NOW.

Matt sighs and lets Sonny pull him back onto the bed. "Who are you going to do about this whole thing?"
Sonny's eyebrows stitch. "What?"
"Well," Matt says, "me. You. adam. Spee."
"We won't have to worry about Adam if we get out of here. Not much."
"Your obssession with Spencer? You pretty much refuse to visit her with the rest of us."
Sonny holds his breath for a second. "I kinda just can't believe it, you know? Some days I woke up expecting her to call first thing..."
Matt strokes Sonny lightly. "That's what need to get taken care of."
"I just need some time to get over someone so..."

THEN.

Spencer grunted in exasperation. "Durrr yo," he began, "I need to go to Youth Group."
"Need?" Sonny asked.
"Yes, Heather will call my dad and tell him if I fon't go. Drive me up there, though?"
Sonny had lost every ounce of his nerve to propose and since then, never got it back."Sure, why not?"

"Shit, I'm late. They won't let me in," Spencer announced, climbing back into Sonny's car. "This sucks ass."
"Do you want me to drive you home?"
"Yeah. But it's almost over so you kinda have to go."
"Shit."
"I'll see you tomorrow though, okay?" When Sonny didn't answer, Spencer placed a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, I'll see you tomorrow."
Spencer noticed Sonny's apparent refusal to answer her and quickly climbed into his lap. Sonny sighed as she pressed her lips to the base of his neck. Spencer moved her mouth to meet up with his and groaned against it. She kissed his cheek, nose, forehead, and lips again before hugging him one last time. When she began to leave, he pulled her back, into a kiss.
Sonny put both of his arms around her small torso. She sighed into the kiss, put both hands on his face, then smile as he pulled away from her.
He ran a hand down the side of her face. She grinned, even though the expression on his face was clearly sad. "Call me when you get home, 'kay? I love you."
Nothing's alright. Nothing is fine. I'm running out of time.
Ugh omg. I hate it. Seriously.
