"TRL! TRL! TRL!" Joe chanted, running out of the bus to the building.
These boys hit it off with people from the beginning, not even a month and tons of people are coming to venues. Which is a very good thing. Right now, the boys and I are currently in Time Square, New York. You know why? Because the Jonas Brothers got freakin' invited to TOTAL REQUEST LIVE, baby! And where am I going to be? On T.V. sitting with a bunch of screaming teens, watching my boys talk about how successful they've become. Oh, and did I mention their new music video, 'Mandy'? Well, that's going to premiere today.
So right now they're off taking pictures and stuff, while I sit myself down by a girl with braces and a huge mop of hair. I gave out a sigh and continued to not stare at her and at Vanessa, one of the hosts of the show. Finally the cameras start rolling, and she starts to talk.
Blah, blah, blah, ooh cool music video, blah, blah, blah. "Please welcome the Jonas Brothers!" Finally.
A bunch of screaming went on for a couple of minutes, until Vanessa quieted them down. "Welcome to TRL. How are you guys?"
Kevin grabbed a microphone, "We're doing good, actually. We have so much people coming to our concerts, it's been awesome."
"Cool. So you guys just made a music video for Mandy - which we will be premiering later on today." More screaming. "How was that?"
Nick decided to answer this question, "It was so fun for us. I really liked the concept of it being like a show, which gave it a total of three episodes." And the screaming never stops. Oh save me from my bleeding ear drums.
"And we will be playing one each day. So tune in for that, guys. Anyways, down to the personal stuff. Any girlfriends right now?" she asked. That's an easy question. No.
"Not at the moment, but we do have our most bestest friend in the world with us on this tour. Actually, she's in the audience right now." Joe answered, looking for me. Oh my goodness. No. No, no, no! I tried to slide down a little, but Joe's eyes connected with mine and he smiled. Great. "Right there! Alyssa!" And now he's pointing at me. He's going to get it after this.
"Alyssa, huh? Come on up here." Vanessa suggested, coming over to drag me there. Okay, not drag, but it did take some muscle to pull me. "And how did you meet the Jonas Brothers?"
A microphone was shoved at me, so my natural instinct said to hold it and not drop it. "U-um, well, I-I met them -"
"I'm not really sure if she's afraid of being on the spotlight, or because of how she met us." Joe looked at me, and I nodded. "Her mom was our mom's best friend. And coincedentally, they both gave birth to Lyss and I at the same time. Her mom didn't make it after that. She's been living with us ever since." He explained.
"Oh, I'm so sorry." All I did was nod again. "Who would you say is the closest to Alyssa?" She asked.
"Definitely Joe. I guess it's that 'having the same birthday and being the same age' thing. We're all really close to her, but Joe just has this weird bond with Lyssa." The other two agreed, nodding their heads.
"Well, here is the world premiere of 'Mandy' episode one." As the video played, the boys and I started talking. I think that bushy haired girl is glaring at me, and maybe the whole group of girls in here too. It's making me nervous. I hid my face in Joe's shirt, trying to get rid of the weird feeling.
"What's up, Lili?" Joe asked, playing with a strand of my hair.
"Look around you." I stated, not removing my head from my comfort zone. Uh, Joe's chest. Haha. That sounds kind of weird. Okay, my confort zone for now, when we're in here. Or total darkness is good also. Joe looked around him, to see most of the girls glaring at my head.
Joe laughed, "Don't worry about it. They're just jealous you're prettier than them." Pfft, lie.
"Oh stop it." I muttered, hitting his arm.
"You guys look so cute together. Have you guys dated before?" Vanessa asks, looking at the camera guy once in a while.
"Nah. She's just really shy right now." Joe said, starting to rub my back. He's making me sleepy. I don't want to sleep right now. That would be kind of embarassing. I straightened myself up, and smiled at Joe.
"Video will be done in 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1." The camera guy stated. I walked back to my seat, trying to ignore all of the glares. Not going to entirely forget it, but the least I could do was try.
"That was the video 'Mandy' by the Jonas Brothers, and if you've missed the first half of this show, the brothers are here with us today." She said, reading off of the cards they held out for her. "Now you guys, this is your first time on TRL and you're going to be a smashing sensation to the world."
"Wow, thank you." Joe said. The other two boys nodding their heads.
"So, we want everyone to get to kind of know you better, so um, we're going to just throw you some questions that come to mind. Are you guys cool with it?" She asked.

"Totally."
"Yeah."
"Cool."
"Joe, if music is your first passion, what is your second?"
"True, uh, I mean, I think, um, being a comedian. I've always wanted to be, like, I've always wanted for people to laugh. So yeah." Joe said.
"So you know jokes and stuff. Can you give me a joke?" Vanessa asked, curious to know.
"He's actually really bad." Kevin said, cutting in. I had to laugh at that.
The rest of the interview was about girls and sisters, or whatever, and such. After exiting the building, we walked back onto the bus. Today was such an eventful day. I'm never going to forget this.
"One day at a time."
