"It turned out that Gerard had done nothing damaging at all. Audrey ended up getting her period while everything was going on. I told them that nothing bad nothing bad happened and Gerard is not getting charged for anything." A very exhausted Frank explained everything to his friends in the hospital waiting room. Even Gerard was there, worried like crazy. He was finally sober and, since the guys had forgiven him, he hoped to God that Audrey would too.

A moment later, Audrey came out of the E.R. in a wheelchair and wheeled over to her friends.

"You okay, Audrey?" Asked a very worried Frank. His sister nodded her head.

"Yeah, but a little tired." She replied, closing her eyes.

"Audrey, I'm sorry." The girl's eyes shot open and glared at the one who had said that. Gerard. He swallowed then continued. "I'm really sorry. I was drunk and didn't know what I was doing. I love you and I'm sorry." It was the first time he had said this in front of everyone and the moment seemed almost romantic. However, the look on Audrey's face said otherwise.

"No." She said sharply. "I hate you. I used to love you but now I hate you. How could you have done that to me?! I never want to see you again. C'mon, Frankie. We're leaving." With this, she got up and began walking towards the door. Frank looked at his sister then back at Gerard, and soon both him and Gerard were chasing after Audrey.

"Audrey, please!" By now Gerard was crying, but ignoring him, Audrey kept walking.

And Gerard kept chasing her.

"Please, what Gerard?" She turned sharply around and looked at him sternly. He paused for a moment, realizing he didn't really have an answer yet.

"Please," A few tears ran down his face and the salty taste lingered in his mouth as he spoke. "I need you. I can't live without you I'm sorry, what else do you want me to do?" Audrey thought for a moment as she opened Frank's car door.

"How about don't talk to me? Yeah, that'd be great. I don't want to talk to you and I don't want to see you. Just leave me alone. I hate you." Audrey got in the car and closed the door.

"Audrey! NO!" But it was too late. They were already gone.

On Monday, two days later, as Audrey walked to school alone, she thought about the weekend's events.

Yesterday, she sat at home crying. Even though Gerard had raped her and pleaded after he'd realized what he had done, Audrey was still a little angry about it. But she loved him still and, since she wasn't as upset as she was the night before, she decided to forgive him.

'I was really cruel to him.' She thought as she saw her brother, Mikey, Bob, and Ray. When she got closer to them they realized they were talking about her and Gerard.

"Aud's gonna be really upset when she finds out what Gerard's done." Said Frank. "I kept hearing her mumble Gerard's name in her sleep last night. This'll be bad."

"Hey guys!" She walked towards them as if she heard nothing. She wanted to know so badly what happened to him. "What's up?" They all looked at each other apprehensively and then Mikey spoke.

"You know Kelly right? The snobby cheerleader with the blonde hair?" Audrey nodded and her friend continued. "Well, we just found out huge news; her and Gerard are dating!"

in her head Audrey screamed, but only said with no emotion, "That's nice. I'm happy for him." The guys looked at her like she was insane."

"Audrey," said Bob. "We all know your crazy for him, so stop the act." At that moment, she broke down telling everyone everything.

"You're right!" She cried, covering her face. "I love him so much! I didn't mean to flip out on him last night, really. It's just that I was so angry to see him after all that and everything. And now he's dating Kelly... oh, God, what am I going to do?" She wiped the tears from her eyes as the warning bell rang Mikey patted Audrey's shoulder and they all began walking into the school.

While in the hallway, Audrey looked around for Gerard. Even though he was dating Kelly, she still wanted to apologize, wanted to clear everything up so that even if he didn't love her anymore, they'd still be friends. She straightened her shoulders but they then slumped, her confidence faded.

'He won't forgive me, I just know it.'

The she saw him. He was walking with his arm around Kelly and a cheesy grin on his face. Their eyes met and in that moment, he smirked as he kissed Kelly. Audrey's heart sank and tears began to fill her eyes.

Gerard saw Audrey run into the classroom and felt a little bad. He wanted to run after her and comfort her, but Kelly was attached to his arm and he couldn't bring her with him. If only she was gone...

"What's wrong?" Kelly's voice broke his thoughts.

"Nothing." She simply nodded, not believing him. She wiped a strand of hair from her eyes and began talking.

"So, you're coming over tonight, right? It'll just be me and a couple of my friend. We're probably gonna have some booze there so I hope that's okay."

"Yeah that's fine." Ever since the first night he got drunk and everything happened with Audrey, Gerard had been drinking by the hour, trying to drown his thoughts in the liquor. He had drinking a lot in the past two days and usually woke up with a hangover.

"Alright," She said. Kelly kissed Gerard and let go of his arm. "See you later." She blew him a kiss as she walked into the classroom. Gerard turned around and sighed, then headed towards the same classroom Audrey entered.
