Eat Your Heart Out Uchiha ~Part 9~

"What do you want?" asked the rude Gaara.
"Only to speak with Tenshi," I said, keeping my eyes right on her the whole time.


"I missed you Tenshi," Kakashi-san said rather shyly.
I looked to Gaara who seemed unhappy with Kakashi-san's appearance. I felt rather bad for what I was going to say, but since he was delivering a message to the village, I would see him there anyway.
"Excuse me Gaara, but I need to speak with Kakashi-san. I will meet with you tomorrow afternoon okay?" I gave him a promising smile.
He glared at Kakashi-san then looked to my pleading eyes. He sighed irritably and left without a word. I watched him walk off to the village and felt rather bad. I let an old friend be shooed off by someone else. I was about to apologize if I sounded rude until I felt my cold form pulled into a very protective and warm embrace.
-Did my leaving pain him so much? Can I inflict such pain on my dear Kakashi-san?-
I felt an immense weight of guilt wash over me. He took such good care of me and cared so much about me, and I could not give him the courtesy of saying goodbye. He was like my protector, my shield against some of the harshness in the world and he would have taken me in without thought if I only asked.
"Tenshi, don't do something that stupid ever, ever, again. I beg you," he said as he moved his head more towards my head.
His words were muffled under his mask and my hair, but I heard every one of them, and each added more guilt to the load. I felt if I had anymore on me, I would break. God I can be so weak.
"I apologize, Kakashi-san. I know it may not mean much but-"
"I don't need an apology, your back Tenshi and I refuse to let you leave again," he held me tighter, his words strained slightly.
I never heard someone speak this way with me, except Sasuke, but he was little.
"Kakashi-san, are you okay? Your acting oddly," I said meekly, uncertain of the reaction.
He sort of froze before he slowly let go of me. He moved so slow in doing so, it seemed he did not want to let me go. He looked into my eyes with what seemed to be glassy ones, but I could not tell because he looked away from me.
"I'm sorry Tenshi, I don't know what came over me, I mean. Um. It not something I do all the time, I mean-" I stopped listening when I sensed an all too familiar presence. Kitsame.
My sense was better then his, so I doubt he sensed me. He must have been going to Itachi-sama's place, great. He probably wrecked his last one, again. Wait, now I cant go back. Damn Kitsame.
"Tenshi, want to go for a walk?" he asked, seemingly back to normal.

As I stepped foot back through those gates, it was morning. Kakashi-san reassured me nothing would happen after I fled from the village's safety. He kept his arm around my waist to stop stares from the males of the village. It worked too.
Everyone here was still so at ease, I wished for their ignorance. Maybe then I would be free from fighting and live happily with a family of my own when I get older.
He led me to his home to fix me something to eat. I declined politely and instead asked only for some strong tea. I told him I would accompany him to today's training. He seemed reluctant, but I persuaded him finally.
now onto Kakashi's POV for the argument
Kakashi's POV:


I opened the door for her and I knew she was still upset about something. Returning maybe? It could also have to do with a chance of seeing Sasuke again. He made her leave before, it may happen again.
"Something to eat Tenshi?" I offered politely.
I wanted her to be at ease and possibly rest tonight so I may go to meet my team and train knowing she would be here when I returned.
"No thanks Kakashi-san, but a cup of tea would be wonderful right now," she stated.
I got right on it, I remembered how she liked her tea, I memorized her recipe and finally got it close to hers. I put the kettle on and sat down and offered her to sit as well. She sat across from me and she kept her eyes down. She was thinking about something.
"Something on your mind, my dear Tenshi?" I asked curiously.
"I was wondering if-" she was cut off by the whistle of the kettle.
I got up to make the tea and poured it, handing her a cup of it. She took it and sipped politely on it. Wonder if she knows she doesn't need to be so dainty around me.
"Go on," I asked.
"May I accompany you to the training today?" she asked timidly.
"You need your rest," I said in a worried tone.
Truth is, I don't want her chased off again.
"This tea is magnificent, and I have much energy that needs to be vented," she argued.
"Tenshi, you just got back. It would be best if you rest. Who knows what happened to you when you left?" I seemed to beg.
"I know what I have been through, it was nothing Kakashi-san. Now please, let me go?" she gave me those eyes.
She seemed to have this glisten in her eye that could make me so warm inside, make me feel so full. I wanted to give her the world, I wanted to tell her how she made me so crazy from ecstasy. I wanted so much for her when that happened. I caved.
"Fine," I said in defeat.
She smiled in victory and got up and hugged me warmly. Her scent hitting my nose made me smile under my mask.

Sorry this took sooo long, but my new boyfriend has been distracting me, plus i got major writers block. I need school again to make me bored enough to write anything!
