.::The Sun Can't Shine As Brightly As Our Love {A Lee Oneshot}::.

This is you. Your name is Mika, you are 15 and Lee is 16.
yay for me!
"It's so sunny here!" I called out excitedly, what can I say? I love the sun. "Isn't it pretty Lee?" I called to my partner for this mission; he was smiling brightly at my hyperness.
"It is beautiful here Mika!" he called back, though we were no more than 6 feet apart as I danced in the desert we were crossing. We were on a special mission to escort a caravan (yes suspiciously like the third Naruto movie I know I liked that movie, so sue me)
"Can we make some waffles while we wait for them to get here?" I asked, my eyes filled with want. Lee chuckled and then nodded,
"But how do you propose to make waffles without a toaster Mika?" Lee asked looking slightly confused
"Easy-peasy! I just get out my waffle," I say as I pull two waffles out and hand one to Lee, "And then we sweep off this rock here," I said as I swept of a rock with my hand, "And then we set the waffles here and the sun cooks them!" I finish proudly
"WONDERFUL MIKA! THAT IS BRILLIANT!" Lee shouts, causing me to flinch violently and it may have even stopped my heart for a moment or 12.
"Lee," I whispered seductively and leaned towards him. He was automatically drawn towards me, even though we had been best friends for years TenTen had spilled Lee's secret to me one night. His secret that he was in love with me. Now I have no idea why he told my best friend this, I mean she is his team mate But seriously, TenTen never keeps anything from me, which is why as I fall asleep sometimes I find myself having explicit dreams of TenTen and Neji, doing. Things Which is scarring in amongst itself if I hadnt happened across the two of them banging each other in MY BED! I mean who bangs their boyfriend in their BESTFRIEND'S bed? Anyhow, the one secret I HAVE NEVER told TenTen, is that I'm secretly in love with Lee, and I'm hoping he will confess to me while we're all alone on this mission. "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU YELLING WHEN WE'RE TWO FEET AWAY FROM EACH OTHER!?!" I screamed in his ear. He winced, but seemed to get my point because suddenly the sand dune to the west was very interesting to him. Suddenly in the north (haha I wish I really knew which way was west or north or whatever) I saw the start of the caravan "Damn and my waffle isn't finished yet." I grumbled
"What is wrong Mika?" Lee asked worriedly once I started grumbling about my waffle
"The stupid caravan is here and the waffles aren't done yet." I groaned
"We can carry the waffles!" Lee exclaimed suddenly, "It would bake it like an oven still!" I had never had a stronger urge to tackle that boy and kiss him before. But I resisted. We picked up our waffles and ran to meet the caravan. I'll admit we may have looked more than slightly stupid carrying uncooked waffles in our hands BUT SCREW THAT!
Once we got to the caravan the lead one opened and a slightly Er Make that VERY fat man got out, I was to busy trying to figure out how he had managed to fit into the carriage to care that Lee was introducing us. I simply let him push me into a bow alongside him.
"Well aren't you a pretty young girl, are you sure you're a ninja?" the fat man wheezed as he reached out as if to shake my hand. Ya The weirdo actually started stroking my hand. I had this disgusted look on my face, great, I attract fat old guys; that's a good skill. NOT. I looked to Lee to see what I should do, because I was pretty sure killing him on the spot would be frowned upon. I turned and saw Lee looking as if he could kill the guy before I got a chance. So to spare our ninja career I squeezed the fat guys hand so hard his bones popped and he started squealing in pain. I then let go,
"Yes sir, I do believe I AM qualified to be a ninja." And with that I stalked off a few yards behind Lee, to let him deal with the fat pervert. Ya I'll bet he strokes Lee's hand too Tells him he's a pretty girl too. NO, NOT EVEN. I always get the weirdo's hitting on me. Damn my cuteness, damn it to hell, where it can stay and thrive on all the old fat guys it attracts.
I simply glared at the fat guy while Lee talked to him while gesturing wildly. After about 20 minutes of talking, my waffle was done cooking, so I started eating it. Another 10 minutes passed and then the fat guy turned around and got back in his carriage, and Lee walked over to me.
"Mika?" He asked looking slightly worried. I'll admit I was lying on my back in the sand, but there was no cause for worry. "We are supposed to go that way" he pointed in that direction, "Until we hit the river, and we are supposed to scope out enemy ninja on the way. And once we get to the river we can do whatever we want until they catch up, okay?" Lee explained
"YAY WATER!" I giggled and leapt up, "Can we go now?"
"Yes." Lee said smiling too. Then we both ran off in the direction they had showed us.
.::At The River::.
Absolutely nothing had happened on the trip to the river. No enemy ninja, no rabid desert wolves. Nothing. So we were both sitting at the river's edge on a rock with our bare feet in the water.
"Lee?" I whined
"What is it Mika?"
"I wanna take a bath now. They won't be here until tomorrow at noon at the earliest. There's no one else here. We can both take a bath and be happy and clean when they get here. Please?" I begged, Lee blushed lightly but then nodded slowly,
"Alright Mika, do you want to take your bath first?" he asked
"We can take one together, that way it'll be like swimming and will b more fun!" I laughed; I didnt even give him a chance to respond before I started stripping off my clothes. Once I was naked I turned and looked at him, he was blushing dark red. "Come on Lee!" I called then leapt into the river laughing. Lee slowly took off his clothes as if he knew deep down we shouldn't be doing this. So just to see how great his mental control was, the second he jumped into the river and swam over to me I tackle-hugged him. "I love you Lee." I whispered softly in his ear and then dove under the water. I was now fascinated by a fish at the bottom which looked like it was deciding if it should try to eat me. Suddenly it darted towards me, scaring the crap out of me. Since when I get scared I scream, I screamed. Which probably WASN'T the wisest course of action since I was underwater. So the second I screamed I swam up wards as fast as I could. Once I was at the surface I decided taking a small break might not be so bad. So I crawled onto the rock Lee and I had been sitting on before.
"Mika?" Lee's voice was at my ear sending shivers across my body, I rolled over to I was facing him
"Ya Lee?"
"I love you too Mika." He whispered and then kissed me.
We sat up as he kissed me; I was the only one still naked, he had put on his boxers and shorts. He pulled me into his lap still kissing me, I was kissing back naturally. His tongue ran across my bottom lip, practically begging me to let it in my mouth. I smiled into the kiss; I wanted to see just what he would do for entrance. Once he figured out I wasn't going to let him in without him doing something he let out a low growl and flipped me on my back with him crouching over me. He removed his mouth from mine and I whimpered. I hadn't meant to whimper, it just kind of came out. Lee smirked and started kissing along my bare collarbone. I ran my fingers across his abs lightly, making him shiver, even in this heat. Suddenly I moaned loudly, I hadn't seen that coming. In less then half a second Lee's mouth was back on mine and his tongue was now in my mouth. He explored my mouth with a pace that said he wasn't taking it out anytime soon. He finally settled for massaging the roof of my mouth with his tongue, and lightly rubbing my bare back.
.::That Night::.
I lay on the blanket in my pajamas while Lee was getting a drink from the river. I was more than mildly pleased to learn he slept without a shirt on. He came back and laid down next to me, and wrapped his arms around my waist. He brought his mouth next to my ear the whispered
"I love you Mika, will you please be my girlfriend? I will protect you till the day I die."
"Yes Lee, I will." I whispered and kissed him on the nose.
Because the sun can't shine as brightly as our love.
