I rustled with my bags as I walked threw O'Hare Airport. I breathed in deeply and smiled. It felt great to be home. As I opened my eyes, I saw her running towards me.
"Eve!" She shouted. My lips formed a smile.
"Cindy!" I replied in my accent I got from living in a place full of people who had them. She hugged me with all her might, making me drop my bags.
"I can't believe you're finally home! I've missed you so much!" She exclaimed, kissing my cheek.
Cynthia Nicole Walker is my best friend. Not only is she my best friend, she's my aunt. She's only 4 years older than me, which makes her 25, since I am 21. Somewhere in my family, people got divorced so they later got married and had kids, which the only one turned out to be Cindy. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. To me, she was a model. She's beautiful. She always has a boyfriend, but she's not a whore. She's really nice and caring. She's been my best friend ever since I was 14.
"I have too Cindy," I said truthfully, saying her name in an odd way.
"You have an accent! It's so cute!" She said with a giggle. I rolled my eyes.
I am Eve Marie Faye. I am 21. I am from Chicago, Illinois. I moved to Sydney, Australia for college ever since I was 18 and was out of high school. I had managed to get a lot done in college, and even meet some awesome people there. From being there for so long and having friends that lived there, I got the Australian accent. I loved hearing people speak it, and it was ironic how I now had it. But I knew it'd soon be gone, for my Chicagoan accent is still pretty strong in my veins.
I have dark brown hair, green eyes, and pale skin. I wear all jeans and band t-shirts. I listen to rock music and I play guitar.
Cindy and I are very different but similar in many ways. Unlike Cindy, I've never had a boyfriend. In high school, I was too busy trying to get good grades to really make any friends. I only had Cindy. But in college I did make some friends, but never boyfriends.
"Cindy, stop. It'll soon be gone. I am from Chicago you know," I told her with a smirk. Cindy waved her hands.
"Come on, we got to go to my new apartment. You'll love it," Cindy said, taking my hand and leading me. I quickly picked up my bags and followed.
"New one? Sweet," I replied with a smile. She nodded.
