Down? I think she's much safer here." Marik laughs menacingly and Seto is about to say something when a loud slap is heard echoing across the arena. Everyone is silent as they let it sink in the you just slapped Marik across the face. Marik steps back looking at you with furious eyes. You step into his cart because you know you're not going to get the flask from him that easily. "You wrench!" He says glaring at you and then looking into your face he begins to laugh. Your anger starts to peak but you realize he's trying to get you angry to throw you off. You reach for the flask and manage to get enough of a hand on it to be able to pull it. You know now is the time to play your face down. "I play my face down! Dian Keto the Cure Master!" You say and everyone watches as 1000 points are returned to you and your cart begins to lower. Marik's eye grow furious again and you pull on the flask to get it from him. You two are fighting over it when finally you win the battle. At first you both fall, but you get up quickly to go to jump. You get to the edge and everyone holds their breath as you're about to jump back. You can hear Marik coming to try to stop you but you jump before he can get to you. You're in mid air when you realize that you're coming up short of your cart. "~~~~~!" You hear Yugi and Seto shout but then your past self says faintly to you, "~~~~~, open the flask, I can help you." You do as she says and a golden enshroudment begins to encombus you and as this happens you feel yourself floating in the air. Your eyes were closed from the cloud and as you open them, you're shock to see...you...have white-golden colored wings. "Wow..." You say to yourself in awe. "~~~~~, go to the platform already, you're not strong enough to keep your wings for very long." You acknowledge what your past self says and fly over to your platform. You can feel your heart pounding in your chest and fall back against the wall of the cart. You're catching your breath when Marik says, "You're not getting away that easily!" You can tell he's about to jump when all of a sudden Seto says, "Blue eyes Ultimate dragon attack Marik!" Marik watches as the monster attacks him, destroying what's left of his life points. At this point the computer announces, "The duel is now over. The order for the matches will be Marik Ishtar versus Joey Wheeler, with Rain ~~~~~~~ to face the winner and Yugi Motto versus Seto Kaiba. The first battle will begin shortly thank you." The carts begin to lower to the ground and you slump entirely to the floor. 'Well, I guess what just happened was, I played a card so that made it Seto's turn, but I wonder how he played so fast.' You just let it go for now and look to your side to see your past self smiling at you. "You're crazy you know that?" You laugh quietly and she says, "I can't tell whether that was pure genius or pure ludicrous." You look at her. "It's funny how often those two coincide." You smiles at your statement and says, "You'd better be ready..." "For what?" you ask and as she's about to say something your cart hits the ground and Seto and Yugi are standing there looking at you laying on the ground, their faces expressing anger and concern...

Ok, so that's where I'm ending this one. Sorry, it's kind of weird. It would've taken a really long time to write about the entire battle and I thought that some of you'd find it boring, so I didn't. ^^ And I know, some of the events are different from the shows but to be honest at this point I can't remember the show, actually I never got to see the ending to be honest. ^^ So, I'll probably be wingin' it from what I remember. Lol, well I'm sorry you guys had to wait 4 months for this little quiz. ^^; I'll try my hardest to get more out. Ciao for now.
