A young ghost ran through Soul Society, white wings flowing from her back. You were watching the child very contently...
'Children...'
"Momiji."
"Hn...?"
You looked to see who the voice was and found that it was your Captain, Zaraki Kenpachi. He stood, bearing a letter in hand.
"Momiji...you're being transfered."
"..."
You're being transfered to the 6th Division--you do know who the Captain there is, right?"
"...Kuchiki...Byakuya..."
"Exactly. Follow orders by him and try to at least act sane..."
"Affirmative."
You got up and walked past Kenpachi.
Entering the 6th Division building, you came across a few people there. But, you went ahead and entered Byakuya's office. He looked up at you.
"Momiji."
You bowed.
"Kuchiki...I hope I can be of service to you..."
"...Momiji, you don't have to be so formal."
Your body twitched and you thought about Byakuya's wife, whom you had known.
"...Hisana..."
Byakuya twitched also and squints.
"What about her?"
"...I promised her to be what I am today...So, forgive me. Good-bye for now, Kuchiki. It is a pleasure to meet your aquaintence."
You left his office then.
