Zexion's P.O.V.
You watched Pharixas dash up the castle steps and disappear into the hallway. You made no move to follow her however. You were in too deep of a thought.
*Flashback*
You watched Larxene dive at you, slashing like crazy. You used your illusionary technics and disappeared into the darkness. You sent out a clone just in case she decided to use her magnetic attack.
Sure enough, Larxene unleashed her static electricity, drawing the fake you towards her, not suspecting a thing. But you had not noticed much of what Larxene was doing. Your focus had directed to Pharixas. You stared at her, wondering if she'll interfere again like the last time you were in trouble.
Pharixas seemed to be having a mental war inside her head. You could see that she was struggling to stay where she was. She had snapped her eyes closed to resist the impulse of running up towards the fake and saving him. Mentally in pain, trying to ignore the screams coming from the clone wasn't easy for her.
But she wasn't the only one in agony.
You yourself could hardly bear to see her in tears. Over you. You placed one of your hands over your chest and looked down on the grass.
This is wrong. I shouldn't be feeling anything! Why is she making me feel this way?
"Stop! Stop!!!"
Pharixas had decided to interfere after all. Your confusion was temporarily replaced by a small surge of anger. When will she start listening to you?! Just as Larxene was about to redirect her attack, you materialized an imitation of one of her kunais and threw it at her.
"Oh no, you don't," you said.
*Switches to another flashback*
"I can take care of myself just fine without you. I'll survive," you whispered, adding scorn into your voice.
"But what makes you think I can survive without you?!"
You glanced at her, eyes wide open. You could see she was starting to regret her outburst. But she was also staring at you in slight puzzlement and wonder. You suddenly realized that you had let your guard down and let her see through your usual emotionless eyes. You immediately covered it up and turned away.
"I thought I've told you not to depend on anybody," you said coldly.
Pharixas looked at you in disbelief and anger. She obviously hadn't expected you to be so passionless.
"If you don't want my help, fine! Why should I care anyway?!" she yelled. With that, she turned around and bolted for the castle doors, flinging them open, and disappearing into its depths.
*End of Flashback*
You sighed.
"What am I going to do with you, Pharixas?" you whispered to yourself.

Pharixas's P.O.V.
You ran and ran, not even looking at where you were heading. Darting up several flights of stairs, you were soon exhausted. You collapsed onto your knees to catch your breath. Meanwhile, you were arguing with your conscience.
That Zexion is such a heartless! you thought.
Actually, the correct term would be a Nobody, your conscience corrected.
Whatever! Who cares what he thinks? My main goal is to help the whole Organization get their hearts back!
But the whole reason you're helping them is because Zexion's in the Organization, right?
Nuh-uh!
Yah-huh!
Nuh-uh!
Yah-huh!
"Oh... I'm not going to break the toy... Just play with it. I'm not dumb."
You immediately came to attention as you heard a slightly muffled voice. You twitched a little, realizing that the voice belonged to Larxene.
"Remember, Sora is the key." You remembered in disgust that this voice belonged to Axel. "We need him if we're going to take the-"
Suddenly, a whooshing noise obscured your hearing. You turned and saw a tall figure in a black coat with the hood on.
An Organization member.
The person seized you roughly by your arm and pulled you upright. You were then being forcefully pulled towards a large door. Larxene and Axel's voice rose in volume.
"So you're in it, too?" Larxene was saying. "Keep it under your hood until the time is right."
Another whirling sound indicated that one of them had portaled off somewhere else. You figured it was Larxene who did since you heard Axel say, "You would have been wise to do the same, Larxene."
The figure who was dragging you pushed the door open and viciously shoved you in, causing you to land on the floor. You shook your head a little and stood up, eyeing the cloaked person.
"What were you doing up here?" The voice obviously belong to a man. However, when he slowly reached up and took his hood off, light pink hair spilled out. You resisted the impulse to burst out laughing.
"What were you doing up here?" he repeated, glaring at you suspiciously.
"I-I was..." The man was scaring you out of your wits. He had the same look of authority as Xemnas did. You figured this must be Marluxia, lord of Castle Oblivion.
"Or would you rather tell me this way instead?" he asked. He raised his hand as a single flower petal drifted down. It landed on his hand, and immediately, a huge scythe appeared. You gasped. Marluxia held his weapon behind him as he stepped towards you. You backed away from him, frantically thinking of escape plans. In horror, you realized that your back had touched the wall.
"Wait!" said a voice you've never heard before.
It belonged to a young girl with light blond hair that sat neatly on her right shoulder. She wore a simple white dress. She looked so delicate that it seemed like you can break her like a toothpick.
Marluxia glanced down her her. She continued. "I'll just go through her memories. If there's anything she's not supposed to know, I'll just erase it."
Marluxia looked unconvinced for a moment. Then he slowly nodded his head. "So be it, Namine."
The girl turned towards you, and suddenly, everything went dark.
----->>>
"Pharixas?"
You opened your eyes. You were in a completely white area with Namine standing in front of you.
"Yes?" you answered.
"We're inside your head right now. I'm not going to erase your memories, just to let you know. Marluxia's holding me prisoner here. I never meant to harm anyone on purpose."
You slowly nodded your head.
"Once you're back to normal, you have to fake it. Marluxia cannot know that I didn't erase your memories. Do you understand?"
You nodded once again. "I'll do my best."
"It was a pleasure meeting you though." Namine said. "I've heard a lot about you from Axel and Larxene. About you and Zexion..."
Suddenly, before you could even blush or protest, you were taken back to reality. You realized you were lying on the floor. You remembered what Namine had said and started faking.
Groaning, you pushed yourself off the floor and rubbed your head. "Where am I? Who're you?" you asked Marluxia, who gave a sideways glance to Axel.
"What's Axel doing here?" you asked, frowning. "And who's that girl?"
You inconspicuouly winked at Namine, who gave a flicker of a grin.
Marluxia did not say anything. Instead, he grabbed you by the shoulders and pushed you out of the room, causing you to land onto the floor again.
"How rude! I-" you were about to give Marluxia a piece of your mind when you suddenly realized that Zexion was standing there.

Zexion's P.O.V.
You watched as Pharixas cut off her speech and scowled darkly, glaring murderously at you.
"Well, well," Marluxia said. You diverted your attention to him. "I believe this girl was your responsibility?" He smirked at you, chuckling a little. Pharixas raised an eyebrow, obviously not understanding the "inside joke" to why he was laughing.
"I'm sure she can take care of herself..." you said slowly.
"Well apparently not," Marluxia disagreed. "She was found wandering up here. Surely she was suppose to be in the basement in your domain." He grinned and disappeared into a portal.
You rolled your eyes and directed your attention back to Pharixas, who was still on the floor. You held out a hand to help her up. She pushed your hand away and got up herself. She started walking away almost immediately.
"Look, Pharixas. I'm sor-"
Pharixas turned around and cut you off. "You're a Nobody, Zexion," she whispered in a tormented voice. "You don't ever mean anything you say. So what if you did say you're sorry? It's not like you mean it." She turned around and continued pacing away.
Her words stung, but you easily kept up with her. You placed a hand on her shoulder. "Wait, I-"
Pharixas whirled around and slapped you hard straight across the cheek. You flinched. But it was nothing compared to what you were seeing. Her eyes filled with despair, hatred, and sadness. She looked defeated, without any hope at all.
"I hate you, Zexion," she whispered.
With that, she stalked off, leaving you in a daze where you stood.
