Chapter One

The next morning I trudged them all the way to Ba Sing Se, though it took a whole day with only two stops we arrived.

"Welcome, to Ba Sing Se." I said happily as the gates were opened to the sight of me.

Aang ran in and quickly dissappeared. Sokka and Momo ran after him. "Thank you so much for your help, Fayt." Katara said smiling and putting a hand on my shoulder.

"No problem." I said.

"How are you going back? By yourself?" Toph asked.

I chuckled, "Nah, I'm not going back till maybe next year or so. You guys were lucky to catch me during this time of year. I usually am here in Ba Sing Se rather than in the Desert. I had to clean it out, every two years I do that. Heh. Of course It's also my vacation spot to help people on the journey's way."

Toph smiled and so did Katara. Katara asked, "Where do you stay here?"

I smiled once again, "Someone I know owns a shop here, and.... and his nephew and I are kinda seeing each other...." Blushing as I finished the last sentence. "I stay with them and help out in the shop. Or perferably a resturant for tea. Heh."

Katara smiled, "Well, we have to go. We'll probably be staying here in Ba Sing Se for a while, so see you?" I nodded and then gasped. I pulled out a quill and a piece of paper and jotted down something. I handed it to them and said, "The place I am staying at. Come and have tea there sometimes. I'll get you guys a discount." I then turned around and started running and waving.

Katara and Toph waved goodbye to me.

"Zuko!" I said running into the shop. From behind the counter, Zuko jumped over it and ran to me, enclosing me in a hug.

"You're alright." He said.

I chuckled and took a deep breath and sniffed his shirt, "You smell good today..." I said as we parted. He smiled and winked, "I know what you like." I chuckled.

We sat down and I told him about everything. When I mentioned their names, Zuko appeared to stop. I stopped, "I... I don't think they're after you Zuko. They didn't seem to be bounty hunters, and they were so friendly..."

Zuko put his hand ontop of mine, "It's nothing like that."

I smiled. Iroh came up behind us and said, "Come come, we have customers!" I got up and smiled, "I'll go change!"

I went to the backroom and changed into the uniform that Zuko had made just for me. I went out and took orders and gave tea.
