Her feet hit the ground and off she went.

She didn't ask questions or stop to think about what she was doing.

She just ran.

Running won't solve your problems Commented the buzzing voice in her head as she swatted a branch away with her bare arm.

She turned her head slightly to block out the whistling wind as she heard someone, or something, trying to catch up with her. She adjusted her bag as she picked up her pace and flew through a grouping of oak trees.

Scrambling up a tree trunk, the young woman hid herself into the deep shadows of the dark wooded foliage. She sucked in a quick breathe and held it as the footsteps came to a stop.

I need help. She prayed desperately, hoping that someone, anyone but the people below her would find her and bring her to where she was going.

The dark cloaked figure stopped in the clearing and the girl peered through the green leaves to catch a better glance of her predator. The man, she assumed, swore loudly before sprinting off the way he had been moving.

Calypso allowed the breath of air to exit her lungs as she scanned the surrounding area for any more potential threats. She unzipped her bag and pulled out her invisibility cloak. Pulling the light, silvery fabric around her shoulders and pulling its hood up onto her dark hair and covering her face.

She pulled the bag on underneath and climbed slowly down the rough bark of the tree. She quickly dodged through the branches and whistled softly through the wind. Whoever is here to get me sure as hell better hurry up. She thought, slightly annoyed at the delay in assistance.

Suddenly a large, burly man came flying through the tree branches, knocking over Calypso with one swift blow to her shoulder. She whipped out her sword and slashed at the man who let out an antagonized cry as he pressed roughly onto the wound.

She gasped and pulled the cloak from her head, "Hagrid?" She asked quietly, so as not to be heard by the enemy. The half-giant looked curiously before spotting the floating head and walked over to her, a sheepish smile on his face.

"Yeh've gotten pretty good with that there sword, eh?" He asked jerking his head slightly towards the shining sliver blade, currently coated with a touch of crimson blood.

She smiled sheepishly at him and sheathed the blade swiftly and began to move through the trees. "I didn't know if it was you or not, so I chose to be safe and at least show my potential threat if they toyed with me and my mind." The burly man chuckled and gestured to the large thestrals hidden under a group of low hanging branches.

He slid on and allowed the thin girl to climb on behind him. "Hold on tight." She nodded and pressed herself against his back as the thestrals flapped its large wings and launched of the muddy ground.

Minerva paced back and forth on the grounds in front of the great hall, pushing her glasses up the bridge of her nose repeatedly. The sudden sound of a crash caused her to sprint out the doors and into the cool morning air.

She silently removed her wand from her hidden pocket and scanned for any signs of trouble. Suddenly the game keeper appeared, stumbling out of the Forbidden Forest. Minerva sighed heavily, she had been expecting something along these lines to happen. She scanned the area.

"Where's the child?" She asked sternly, fully prepared to box his ears if he had lost her already. Hagrid suddenly looked fearful of what she could do to him.

"Well, er, yeh see, er-"

"She went for a joyous dip in the lake." Minerva flipped around sharply, facing the slender girl.

The girl quickly braided her long blonde hair and allowed it to hang over her shoulder casually. Her arms crossed over her chest, her face the complete look of amusement. Her form was slender yet appeared the faade of innocence. Yet, Calypso was all but innocent.

Dumbledore had refused to tell any of the staff anymore than the basics of her life, such as where she lived, her family and how to protect them, and lastly he heavily relied that she could help them defeat the rising Lord Voldemort. It seemed as if everyday the man was killing off more and more of the wizarding community, including both half-bloods and muggle-borns.

Minerva held out her hand to the girl, who eyed it curiously. She looked the woman straight in the eye before speaking. "There will be plenty of time for introductions later, and right now I'd like to see Dumbledore."

What a professional girl. Came the shocked thought from McGonagall's head as she lead the girl to Albus' study, Hagrid trailing along behind, amused at how a young witch was order a Professor around like a petulant child.

The motley trio finally stopped in front of the statue and Minerva put her hands out, palms facing the stone carving. Saying, "Cadbury Curley Whirley," causing the light-haired girl to snicker softly.

"Well," she commented quietly, "he sure hadn't changed a bit has he?" Hagrid chuckled lightly as they ascended up the staircase. Minerva rapped lightly on the door and received a soft, "Enter." in response.

Calypso entered the room and quickly scanned it. It had been a few months since she had been here, and was quite surprised at how much it had changed. Dumbledore's desk was covered in stack of papers, many with the words Confidential and Property of the Ministry of Magic stamped on them. She briefly met the old mans' eyes and nodded shortly at him before sitting on top of his desk. The Head of Gryffindor moved to get her off, but was met by the blood stained tip of a sword. She gulped audibly and backed up a slight bit.

"Well, Albus I suppose you had a good reason to summon me from the Alps. What's going on?" The man smiled inwardly at her ability to get straight to the point. "Nolan's going to have a fit if I'm not back in a week. You know I can't keep disappearing without people asking questions. I'm being watched closely now by my, well, relatives I guess you could call them." He nodded.

"I need to call the entire Order together, I have a few names of students who can sign up at the new year-"

"You're going to recruit children?" Came the flustered reply of Minerva McGonagall, who had risen from her seat in front of Calypso. The blonde witch glared at the elder one with amusement in her green eyes.

"And what am I then? An adult?" She questioned the woman.

"With your attitude it's quite impossible." Came the muttered reply. Calypso's glare went from amused to angered in a millisecond.

"At least I don't have a grey hair." Minerva instinctively went to touch her tight ballet bun and conjured up a mirror. The young girl roared with laughter. "You teachers a re so gullible." She snorted with laughter before calming down.

"Well, I was wondering if you could possibly stick around at Hogwarts for a bit. You know, help the students out with your certain special talent training." Now Calypso could seriously doubt the old man's sanity.

"I'm not quite sure they could, well to be honest, handle my work out schedule." Albus gave her questioning look, but didn't ask about it. "And as for recruiting, it's a brilliant idea actually. We need new fresh blood in The Order, otherwise we're dead. I mean Moody is good at what he does, but pride gets in his way a little too much. New, agile, and quick moving students learning to train as Aurors would work perfectly. And we need Aurors as well; they'll come in handy." Albus nodded slowly and transferred the memory to his Pensieve.

"So then it's settled. I'll send for the rest of the group and tell them to spread the word to trustworthy people that we'll need all the help we can get. I'll inform said students once they arrive next week. Anything else?" Calypso tapped the man on the shoulder.

"My brother's want to join and same for Arlene's son. They're all very determined and fast with wands. You guys wouldn't know Troy though, he went to Beauxbatons and graduated last year. I could probably recruit Caspian and Callen as well, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help." Albus smiled warmly at her.

"Maybe not just yet, let's see how many we need first. Go set your things up in the spare teacher's quarters."

"Sir?"

"You'll be staying here while helping prepare these students-"

"No." Albus froze, he was clearly not expecting this to happen at all. Minerva and Hagrid had chosen to leave, Hagrid decided it would be safest to leave her bag next to the door.

"Cal, it's safer for you here. Besides, you can use the library for research." Cal nodded subtly and picked up her bag. "Oh, and you can't be seen by the students until we figure out who you should be in relation to a teacher." She covered up her unhappiness with a stoic look before leaving for her room.

James Potter held a finger to his lips as he made his way towards a compartment in the back of the train. His black hair stuck up in the back as if he had just rolled out of bed. His hazel eyes were dancing with laughter as he and his three friends made their way down the corridor. He was feeling slightly powerful and in charge, what with his Head Boy badge pinned upside down on his sleeve.

His soul-brother, Sirius Black, followed at his right side. The boy's hair was a slightly longer length and had a slight wave in it. His steel eyes were also filled with humor as he twirled his wand idly in his right hand.

The teenage werewolf followed behind the duo. His sandy blonde hair was neatly combed, but to a messy perfection. His face and skin bore new cuts and bruises from the latest full moon nearly two days ago. His amber eyes were tired yet still contained a small amount of amusement. His Prefect badge shone brightly against his robes as he followed his best mates to a certain compartment.

Lastly, a small, pudgy boy who looked no more than a first year trailed dismally behind the group. He wasn't handsome like Potter or Black, nor was he smart like Lupin, no. Peter Pettigrew was quiet and shy, yet had somehow managed to become a Marauder that first day of his First Year at Hogwarts.

Jams paused in front of a compartment. He pulled his wand out and motioned for everyone to stand behind him. The sound of humming came from within. Peter looked positively excited. "Who are the Slytherins we're attacking James?" The three boys went to shush him, but no luck. The door to the room flew open to reveal-

"Miss Evans, you look as beautiful as ever. How do you do after a wonderful last summer break?" Said James as Sirius and Remus whacked Peter upside the head. Lily Evans crossed her tanned arms in front of her and glared at the Marauders. Her green eyes were bright as she looked them over, which Sirius had unfortunately had noticed.

"Checking us out Evans?" He asked, slinging his muscular arm around his almost brother. She rolled her eyes.

"You wish Black. I was actually going to ask why you lot are here. I can understand why Remus is here, but he's a Prefect and this is-"

"The Head's compartment." James finished as he flashed his incorrectly pinned badge at her. Her jaw dropped low as she looked in disbelief. Lily faced Remus.

"Please tell me Dumbledore didn'tHe couldn't haveI'll kill him." She began to trail off as James patted her arm and steered her into the cabin and shut the door behind him, leaving the three Marauders out in the corridor. Exchanging looks, they shrugged and went back to their room. Each one awaiting for the glorious feast awaiting them at the castle.

"The train is pulling into the station. Please leave all luggage in your compartment and it will be taken to the school. Have a magical evening." The trio grabbed a carriage and settled back, none of the mentioned doing much. Peter had somehow already dozed off and Remus had pulled a book out of his robe. Sirius sighed and looked out the window, catching a small glimpse of a girl standing on the platform. Suddenly, she was gone. He blinked, there was no one there.
