Kakashi was right, once I got outside, I saw the Hokage.
“Please follow me.” He said. I followed him without saying a single word, staring at the ground.
“Alright, here we are.” He said. I looked up and saw that we were in front of the academy.
“Why are we here?” I asked.
“This is where you’re going to show me your abilities.” He said as he walked behind the academy. I followed him. Once we were behind the academy, I saw kids and their parents. The parents were congratulating their kids for becoming ninjas. I looked around and saw a boy sitting alone on a swing.
“Just like the day I left my village.” I thought. I looked at the Hokage and saw that he was talking to a teacher, so I walked over to the boy.
“Why are you sitting alone?” I asked the boy.
“I didn’t pass, I have no friends, and I have no parents.” He said.
“So you’re just like me. My name’s Ayami Mikomi, but please just call me Aya.” I said.
“Alright Aya. Well my name’s Naruto Uzumaki.” He said as he smiled.
“Why are you so happy.” I asked.
“I have a friend.” He said.
“Well sorry to burst your bubble, but I don’t need or want any friends. I need power, so I can get my revenge.” I said in an ice cold tone.
“Why do you need to get revenge?” he asked.
“My brother and another man killed my entire village, except for me and my sister. My sister says it’s my fault and wants to kill me.” I said as my anger started to rise again.
“Aya please come here.” The Hokage said.
“Alright, talk to you later Naruto.” I said in my usual cold tone.
“See you Aya.” Naruto said.
