I shrugged on my hoodie as I walked out of the back door of the bar I serve in at night. The alley smelled of beer and shards of glass were spewed around the surrounding area of the dark garbage bin. Raindrops fell in slow motions from the sky, as the clouds covered the midnight sky.
I shivered as the cold fall air swept across my face, my hands shook with the near-winter weather chill. The wind whipped everywhere, even in the dark crevices of the alley-way.
A creepy, different feeling swept across my body as I overcame with the feeling that someone was around, a feeling that I usually get after working around drunken, horny men and occasionally women that would hit on me through drunken slurs. It was a creepy feeling, a feeling of being watched.
I shrugged off the dark feeling as I neared the end of the alley-way. A dark, hooded figure appeared in front of me as I took a sharp intake of breath. It stepped closer to me, as I stepped farther away. It was a figure of a man's, tall and straight, not a womanly hourglass figure. As he came closer into sight, as I had nowhere else to back up, I could sense something dangerous about him-his eyes a dark red glow in the lightless area, his smile too bright to be real.
My heartbeat increased as the man forcefully kissed me. My blood pulsed through my body like a rapid fire. My lips tingled as his lips traveled from my lips to my neck. My breath was uneven, as my body shook with fear, I did not know him. His hands cupped my face as he silenced my screams, softened them to a murmur. His lips lingered on my neck, the mysterious, cold softness frightening me more than before.
An unusually sharp implement grazed my neck as his lips still rested there. My body became stiff and unmoving as my heartbeat decided to soar twice the legal limit. His mouth was parted as his teeth pummeled into my neck. A feeling of light-headedness overcame me, as his face blurred in my vision. My head pulsed as my mind began to drift off with lack of oxygen. My breathing became sharp intakes of breath as my body tried to revive itself, but it was no use, the blood loss was inferior. My body became limp as it crumbled in his arms. I harshly whispered "Vampire" as my final word, as my vision diminished and the creature took my lasting breath. My soul silenced forever.
Dead!
