Colorfull eyes-----11) Smile

They woke up early in the morning.Daisuke got used to Rika's "changings" so he didn't scream today.She dyed her hair light-brown today.
When they were finally ready they left the room.Rika was happy all the time.She really wanted to see Shou.She totally forgot about his parents and the things they did.
'Mom...mom...where are my friends?I...I wanna see...them'.
'Shou,they'll be here soon'.
'Mom...will...she...be...here...too?'
'Who,darling?'
'R-Rika'.
'You mean that girl?'The smile on her face dissapeard.
'Ye...sss'. He tried to open his eyes,but he was too weak to do that.
'I don't think so darling.She's...well,the first time I saw here she wasn't nice to me.I don't really think she cares about you.I hope she won't come...'
'Mom,it's...it's not..true.She is nice....'
'Honey,I don't think so.And I'm older and experiented,so I can know it.Just take some rest and forget about that girl'.
Shou wanted to tell his mother she wasn't right,but he didn't want to discuss about it.
Suddenly the door opened and Daisuke walked in with alot of noise:'HEY BUDDY!I'm here again and look,I have a present for ya.Rika's here!'
Rika came in,with a blush on her cheeks and walked over to Shou.
He heard her footsteps,but couldn't see her.He tried his best to open his eyes,but he failed again.She stroke the backside of his hand and said:'How...how do you feel?'
Shou:'I don't feel anything,because of the medicines they give me.I...I want to...see you'.
Rika sighed.'Don't worry,soon you'll see me'.
She smiled weakly and tried not to look at Shou's mother who was a little dissapointed.
Shou:'But...I...I wanna know how you look like now?'
Mother:'Shou stop making a big deal of it.Let the girl alone.She doesn't want you to see her'.
Rika tried not to get angry,but what she just said was mean.She wanted to show that woman that she DID care about Shou and everything he wanted.She took his hand and brought it to her hair.She let him stroke it and said:'It's light-brown.My eye color is yelow-ish.Well a little bit brown.Want to know more?'
Shou:'I...I want you to visit me every day.Like the others do'.
Rika sighed.She wanted the same,but his parents were so mean to her.
Shou:'Rika?'
Rika:'What?'
She stroke some strands out of his face.
Shou:'Please...please promise me you'll visit me every day.You're one of my friends,and I want you to be here'.
She sighed first,but when he squeezed her hand a little she promised him to visit him every day.Shou's mother sighed and his father just opened the window and looked away.
Daisuke stroke Shou's hair now.'We all will visit you.And you know you can trust me.I promised you to bring her with us,so here she is.And I'll just drag her with us'. He laughed and a weak smile appeard on Shou's face.
Rika:'You know,you look pretty cute with white hair'.
Shou smiled. 'If you say so'.
They talked and laughed.Shou was too weak to laugh,but at least he was smiling.Rika totally forgot that she was holding his hand all the time.It felt so warm,so trusted,so good,so soft and lovely.
The nurse came inside and said it was time to leave.They all stood up and Daisuke said:'Don't worry Shou,will be here tomorrow again'. He smiled and patted Shou on his head.A weak smile appeard on Shou's face.His mother stroke some strands from his face and kissed him on his head.A tear left her eye,but only Rika saw it.She slowly pulled her hand back and let go of Shou's hand.He noticed it inmidiantelly.The warmt was gone.He replaced it by his own hand to keep the warmt for some more minutes.
Kyosuke:'Come on guys,let's go.Else that nurse will kill us,hehe'.
They said bye and left the hospital.
On the way home Rika was smiling all the time.
'See, you can just keep on visiting him.His parents can't do anything about it'.Kyosuke said.
Mao:'Hai!And did you see how happy Shou was.He's getting better every day.Soon he'll be back,I'm sure of it'.
Rika just nodded and smiled.
'Thank you guys.' She said.
