Kasumi~::Unforgivable Mistakes::~Sasuke::33::To the Rescue

Three Years Later...
"Naruto!" Sakura yelled running over to him as he entered the gates.
"Sakura!" He yelled throwing his arms out waiting for a hug.
She stopped right in front of him. "So how was your trip?"
He looked at her, disappointed that she didn't hug him, but smiled anyway. "GREAT! Pervy Sage has been able to teach all these new and really cool techniques! I'm going to keep my promise to you! As soon as Kasumi comes back then we're off to go bring back Sasuke! Believe it!" He yelled excited.
Sakura's smile falls, and she looks toward the ground.
Naruto sees this, "Sakura, did something happen while I was away?"
She gave a sad smile. "Kasumi left the sand village a year ago and was on her way here," She began. Her sad smile disappeared as she still starred at the ground. "But she never showed up. We've searched for her, but she's no where to be found. We think that she was either caught or..."
"Sakura, I know what your thinking, but I believe what Kasumi said. She said she would become stronger and return when she was strong enough to defeat Orochimaru. That means that last year she became that strong and made her way here. She probably just got sidetracked, distracted, or doing missions along the way for money. I'm sure she's fine. Remember that when she doesn't want to be found she's impossible to find! She probably left to go train on her own for a year." Naruto explained.
Sakura gave a half smile. "I hope your right."
"Well I'm hungry. I'm going to go get some ramen. Want to come with?" He asked changing the subject.
"Sure."

"So, how was training?" Tsundae asked as the other sanin entered her office.
"It went really well. I'm suprised at how fast he got all the techniques down. He's improved dramatically!" He said with a wide smile.
Tsundae returned it. Jairaya's face went serious. "So, any word on Kasumi or Sasuke?" Tsunade looked down at her desk and replied "no."
He walked over to the window and look out over the village. "Nothing's changed. In the three years that Naruto and I have been gone nothing's changed."
"What did you expect? The entire village to be in depression? Everyone's going on with their own lives. Taking everything day by day." She said while signaturing paperwork.
"No, I guess not. It's just everything happened so fast. I guess I just thought...well, come to think of it, I don't know what I thought."
A silence passed between them before Tsundae broke it. "I still have ninjas looking for her. Don't worry so much. The kazekage trained with her right? That means that she become not just a lot, but incredibly more powerful. She not dumb enough to let herself get caught. Besides, she made a promise to Naruto remember?" Tsundae ended with a smile.
"I guess your right. It's just that they beat her in the past and they ALSO have had time to become stronger. They've also seen her abilities correct?" He asked. She nodded. "That means that they're probably coming up with a strategy of how to capture her."
"Hey what about these friends of hers? Heard anything about them?" He asked after a mintue.
"Nope. Not even a rumor about Aimi." She replied racing through her paperwork.
Jairaya went in to deep thought.

"YUM! I FORGOT HOW GOOD THIS WAS! I'VE MISSED IT SO MUCH!" Naruto yelled out with joy while stuffing his face with his tenth bowl of ramen.
Sakura watched him raising an eyebrow. "Had enough?" she teased.
"NOPE!" He then ordered his eleventh bowl, and started scrafing it down.
After a while he finally finished. "That was so good!" He complimented rubbing his now large stomach.
"Here's your bill." The cook said.
Naruto looked at it and his eyes grew. "WHAT? WOW! I DIDN'T REALIZE I ATE THAT MUCH!" He sighed. "But it was worth it! That was excellent, thank you!" he said as he paid the bill and started walking away with Sakura.
"Bye Naruto! It's nice to have you back!" The owner shouted out after him.
Naruto and Sakura walked down the road. Sakura filled him in on everything. Including her improvements with Tsundae's training.
The sun set and Sakura went home. Naruto headed back to his home. On his way he passed Kasumi and Aimi's apartment. He smiled sadly. 'I hope their alright.'
He walked in to his apartment, and cleaned it. Wiping away all the dust it collected while he was gone. He finally finished and plopped down, exhausted, on to his bed. He turned on his side and gazed out his window up at the stars. 'I really do hope their alright. Kasumi, you promised me you'd be back. Don't you dare even think about dying before you can keep it. We have to bring back Sasuke. I just hoped that he hasn't changed...that much. Please come back. I need you in order to get him. Your probably the one that he had the hardest time betraying.
When you were gone he, and Aimi were the ones most determined to find you. He never hesitated. Then he stayed at the hospital everyday. That was, until he decided to betray us.
But please Kasumi, come back. Keep your promise.' he said in his thoughts before slowly drifting off in to sleep.

"Naruto...Naruto?"
Naruto turned around and gasped at the figure. She smiled at him.
"Long time no see. You still planning on helping me keep my promise?"
He nodded his head still having trouble finding words to speak.
"That's good. Now wake up. Your village needs you." With that she disappeared.
Naruto stood paralized before he shook his head from side to side to knock himself out of it. "So, your alright after all, huh Kasumi."
Naruto sprang up from his bed. 'What did she mean the village needs me.' he wondered in his head.
He got up and walked over to the window. He froze, eyes wide. "Smoke?" He hurried and got dressed. He ran out of his apartment and raced toward the smoke. 'Are we being attacked? Wait...is this what Kasumi was warning me about?'
He finally arrived at the scene. Some rouge ninja had gotten in to the village and were wreaking havoc. Some of the leaf ninja's were fighting them, but were being beaten like they were nothing.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Naruto yelled creating 20 shadow clones. He managed to take 1 out but was shortly thrown back. All his clones disappeared. Jairaya appeared behind him and caught him.
"Naruto did you not learn anything over the the last three years of training?"
"Hey, atleast I took one of them out!" He shot back.
"These aren't regular ninja. They're wanted and are all around ANBU and jounin level! I don't know what they're doing here though." Jairaya said while dodging some of their attacks.
Naruto was once again beat and thrown to the ground. One of the rouge ninjas took this chance and charged at him with a kunai in hand.
Naruto had been hit with a paralizing jutsu and was struggling to move.
"MOVE NARUTO!" Jairaya yelled.
Naruto watched as he came closer every second and drew back his arm, readying himself for the strike.
Right before he was struck a figure appeared between Naruto and him and caught the kunai in their hand.
The rouge ninja froze and looked up at the person in front of them with a slight shocked face.
"You weren't thinking of hurting him, now were you?" The person asked tightening their grip and forcing the guys wrist back.
He knelt down on his knees in pain, not wanting for his wrist to break.
Naruto looked at the person in front of him. They had long blonde hair pulled back, and had a bow, and quiver around their back. He also noticed that they had a sheath strapped at their hip. That's when he noticed it. Right next to the sheath. "A Leaf Village Headband? But that means...wait, no. it can't be...Kasumi?" he asked in disbelief.
She looked over her shoulder and smiled at him. "Hey!"
"But..you..my dream...missing...wait...HOW IN THE WORLD ARE YOU HERE?!" he yelled still having trouoble believing that she would look so different.
"I promised you didn't I?" She then turned her attention back to the group of rouge ninjas. They starred at her angrily.
"HEY YOU! We don't like when people hurt our comrades! PREPARE TO DIE!" One of them yelled out charging at her. Soon followed by the rest of their group.
Kasumi smirked and let go of the guys hand. She pulled one hand up in a hand sign. "Elemental-air jutsu!" Then a huge burst of air sent most of them flying back in to the air and they went crashing in to the trees and buildings.
Naruto starred wide eyes at her.
A man chuckled and stepped out of the trees. He stopped a few yards away from Kasumi. "I must say, I'm impressed. I haven't seen anyone preform that technique in a while. It's an honor to finally meet a member of the Akira clan." He smirked.
Kasumi looked at him emotionless. "So, you know of my clan?"
"Yes, and I must say, I never thought they could have someone so powerful... and beatiful." He chuckled some more. "And I must say I've heard a lot about you....Kasumi Akira."
Kasumi's eyes narrowed. "How do you know my name?"
"Everyone knows your name. I guess you don't know though. I guess I'll have to explain. A little while ago we met some kids that knew you."
"Kids?" She asked, one eyebrow raised.
"Well, their around your age. They came and attacked us hoping to get some money that wanted for us. My comrades, and I have attacked many villages. So, there's a reward for whoever catches us. These kids came after us, and we fought. I thought they were after the money. Either way it made no difference to me.
We ended up driving them away, but we captured one of them. They told us that one of their friends would take revenge if we killed them. They told us the YOU were a strong opponent and would kill me for something I did in the past. What was her name...Aka, Amri, Amy..."
"Aimi?" Kasumi asked scared.
"Yes! That's the one! Aimi! Yes, the annoying girl who wouldn't stop talking about you. She got really annoying, so...I took care of her." He ended with an evil smirk.
Kasumi's fist shook in anger. "What did you do to Aimi?" she yelled.
"Oh, nothing. She just won't be talking for a while."
Kasumi's anger was getting the best of her. She finally lost it and disappeared and reappeared behind him with amazing speed. She kicked him up.
He managed to barely block her attacked, but was flung high in to the air. "You'll pay for hurting my friends!" She yelled in anger.
She did a handsign, "Elemental-water jutsu!" She then hit the ground and raised her hand up. Water started seeping out of the ground and hovered over the ground. She threw her arms up in the air making the water fling up and hit the Leader.
She then took a big breath blew out a gust of air toward him. The air hit the water and made it freeze in to ice. The man had gotten wet and was soon frozen in to a block of ice that fell back down to the ground.
It collided with the ground and cracked. The man fell over and shivered. Kasumi appeared in front of him and picked him up by hiis shirt. "Now what did you do to Aimi?" she repeated, anger clearly visable.
"S-She's...in the f-fores-st. My m-men are guarding-g her-r." He said still shivering.
"Call them out here and tell them to realese her!" she said in a firm voice.
"And w-why would I do t-that?" He asked stubbornly.
"Becasue if you don't you can expect a lot more than just being frozen in ice."
His eyes widen and he brang his finger up to his mouth and whistled. A minute later some more ninja appeared out of the trees, and with them, Aimi was tied up being dragged along.
"Now let. her. Go. Now." Kasumi said trying to control her anger.
"Do as she says." their leader said raising his hands up in defeat.
His men dropped her on to the ground.
"Naruto! Go check if she's alright!" She ordered.
Naruto ran over to Aimi and cut the ropes that were tied around her arms and wrists.
"She in pretty bad shape, but she's still alive." He replied in relief.
Kasumi clenched her teeth together. "Let our leader go!"
Kasumi turned her head around to see a ninja barely standing with a kunai in his hands.
Kasumi smirked, "And what makes you think I would listen to someone like you?"
He started running at her. She smirked, focused her chakra in to a kunai, and threw it in the air.
Something burst through the trees, and grabbed the kunai. Blizard went after the ninja and cut his leg. The guy fell over and was unable to get. Blizard walked over to Naruto.
"Nice work Kasumi." Jairaya said appearing behind her. "Now let me take it from here."
"One of the Sanin?" The leader asked seeing Jairaya in disbelief.
"Whatever." Kasumi dropped him to the ground, and walked over to Naruto, Aimi, and Blizard.
She knelt down next to them. "She'll be fine." she assured Naruto who had a look of concern on his face. She smiled at him before making a handsign and closing her eyes. 'Elemental-water jutsu.'
Water came up from the ground and surrounded her hand. It glowed a blue, and slowly Aimi's wounds disappeared one by one.
Kasumi finished and the water fell back down back in to the ground. Aimi's eyes fluttered open. "K-Kasumi? Naruto?"
"Yep!" Naruto said happily with a wide smile.

(Aimi)
"Long time no see." Kasumi added.
Aimi sat up, and looked at Kasumi. "Your okay?"
"Yeah, why?"
"The last time I saw you, you were in a coma."
"I know, but shortly after that I woke up." Kasumi said with a smile.
"Oh." Naruto and Kasumi helped Aimi up. "I see you still have Blizard."
"Yep! He's all grown up now too!"
Aimi looked around the area and saw all the rouge ninja spread all over the place. "Who did all this?"
"Kasumi!" Naruto replied happily.
Aimi eyes went wide and shot over to Kasumi. "You did ALL this?"
"Yep!"
Aimi laughed a little. "I knew you were strong, but I didn't realize you could take out all of them when OUR group couldn't even take out ten."
"Oh, so you found everyone?"
"Yes, I did. Everyone's alright. Oh, but I will say that Kale's still mad at you."
"Figures." Kasumi sighed.
"oh, wait...Kasumi, their leader said that Aimi said you would kill him for something he did in your past. What exactly did he do?" Naruto asked.
Kasumi thought for a minute. "You know what, I don't know. He doesn't seem familiar. Aimi, have I met him somewhere before?" She aske turning her attention to Aimi.
"Well, he was involved in the attack and assination of your clan." She replied hesitantly.

Rest in Result...
Kasumi eyes went wide with shock and froze. "What?"
"What do you mean he was involved in the attack and assination of her clan?" Naruto asked.
"He worked for someone who was the leader of the people who attacked her village and ended up assinateing everyone in her village. He was a part of the group that did it."
Kasumi shook with anger. "I'm going to kill him!" She yelled as she jumped up and made a leap for him.
