Drama with Emo Meat\20\ Payback

With the goblins dead Vara and Kaze buried Lei's body by the lake, then scavenged from the corpses. They said little as they worked. They picked up some gold and stated walking. Kaze stopped at a stream and washed her hands. "Where do you think he is?" Kaze muttered.
"I'm right here." Jager said lazily from behind them. They glanced over. "Hi, glad your back." Vara said uncaringly.
"Where are you?!" Kaze grunted. He shrugged. "Around." She accepted the answer unhappily.
Vara stood up and shouldered her pack. "Let's go guys." She started walking and they followed. "I'm sorry Jager for being psycho. I won't ever do that again." Kaze zoomed into the sky and disappeared out of sight. Jager shrugged. It was all he needed to say. Kaze floated down and landed.
Night soon fell and our travelers sat down in a small clearing in the forest. Jager leaned against a tree. Vara busied herself with stew and pours it into bowls before handing it out. After they ate Vara left quietly to wash. She returned and watched the fire.
Jager and Kaze looked at each other. "Hey."
"Hey back. So you can talk again not that you did much anyway." Kaze said dryly.
"I'm shocked you care so much." Came the sarcastic reply and he poked her.
She poked back.
"Night Kaze." He climbed his tree and disappeared. The girls closed their eyes and fell asleep.

Vara woke up with a vengeance. She pranced over to Kaze and kicked her. Kaze yelped and shot up. "DONT KICK ME!" she yelled. Vara made a face at her and strutted over to Jager.
"You got a bucket of water coming your way." She counted down, he didnt move. And she dumped it on him. He groaned and shakes the water off. He slid down the tree and glared.
"You people are impossible."
"And you're sexy. Get over it." Vara frowned. "Where are we going anyway?" Jager shrugged and pointed in general forward direction.
"That way."
"so specific." Kaze mutters.
He shook his head slowly and smirked. "You know it." Kaze took a step then stopped and froze. She made a gagging noise. And Vara and Jager looked at her. "Is she having a seizure?" Jager asked calmly watching the angel. Vara shook her head thinking. "No I bet its Akatash. Let's go." She turned around and started walking in the opposite direction back to the god's tower. Jager followed her with nothing better to do.
"Why dont we go faster?" Jager asked annoyed. Vara looked at him. "Well then shift Lazy!" He rolled his eyes then turned into a dragon. She climbed on and he lifted up into the sky. Kaze joined them in the air giving then a look of utter distaste. They landed shortly after outside the tower.
Kaze and Vara trekked inside. Jager opted to stay out. The angel went up and kneeled before the great god.
"Yes lord? What is your wish for me?"
"You worthless creature." He spat." You must go to the land of angels and find the dungeon of Elixir and break the cure of life upon the lily in darkest room. It will be guarded. Kill all who stand in your path. Go nowhere else in the land of angels." Akatash commanded darkly.
"Yes milord." Kaze muttered and stood.
"Vara." The god's voice crashed down.
"What do you want?" She returned rudely. The god glared.
"You will not speak with indecency to me or disrespect you are not my superior ...yet." He hissed eyes sparkling.
"Whatever."
You must control yourself. Your tears are poison your smile is a trap to all around you and god forbid the ones who you love because those are always the ones who suffer most." He warned her gravely, but a sadistic smile twisted his face. Vara started at him then turned on heel and stopped out. Kaze followed quickly but turned and gave a short bow.
