Recap:
"Look Fhera..." she said, grabbing your hand. You had a slight shock to hit her with it. "I know this isn't the best time for this, but I want to ask you, what happened?"
You would have answered her back normally with a retort, but glancing behind her you saw Pintel and Ragetti running with the chest. Now was not a time for heart to heart talks.
"They're taking the chest!" you yelled to Elizabeth, and she turned immediately.
You did the only thing a sane person would do.
"After them!"

Thick beads of sweat littered across your forehead, but you made no distinct movement to wipe them away, for it would only slow you down. Keeping your exact pace, in front of Elizabeth, you could hear the cries of the two numb skulled pirates, yelling "We've got it! We've got it!" Coming to an abrupt stop, an idea crossed your mind.
"Stop!" you yelled out to Elizabeth. She halted right before you, a perplexed look gleaming in her eyes.
"We shouldn't be running after them." you told her. She raised an eyebrow, as if declaring that you were perhaps mad. "We should be running towards them." With a sly smile, Elizabeth nodded in agreement, and the both of you took off in the opposite direction of where you were running before.
Shortly after, you came to another stop. Though this time, in success. There stood the wooden stick, and barrell, with complexed and flushed out grins. As Elizabeth made a movement to reach for her cutlass, the other two watched in anxiety. Poor Lizzy, however, came to discover that she had no cutlass, therefore leaving Pintel and Ragetti in satisfaction of not yet surrendering. Rolling your eyes at their forgetfulness that you still contained a perfectly well sword. Just as you were about to unsheathe your weapon, a giant wheel came rolling through with none other then Will and Norrington running on top. What was quite unusual to you was the occurrence of Jack.
"Where's Jack..?" you mumbled. Right as you said the words, a small figure came running after the wheel. "Bloody hell" Unsheathing your sword, you looked at Elizabeth. "Here." You handed it to her, and took off towards Jack and the giant wheel. You waved a hand over your shoulder and yelled out, "Good luck!", and caught up with Jack.
"Jack," you huffed, running closely beside him. "Where's the key?" Pure guilt crossed his face as he flashed you an apologetic smile. "Jack!" you yelled again, waiting for an answer. He immediately pointed to the inside of the wheel, and you spotted the key dangling from a nail. "How did the happen?"
"Does it look like I can answer that right now?" Jack yelled back at you. You threw him a glare, and inched closer to the wheel. Jack quickly grabbed your wrist, and pulled the both of you in.
"Quick," he began, running along as the wheel spun. "Get onto my shoulders, and grab the key." His eyes were gleaming with pleasure, as he watched the key shake from the nail.
"And how, exactly, do you expect me to do that, you wretch, are you daft?" Jack threw you a hurt look. "Never mind, don't answer that." His face then hardened, and he asked,
"Well, how do you suppose we get it?" You glanced at the key, watching as it made its way down towards the both of you as the wheel spun. It was right within your reach, and you extended your hand to grab it. Unfortunately, dear William chose that very moment to swing down and grab it from your reach.
"Hey, that's mine!" you made a movement to grab your sword, and remember that it was Elizabeth. Jack took his out instead, and the two began to duel. Then down came Norrington, joining in on the fight. That left you weapon less, and vulnerable; the only left to do was run along with the wheel. Until of course, that was, when Jack screamed out
"I've got it!" Suddenly something hard hit your head, and the slipped down to your open palms. It was the key.
Jack swung over the side of the wheel, pulling you up with him. You struggled to keep balance as you stood on top now. Nearing to a close fall, Jack reached out for you just in time.
"Hold on!" he called out, and jumped up, taking hold of a palm tree leaf. Your arms were wrapped tightly around Jack's waist, thinking that you were safe. And then you both fell.
Jack, landing on his two feet, and you, on your back. For the grand finale, a coconut came twirling down, hitting you in the stomach.
"Oof." Wincing in pain, you lifted the coconut off, and held it in the air. "A little help Jack." you whimpered.
He stared down at you, or so you thought, giving you a funny look. He then took the coconut out of your hand, and spun it in his hand. "What are you doing?" You asked him. Ignoring you, he brought his hand back, and then with much force, threw it forward. From a distance, you heard a "ugh", then something timbering to the ground. Worried about who Jack had hit, you instantly sat up, only to experience the agony of a head rush. Jack started to walk off to where the fallen thing had landed, but you interrupted him.
"What?" he asked, impatiently, spinning around to examine you on the ground.
"Can't even help your best friend?" you inquired. "I've just been hit with a coconut."
"Oh, right, sorry love." He made his way over, and picked you up. "I thought we weren't speaking." Crossing your hands over your chest, you told him,
"I don't think now's the best time to discuss that, now please put my down." He smiled wearily, and let you down.
"You're right." He stated. "We need to be opening Davy's chest."
"The chest?" you dazed, staring at Jack in shock. He pointed a finger over to where he had knocked out one of Davy's men--who was now headless, and crying out for his head. You gasped, thought not at him, but at the sight of the chest. A bright smile lit up your face, and you looked to Jack with your fingers intertwined.
"The chest." You repeated, looking at him with big eyes. He nodded, and you took off, jumping through the tall blades of grass, with the key swinging from your hand. You kneeled before the chest, listening to the headless hermit faced man behind you. Jack shuffled himself beside you, and you both looked at each other as the hermit man bumped into a tree, then fell.
"No, that's a tree." Said his head. You and Jack sighed, looking towards the head.
"Oh shut it!" you both exclaimed. You then handed Jack the key, and he fit it into the heart shaped lock, turning it to the right. Instantaneously, four bolts protruded out, enabling the chest to be opened by human hands. Taking in a deep breath, you opened the chest and somewhat smiled. There it was the beating heart of Davy Jones. As Jack went to take it, you grasped his hand.
"Wait!" you whispered. He looked up at you, confused.
"What is it?" he asked.
"...well..." you looked at the heat, then at Jack, back and forth trying to figure out how to tell him.
"What?" Jack whined. Letting out a distressed sigh, you let your eyes wander away from the heart and onto your palm.
"Never mind." Jack peered curiously into your eyes for a second, and then returned his focus to the heart. You watched as he took in his hand; it continued to beat like drums, thumping in and out in his palm. That was when you remember what you had had to say about the heart. But you didn't get a chance to speak. You had been interrupted by the rest of Davy Jones crew/ they yelled wildly, as they chased after Pintel, Ragetti, and...
"Elizabeth!" you called out, waving your hand in the air. Your anger on her at the moment had seemed to be flushed out, and all you had in mind was to help her.
"There's no time!" Jack yelled in your face, while seizing your hand.
"Ok!" you yelled back in his. And with that, the two of you ran off, back towards the dinghy boat.
"Jar of dirt!" you and Jack called out, just as you approached the boat. You grabbed the jar, taking off its lid, and then dumped half of its contents into the boat. Jack took the heart out from his shirt, and then placed it in the jar.
"Nice hiding spot." You chuckled.
"Thank you." Jack smiled, while quickly putting the dirt back into the jar.
You suddenly heard something swish from behind you, and turning around just in time to see a sea infested man, as he brought his sword down at you.
"Argh1" Jack pushed you out of the way, and spun to the side as the man once again brought his sword down. Jack quickly grabbed the oar from inside the boat, and blocked the mans sword as it came down again. He then pushed him away and threw you the oar. Catching it swiftly, you swung the oar, hitting the man forcefully in the jaw, and knocking him over, though sadly, not out. You threw the oar back to Jack, and grabbed the man's feet, and he fell over once again, hitting his forehead on the ledge of the boat.
"Hah! In your sea infested face!" you yelled at him, brushing yourself off. Looking away from the man, you noticed Will holding the chest. He stared back at you, with much suspicion in his eyes. He knew. Your eyes widened, and you caught a glimpse of Jack looking down at the oar, then back at Will.
"Do it Jack." You whispered to him. Without hesitating, he swung the oar hitting Will square in the face, and successfully knocking him out, as he fell into the boat. Elizabeth suddenly ran over to him, with a worried expression.
"Leave him lie!" Jack instructed.
"Unless you plan on using him to hit something you." You whimpered, watching the herd of mutant sea men edge closer to all of you.
"We're not getting out of this." Elizabeth yelled.
"Not with the chest!" Norrington corrected. "Into the boat." He grabbed the chest, and took a few steps forward.
"You're mad!" Elizabeth hollered.
"Don't wait for me!" With his last words, Norrington took off merging into the crew.
"I say we respect his last wish!" Jack said, nervously.
"Aye!" you and Pintel yelled. Quickly boarding the boat, with an unconscious Will, you rowed off to the Pearl.
