His breath caressed her face as he spoke the words she didnt want to hear. His face, his beautiful face just inches from hers. She wanted so badly to reach out and embrace him in her arms, the way his cool breath caressed her when he spoke, but he would just push her away. He never used to push her away.
He's nothing special, her friends would say. She didnt believe them; she told herself they were just jealous. He was everything special. He was beautiful in the most extraordinary way, so extraordinary that the beauty wasnt evident to most people and just got looked at as normal. Oh, he was so much more. He was brilliant; eloquent. And until recently, he was hers.
