She walked slowly, her eyes on the path ahead. Her cloak was wrapped tightly around her, despite the blazing sun and blistering heat. Her hair was up in a high ponytail, providing little relief from the heat. One pale hand came from the depths of her cloak to be placed against her cheek, her abnormally cold fingers cooling down her face.
Soft footesteps alerted her, and her head snapped up. Her dark eyes watched as two figures came towards her, and she towards them. They approached as slowly as she, and in as dark of an outfit. Her eyes' expression barely shifted to one of interest as they came closer, clad in black cloaks with crimson clouds. She stopped, in their pathway, an odd, detached part of herself smirking inwardly.
They stopped at the blockage, she noted by their feet. She felt one of them stare at her, in a cold manner. Her gaze slowly lifted from their feet to meet the smaller one's, the one who stared at her so coldly. His eyes betrayed no emotion, nor did his face. She distantly heard the taller one speak.
"Itachi-san, should I--" He stopped his statement at an unseen gesture made by the other. She continued to gaze impassively at his crimson eyes. A minute, then two passed in silence. Finally she nodded slightly, and stepped off the pass, allowing them to continue on their way.
They slowly walked on, the taller one obviously confused. She studied them as they passed. He was tall, very tall, and had bluish skin, with what appeared to be gills. His teeth were sharp, from what she saw when he spoke. The other was a normal height, but short compared to the sharkish man. His hair was ebony, and his skin pale. All in all, they were very interesting characters.
'Very...interesting indeed....especially him....Itachi, his name was.....' She stepped back onto the path, turning away to continue on. 'And on I...go, in a...neverending journey.....' Something made her stop after a step, and she half-turned, looking back at the two figures. 'Very interesting....I find...myself...wanting to...meet with....them again, in...the future...'
To her suprise, he turned as well, his own impassive gaze meeting hers. After a moment, he gave her a curt nod, and continued on, as if nothing had occurred. 'And maybe....nothing has....' Her eyes soon faded back into their dream-like quality, and she continued on her own path. 'But why...do I think...he's.....different....from everyone....else.....?'
She laid down on her inn bed, staring at the white ceiling. Her eyes gazed unblinking, seeing into places no one else could see, only her.
"....-san, she's got a gift. You should encourage it,"a voice said. All she could see was the pink cloth swishing around with each word.
"I don't know...is it really a gift? Or is it a curse?"Blue cloth accompained this speaker.
"...-chan, will you go out with me?"Specks of yellow and orange color came flashing.
"No!"a voice yelled, and the sound of skin hitting skin filled her ears. Flashes of green and red followed.
"...-sensei, I-I'm sorry...." Pale lavender and beige followed.
She looked up, blinking, as she bumped into a warm body in the crowd. She was in yet another town, one that happened to be engaging in a festival. She clutched her cloak tightly to herself as her dark gaze rose to meet black, with red. She blinked again. 'I know I've...seen that...outfit....before....' She tilted her head slightly at the thought.
The one she had bumped into turned, and she met dark eyes. 'Oh....they...belong to the...interesting one, and...his companion....the shark....'
"Forgive me, but there is quite a crowd,"she muttered, not breaking her gaze with the tall man. He grunted, and a small gleam of reconition crossed his features. His sharp teeth widened into a sharkish grin, before he himself disappeared into the crowd.
She tilted her head, a brief look of confusion crossing her features, before the emotion disappeared into her emotionless facade. She turned slowly, and came face to nose with the other enigma of the two. She stood there, as did he, as the crowd milled around them, laughing, joking, loud, all busy with their own lives.
Her dark eyes met his crimson, and they gazed at each other. 'And....there he is....again....'
She finally blinked, and nodded her head, muttering quietly,"So we meet again. Ohayo."
The reply was quick, quiet, cold, but she caught it, and heard it. "Ohayo." Then he was gone, disappearing into the crowd.
Still she stood there, holding her cloak tightly against her body, and wondered what is was that made him seem different.
She turned, and disappeared into the crowd, making her way to one of the many food stands, intending to enjoy--at least, as much as she could in her current state--this festival.
You should go to the results--sometimes I will put the rest of the quiz in there, sometimes I will have a picture, and I will almost always have comments.
You get a picture and comments this time.
