Call Me a Mess | William Beckett | Call Me Wrong o2

Second part. Hope you think it's okay. It's early and I'm leaving for school in a minute. But I did this anyway. In need of a good read? Rockstar! Layouts

That morning, Kate slipped out of bed as quietly as she could, so as not to wake William. She threw on a tank top, and hoodie, and whatever else was lying around, and left the house.

When she got outside, she took a deep breath and shook head, ad if scolding herself.

She kept walking.

Why Katlyn? Why the hell did you have to fall into the exact same trap as last time? We all know he's gonna say he has to leave and you'll never see him again. Yet you still fall back in love. When, you dumbass? When will you learn your lesson?

She got further.

She ran her fingers through her hair and walked across the street to a park. Well, one wouldn't exactly call it a park. More like a patchy brown and yellow lot with a rusty swing set in the middle. Her neighbors had petitioned to tear it down, but it was oddly attractive to her.

She went over and sat on a swing. She kept her hands in the pockets of her hoodie instead of putting them on it. Because last time the rusted metal nicked her finger.

When she was deep into thought someone came behind her and started pushing her softly. She didn't respond, for she hoped, for the first time ever that it was a bum she'd end up shooing off. Deep down she knew he saw her down the street.

"If I didn't know better, I'd say you were trying to avoid me again." He said, as he kept pushing her. She just sat there, letting him.

But she said nothing.

"But maybe I don't know better." He said finally.

"I still don't get why you're here." She said, still looking ahead. He pushed slightly harder.

"Because I love you." He said simply, as if he had been saying it to her everyday for the past few years.

"No you don't." he pushed again.

"I do, and I'm proving it to you. I'm not leaving for a while." He said. Finally she stood up off the swing and started walking home.

William followed her.

"Are you seriously gonna be like this, Kate? I came over and you had no problem screwing me, but you want to ignore me forever?" he asked.

She rolled her eyes and kept walking.

"Kate!" William yelled. At this, Kate stopped dead in her tracks. Thinking he had gotten to her, a smile started to form on William's lips as he waited for her to turn around.

When she did, his smile faded instantly, for eyeliner stains had formed on her cheeks from quiet tears.

"You are such an asshole, William Beckett." She said simply before taking off to go home. Oddly enough, he knew what she meant. He had been an asshole, but he wanted to change because of her and her only. But she didn't see it.

After thinking for what felt like five minutes, he ran up to her house and knocked on the door repeatedly.

She didn't answer.

He knocked again.

This continues for five minutes, until he gives up, and crawls in an open window that leads to the living room. And there she is, in the living room, reading a book. If he didn't love her so much he'd swear she was coo-coo for coco puffs or something...

She peeked over the book and raised her eyebrows at him.

"I see you've lowered yourself to breaking and entering." She said simply, turning a page.

"Stop acting like that, Katlyn." He said.

"Like what?"

"You know exactly what I'm talking about." He said, sighing.

"I have my reasons." She said, putting the book down and standing up. He walked over to her.

"Can I just have another chance? Please? Kate, if I fuck up this time, than you can cut me out of your life forever, but I know who I love and that I plan on spending the rest of my life with you." He said, taking her hands.

Then Kate did the very thing she was trying to prevent herself from doing in front of him since she saw him again. She already did it once before today, and she didn't want to do it again. But she started to cry.

"But you really fucked up, Will." She said, but starting to smile nonetheless. He laughed a little.

"I know." With nothing else needing to be said, he pulled her close to him by her waist and kissed her like he did before, and like he planned on doing for years to come.

I don't know how you charmed your way into my heart...
These chicks don't even know the name of my band.
But they're all on me like they wanna hold hands.
Cause once I blow they know that I'll be the man.
All because I'm the lead singer of my band.
Girl why can't you see you're the only one for me,
And it just tears my ass apart to know that
You don't know my naaaaaaaame...
*cough*
