Seto came running out of your apartment after you told him what Joey did. You run after him. Seto sees Joey and the rest of the gang around the corner. "Seto, no!" you yell, trying to catch up to him. The gang hears you scream and turns around.
That all Joey does before Seto's fist smashes into Joey's nose. Joey falls backwards into Bakura, blood spurting everywhere. You're sure his nose is broken.
Before you can catch up to Seto, he already hit Joey again in the stomach. Tristan jumps on Seto, but he throws him off. Bakura and Yugi are trying to help Joey up, and Tea is just standing there with shock on her face. Before Yugi and Bakura can get Joey up Seto pushes both of them away and starts to pound Joey again.
"Seto stop it!" you scream and throw yourself on him. This causes Seto and you to fall sideways into a building wall. Seto is panting hard and trying to get Joey again, but you grab him around the middle. "Just stop Seto! Please!" you beg him. He puts his hands on your shoulders, and breathes heavily.
Bakura finally gets Joey up from the ground. Joey looks horrible. The front of his shirt is dark with blood and his nose is still bleeding. Joey groans and holds his side. You bet that Seto either broke or bruised Joey's ribs.
"What the hell Kaiba?!" Tristan yells. Seto narrows his eyes, grabs your arm, and starts walking, but Tea blocks his way.
"I guess both of you are happy, huh?"
You shake your head and say, "Tea I..." but she stops you.
"No ~~~~, I know you wanted Kaiba to pound Joey. I guess you're happy now," she turns around and follows the rest of the gang. Tristan and Bakura are supporting Joey.
"I'm sorry Joey," you whisper.
Seto runs a hand through his brown hair and looks at you. "~~~~ are you okay?" he asks. You are shaking and staring down at your feet.
You look up at him. "Seto, I told you not to do anything," you say, staring right into his intense blue eyes.
Seto sighs heavily, "What the hell was I supposed to do? Just stand there like an idiot after I knew someone had done something to you?"
You shake your head. "Seto, that doesn't mean you had the right to kick Joey's ass like that," you say. Seto crosses his arms and gives you one of his trademark looks.
"~~~~ I have different ways to deal with problems, ok?" he tells you and puts an arm around your shoulders.
"I just wish you weren't so violent," you sigh.
He leans down and kisses your cheek. "~~~~ I love you and I wont let anyone do anything to you and if someone does something, there's no telling what I'll do," he smirks.
You sigh again, "I love you too, but..." he doesn't let you speak another word. Seto puts his lips over yours in a fierce kiss. You forget what you where about to say and kiss him back. He parts your lips with his tongue and explores your mouth. You break away when you see the same couple you saw at the mall when you where talking to Joey. The couple starts running as soon as you see them. You break away from Seto's embrace and start running after them.
"Hey!" you yell. "Come back here!" The woman trips and you catch up to her. A notebook falls out of her purse. You pick it up and read it. It has every detail of what just happened between Seto and Joey.
You fling the notebook down and exclaim, "What the hell! It's you who has been making all these problems!"
The woman gulps and gets up. Then she gives you a bright smile and extends her hand. "Hello, I'm Rita Daily. Glad to meet you Miss..." she starts to say, but you cut her off.
"I don't care who you are. I just want to know why it's so much fun to ruin Seto's and my life!" you ask coldly, crossing your arms and narrowing your eyes. Rita gulps again and a drop of sweat falls from her forehead. Before she can answer, Seto comes holding Rita's partner by the collar of his shirt. Seto dumps the man at Rita's feet.
"Listen up," Seto growls, standing next to you "if I even hear of another article concerning either ~~~~ or me, I will sue both of you until you only have the clothes you are standing in right now. Understand?" Seto finishes. Rita and her partner nod rapidly then speed out of there. Seto shakes his head.
"People are so fucked up these days," he mutters. You sigh and take his hand. You are walking back to your apartment when Seto's cell phone rings. "What?" he answers, frowning. He listens for a few minutes then hangs up.
"Sorry ~~~~ but I have a big emergency at the company," he tells you.
You say, "It's all right." Seto gives you a light kiss then gives you one of his sexy smirks.
"Remember Saturday," he calls before he jumps into his car.

*Saturday, day of Seto's business party. All week the whole gang has been ignoring you. Joey's nose was broken and one rib broken and the rest bruised. You felt guilty about it, but there was nothing you could do*
It's 7:30 and your getting ready for the party. You put on the black dress you bought. It reaches your ankles, has a scooped neck so a bit of your cleavage shows, and it has a strap you tie behind your neck so your shoulders are bare. You go over to your mirror and put on your makeup.
As you finish the doorbell rings. You slip on your black high heels and open the door. Your heart stops for a moment. Seto is wearing a tuxedo, and in your opinion, a tuxedo is the one thing that makes a man even more sexy and hot. You are practically drooling. Seto sees your reaction and snickers.
"Like what you see?" he asks you, giving you a smirk. You smile at him and close the door behind you.
"Maybe," you answer. You both get into his limo. In a few minutes, you arrive outside a white building. You nervously play around with the locket around your neck. Seto notices your nervousness and squeezes your hand. The driver comes around and opens the limo door. Seto gets out first, then you follow him.
