Hey, guys. I'm sorry for the wait. I've been a bit busy. =/
Here's part 3.

"Did you see her?"
"Seth is cheating on Nicky! Poor girl..."
"Someone saw them out together. I heard they were making out."
"Yes! I bet he got laid!"
"Tell Nicky to break up with him!"
"What a slut!"
"WHO IS GETTING THE SWIRLEY TODAY!?"
The last one doesn't count.
But ever since I walked into school this morning, all I've been hearing is whispers and whispers, and whispers. About Seth and I. Someone apparently saw us together, and thought we were out on a date. Then all Hell broke lose.
I didn't find it fair. If there's a god, then he really hates me. A lot. I finally found a friend. But it's obvious that said friend won't want to talk to me anymore.
Really. It's my fault these rumors happened. I should've told him to leave me alone. And if people think we're going out... Nicky is going to hear. And then she might end up breaking up with Seth, or at least yell at him. Even though he didn't do anything except be nice.
If the world didn't suck, we'd fall off.
Screw you.
At lunch, I sat in the same spot as I did the day before. Only this time, I was listening to Franz Ferdinand.
"I saaay you don't know! You saaay you don't know! I say... TAKE ME OUT! If I mooove thiscoulddie. If eyes move thiscoulddie, I want you.... TO TAKE ME OUT!!!"
"Hey, Lydia," a gloomy voice said over me.
I looked up from my iPod and glared at the person. No, it wasn't Seth. It was Stephanie.
"I really did try to surpress my feelings for him, Lydia..." She said slowly. "But, I don't know. I fell for him... You understand right...?"
Do I have permission to SLAP HER!?
I stared back at my iPod. "Sure, I do. You two fucked each other. Tell me Steph, was he good? How big was his-?"
I was cut off when Stephanie slapped me across the face.
Can I slap her, yet!?
No.
"Whore," I hissed.
"Whiney bitch."
... Well, she is right.
I stood up. "You took my boyfriend from me. The only person I had. Leave me alone, now. There's nothing else you can take."
"What about me!?" She clanched her fists. "I was there!"
"No, you weren't. You were too busy talking about other guys you wanted to fu-"
She slapped me again.
"Go to hell," I demanded, flipping her off.
Ooowned!
"See you there, Lydia Grant." She sneered at me before walking off.
Do you need some water? 'Cause you just got BURNED.
I sat back down, shoving my face into my curled up knees, and started to cry.
I know it's stupid to cry while you're in school. But I couldn't help it. Hayden and I had spent every Summer night cuddled up together on his couch watching TV and random movies. Steph and I spent everyday in the city, or on the lawns of each other's houses. I'd never be able to do any of that ever again.
And just when I thought I made a new friend., he's gone.
So I did have quite a bit to cry about.
Cry baby...
I ignored my 'angelic conscience' and continued to cry as someone stroked my hair.
Wait.
Someone was stroking my hair.
I bolted my head upand stared at Seth. His hand jumped a bit, but he smiled at me hopefully. "Lydia, what's wrong? Did something happen?"
SETHY!!!!
I didn't answer, and continued to stare at him as tears streamed down my face.
His smile turned into a frown. "Are people saying things about you? Who? I'll kick their as-"
"I just talked to the girl who Hayden used to cheat on me with. That's all... Why are you talking to me?"
"Lydia," he sighed. "We've been over this bef-"
"No, not that. I just figured... You'd stop talking to me, since everyone thinks you're cheating on your girlfriend-"
He laughed a bit, and smiled. "People say things. I talked to Nicky, and she's fine with it. Me talking to you, I mean. She knows I wouldn't cheat on he-"
"SEEEEEEEEEEEEEETH!" A girl screamed.
Soon enough, the same girl who screamed, and the same one he made out with yesterday, was running up to Seth and tackling him over (so he was no longer touching me). Then she kissed his lips passionately, as always.
SEEETHY! HE WAS MIIIIINE!
No...
But I didn't need to see this. I really didn't.
Seth stopped the kiss after a few moments and smiled at her. "Hey," he whispered, stroking her dyed blonde hair. "I thought you had second Lun-"
"I switched," she giggled.
I scooted away and stood up, wanting to give them a bit of privacy. Even though everyone was watching the scene. I was about to walk off when Seth called my name.
"Yeah?" I answered, facing him. His arms were firmly wrapped around Nicole's waist. He let go, and they both sat up.
"Lydia, this is Nicole. Nicky, darling, this is Lydia."
"Hi," I said, putting on a fake smile.
She smiled back, revealing really really white teeth. "Hello, Lydia. It's nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you, too," I said softly, nodding.
There was a minute or so of silence, and I cleared my throat. "I'm gonna go," I claimed, turning back around. No one replied. As I walked across the lawn, I glanced behind me and saw they were making out once more.

"Up! Down! GO UP! DOWN FURTHER! Faster, c'mon, do it FAAASTER!" Coach yelled.
Um... We're doing push-ups... I think.
Although coach is just staring at us, either trying to look down the girl's shirts, or the boy's. I couldn't tell which.
"Oh, nice, VERY nice, Janet!" Coach nodded, watching the girl with the biggest chest in the class. She turned red. Poor girl...
He needs to get fired.
Her boyfriend, Austin Jones, looked at Coach like he wanted to kill him.
Meh, that sucks.
Is that all you can say!?
Yep.
"Okay, that's enough," Coach said. "Everyone up. It's time to run some lap-."
"Coach," Angus Barton whispered. Everyone looked at him.
"What, Angus?" Coach sighed.
"It's raining out."
Just as I looked up, a drop of water fell on my nose. It wasn't raining that hard. But the clouds were black. We should probably go back inside...
Choach shrugged. "It's just a little drizzle."
Five seconds after he said that, it started downpouring.
Hard. And loud.
Some girls screamed, yelling about their hair, some unfortunate ones wearing white shirts.
Hahahaha... Losers...
Thank god I decided to wear a green shirt today.
"COACH!" Janet screamed over the noise the rain made. "Can we go in the gym? My hair is going to frizz!"
"We can't, you guys!" Coach yelled back. "Cheerleading practice is in there."
Everyone groaned.
Hey, the rain was cold, too.
"Start running, you guys!" He yelled once more.
After a few words of protest, everyone eventually began to run.
At least we were running on the track. If we were running on grass, everyone would end up breaking their necks.
But really, it was actually nice to run in the rain. Considering how it cooled you off, and all.
"Hi, Lydia," Seth's voice said right next to me.
I looked to my right and saw Seth running next to me.
"Hello, Seth," I swallowed, feeling awkward.
Hey, you would feel awkward too, if you saw him shoving his tongue into Nicole's mou-
Ooooh, is someone... Jealous?
Psh! No!
Yes. He touches your tra-la-la-
NOOOO!
"Are you okay, Lydia? You look sorta pale..." Seth frowned.
"I'm fine," I smiled. "It's just the raai-" I stopped talking and running, having gotten a cough attack.
Smooth, oh great one.
Seth stopped too, and stroked my back. "Are you sure you're okay...? You should really go inside."
"I'm fine," I wheezed, standing up properly. "The rain doesn't bother me."
He frowned. "As you say..."
"L-L-LYDIA! S-SETH! RUN!"
Hah. Even Coach was shivering.
And we had this class for another hour and thirty minutes.
Hopefully we're not doing anything like field hockey today.
When I stopped coughing, I swallowed slowly and looked at Seth. "Thanks," I uttered before running once more.
Seth caught up in the matter of seconds. "Race you to the end," he whispered to me before running faster.
I smiled and ran after him.

"Please?"
"No."
"Pleeeeaaaase?"
"I've got homework to do, Seth." I rolled my eyes.
"You should've done it after school."
"Why?"
"Because then you'd have the rest of the night free. And then you could've hung out with me."
"You've got an ego." I laughed.
"I know. But really... What if I came over and helped you out with it?"
Gaaaah...
"Why don't you call Nicky?"
"I called her cell. She says she's hanging out with a friend of hers."
"Oh."
"What do you have homework for?"
"English," one of the few classes I didn't have with Seth.
"What do you have to do?"
"Oh, um, you know. Figure out the meaning of that poe-"
"Ooh! Already did that. I'll help you!"
"But-"
"See you in a few minutes, Lyd. Bye."
Click.
Lord, meet my friend. His name is Mr. Clingy.
I stayed where I was, which was on the couch, until I heard the doorbell ring.
...
...
Five minutes.
Look who's clingy now?
Shut up! He just said he'd be here in a few minutes...
He lives a block away. And knowing him, he probably walked.
No.
Ran, more likely.
"DING-DONG."
I jumped up from the couch and ran to the doo-.
I slipped on the hardwood floor and fell flat on my back, screaming a bit.
Damn socks.
THAT WAS SO FUNNY! EL OH EL, GIRL. EL OH EL.
I slowly sat up, hearing Seth knock hard against the door. "Lydia! Are you there? Are you okay?"
I felt myself blush as I got off the floor and opened the door.
"What the hell happened?" He asked, frowning.
"I... Um..." I but my lip, trying to think of a good lie. "Dropped my keys... Yep!"
Dropped your keys? DROPPED YOUR-?
He frowned. "Don't lie."
I growled. "I slipped."
His eyes widened. "Are you okay?"
"Of course." I said rushingly, trying to get rid of the subject. That's when I realized it was still raining out, and Seth was outside. I stepped back, and smiled. "Come in."
He entered and I closed the door.
I had a plan. I could just fake sick, and make him go home!
No. Wait.
He wouldn't leave. Not while I was home again. He'd take care of me.
Damn the fact that he's sweet!
"So," he began, sitting down on the couch. "Have you read the poem?"
"Yeah, I have." I claimed, sitting on the opposite side.
"Good. A friend of mine said that she doesn't collect anything. You just need to tell her what you think it means."
"Of course," I said, looking at Seth. "Well, I think it means that your never alone, no matter what."
He kaughed a bit. "You really think so?"
"Well, the wolf was alone... What do you think?"
"I think that even though your family is gone, they always remain in your heart."
I nodded. "That sounds better than my theory."
"Does it?"
I didn't answer, and just stared at him. Which was a bad thing to do, considering how he looks. I mean, really. With his straight floppy hair and hazel eyes...
Oh, god those eyes.
Are you getting some sexual pleasure right now, or something?
Be quiet, you.
I mentally kicked myself and turned to look at my paper, writing the answer down.
"Mmhm."

"TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!" An old man screamed into the microphone, swinging his baseball cap around on a pencil.
Half the crowd in the stands jumped up out of their seats, cheering, clapping wildly, while the other half boo'ed and glared at the score board.
I flinched at the noise and pressed my earphones into my ears, using them as plugs to block out all the noise.
9 to 12
The Hawks were winning.
Seth's team as the Hawks.
Do the Math.
I grumbled and looked at Seth, who was being patted on the back by all his teammates. He was grinning widely, nodding to what all the guys were saying to him.
Nicky was screaming while jumping up and down, waving her pompoms excitedly and bouncing her flawless blonde ponytail.
It was the first game of the season, a week and a half since Seth and I became friends. He had asked me to come. I had no idea why he wanted me here. Because he wants to spread his ego temperature to everyone? Probably.
Of course, he wants all his friends to see his team win and win again, always managing to get the football one way or another.
It was weird, though. He never talked about football, even though he loved it. He would mention it, obviously, like 'I have to go to football practice' or 'Coach made us work our asses off today at practice' but nothing like an ego with legs would say.
But it was just odd during half-time. Nicky and her girls ran out onto the field and started doing bad krumping to "My Humps". I can't krump, myself, but...
The girls looked like dog bobble heads. They were even sticking their tongues out while doing it.
It was disturbing.
But finally, there was five minutes left.
Why does everything have to be five minutes?
Because. Now shush.
I sat and stared at the field boredly. This was going to be the longest five minutes of my life.
...
...
...
...
...
...
Four and a half miuntes! Whoo.
Justin, one of the guys on the football team, had the ball in his hand and was running down the field toward the, um, pole-thing. He was almost there when two guys tackled him hard and crushed his body to the ground.
"Ooh!" the crowd roared together worriedly.
Four minutes.
Someone from the opposite team grabbed onto the ball, now heading for their pole-thing. But he got tackled just like Justin and was crushed. Whee.
Three minutes.
Seth was passed the ball and caught it, bolting to the end as fast as possible. People tried tackling him, but he only ran faster.
"GO, SETH-BABY, GO!!!!" Nicky screamed to her heart's content.
Two minutes.
He looked in Nicky direction slightly, opening his mouth to reveal his mouth guard (he was smiling, I guess) and ran faster. As she screamed, he dodged the rest of the tacklers and chucked the ball over the pole, making everyone yell and cheer, clapping wildly.
The game was over, The Hawks had won.
Nicky booked it onto the field, jumping onto Seth happily as he chucked his helmet off and began kissing her passionately.
I don't know, but my heart slammed against my sternum, making my throat go dry.
Her screaming gave him courage, made him truly happy. It was obvious he loved these moments when her petite body was in his arms and she was kissing him.
My head began to feel dizzy, and I stood up along with the rest of the crowd, though for different reasons.
I wasn't clapping. I wasn't cheering. I couldn't watch this.
I pushed past the people and stumbled down the stairs, not seeing anything in front of me except Seth and Nicky kissing. I got to the end of the stairs and bolted out of the stadium, running as fast as I could.
Oh my god. It's so obvious, Lydia. You like him.
No I don't. I'm not. I just... I just don't feel well...

There you have it. =) I might get the 4th part up soon. I've started writing it already. Don't expect it too soon, though. Someone really wants me to read Berserk, and I can only do it on one computer. >> So yeah. =)
