“As long as we walk together...I shall protect you..." A Voice echoes into the darkness. Youko whispered into the blank abyss,"Protect? Who are you?" "And as I protect you...You must also protect her...For you will win her's..." Youko could not understand what this voice meant"Win...Win what?" "Ai..." "Ai? Your Twilight's language, is it not?" "Aye, it is...Chikau koto wa kore ga saigo no Heart-break....Omoide to Daburu eizou...Koi wo shite owari wo tsuge...Koete motto kimi ni chikazukitai yo..." The Voice faded away, the last verse echoing through.The fox had much to think about now.Her words made no sence yet also perfect sence.
Remembering such a dream, Kurama thought about it al the way to the Twilight Stadium that holds the new DarkTornament. Hiei noticed a stressed look on Kurama‘s face, "Fox, are you alright?" snapping from his daze, Kurama merely smiled sheepishly and gave a simple 'yes'. As they reached the castle that held the tournament, they all stared dazed by it's size and beauty. Kuwabara gaped at the size of the castle where the stadium is to be held. "Damn that's huge..." The castle had an eternal time of only Dusk, Twilight, and Dawn. Not Night or Day nor even Noon. It held three moons: Blood-Oath FullMoon(red), Saphire HalfMoon(blue), and the Silver QuarterMoon.When the black vehicle had stopped and everyone had gotten out, a small child came to greet them, though she had no mouth, nor pupils in her eyes. Her skin so purely white, hair short and silver.She held a light pink umbrella and wore a pink and white gown.

" ~I am Shitsumei,though you mey call me Tsumei.I shall take you to your rooms.Follow.~ Everyone was amazed at the young girl's fluent language, and even without a mouth. Silence was brought up upon the group as they walked with the child. Yusuke became tense and decided to break it, "Hey Koenma, any stats on the teams?" Koenma answered anything but cheerfully. " Well Yes. So far I only know of three, besides us. Team hakku//KAI Kishi, Team HigureFaitas, and Team Masho." Kurama remembered that last one. "Team Masho? From the Dark Tournament we barely won from Toguro?" Boton piped up, "Yep, that team Masho.And there was one more team. Team KoukiMugen Kyuu. They have a an assassin, a knight, a thief, a white mage, a black mage, two creatures who appear to be demon, and a summoner" ~*~*~*~*~

Zidane planned out the entire battle plan so thoroughly it was more than amazing. If something were to happen they had a backup plan for every move if not more. "Eiko, Dagger, Remember what to do with the double-teams?" The princess replied shortly “Yes" Eiko giggled and repeated Dagger's answer. Armant seemed weary. "You sure this tactic will work?" The Bermucian closed her eyes and spoke out for Zidane, "As long as we keep a close eye on our opponents and there weaknesses, we'll be fine." ~*~*~*~*~*~
Touya and the rest of his team came into the large stadium along with a few other team. Jin spoke out immediately when he saw Yusuke. "Long time no see guys." Urameshi replied back to him. "Yeah...When will you guys fight?" Touya answered this time. "Now I believe we start about-" He was cut of by Announcer Koto, "Now that all the teams are present, Lets start the match between Team Fractured FairyTales and Team Masho! First off is Jin verses Emotional Emily!" Kuwabara seemed at a slight shock to the sudden coincidence. "Woah...Good timing" Boton perked up, “Good luck you guys!" Emotional Emily was a very strange girl. She wore all velvet and green Lolita styled dress, hat, wrist-band, and a Clown-like Mask covered her face-Though there was a handle so she had to hold it in place. When she spoke, her voice was high-pitched and changed tone frequently.

Emily giggled like a child, but somehow it seemed rather.... inhuman. "You will never neat us" Her voice nearly cracked from a strange strain in her throat and she giggled like a possessed child. Jin grinned showing his fangs, "Don’t be so sure, Lassie. We aren’t what we seem" His Irish heritage was obvious in his speech and accent. They went to the opposite sides of the room and by Koto's word, the match started. Jin used his wind abilities to flaot above. Emily uncovered her left side of her face from the mask, and it showed her mouth was an open frown with many tears streaming down her face. Emily pouted like a tantrum child, "Now that’s not fair! I cannot reach you -" She quickly moved the mask to reveal her right side but cover her left. She was grinning like a mad-woman. "-But that's OK since I don’t have to reach you" Her voice was disturbingly girly and happy-go-lucky. 'Such an odd mood swing,' both Hiei and Kurama noted mentally. She took off her mask completely and her face had an emotionless look, just pure blank. Her mouth was a very small, thin line. Her full face was powdered with a very light pink. On the mask were two ribbons that tied to the sides, like a normal one would have. She twirled the mask around in a windmill circle above her head, and the ribbons grew to where they were swirling around the entire ring. Jin tried to use his Wind to counter, but the yellow satin ribbons wrapped around him and began to squeeze him, slowly, to death. Then, a sudden crack was heard throughout the ring, despite the constant yelling of the audience. Jin winced and whispered to himself, "That....is not a good sound..." Emily tugged at the base of the ribbons and they sliced through Jin's skin. It was like getting cut by millions of papers. She tugged hard on the ribbons and they unraveled, pulling on Jin's tender skin, slicing deeper into the wounds and they contracted back to a normal size. Emily her mask to cover her right side and began to cry once more. She actually seemed sad for a moment as she spoke, "Poor you....You're all cut up and hurt..." She revealed her happy side again covering her left. "But I do hope you die to releive that incredible pain, or just heal very quickly" Emily giggled so high-pitched it was almost inaudible. She showed her left side one last time, but her face was wrinkled, and she looked pissed. Her voice had oure hatred. Her tears were completely dried, and her once calm eyes glowed a faint crimson. "But it ticks me off that you went down so EASILY!" Screaming her last word, she tore off ehr mask. Jin was on the ground, bleeding, and the team rushed to his assistance. Touya was in near panic, "Hold on Jin...We'll take them down...I know it." Koto announced the obvious winner, "Winner-EmoionalEmily! Next round! Lil'BoaLocks verses Gama!" Lil' BoaLocks had short, blonde curly hair, and a black dress with red apron. She looked only about 8 years or perhaps younger. Her face looked un-caring and almost angry. Gama laughed out, "A child?! I’m fighting a child?!?!" Now Boa was ticked, "DONT call me a child, clown..." Gama "Clown?! That's it...Paralysis Curse!" Gama ran towards BoaLocks and painted all over her. She seemed shocked at his sudden speed then even angrier she'd been painted on like a canvas. "You wont be able to move a muscle in your body...If you have any..." Well, her name isn’t BoaLocks for nothing. Her golden curly hair wiggled and squirmed. Her curls uncurled and stood out in all directions. They hissed at Gama. Hissed? They were really Golden Baby Boas. Her eyes reverted into golden snake-like eyes. She grew fangs with drops of poison dripping from them. A tail slithered out of under her dress, and her skin grew slightly scaly. Half scales and half skin. BoaLocks hissed behind her teeth. Her voice wasn’t quite child-like anymore, more of that of a demon now. "You'll never stun-lock me" She slithered so fast, Gama couldn’t even see her leave her spot. Her legs fused within her tail, becoming a golden medusa. She wrapped around Gama and squeezed him; Her arms stretched around him. "There's a reason people call me BoaLocks you know " Her face beamed, revealing her long, venomous fangs. "I'm not only half medusa, but I also squeeze my prey to death, just like a Boa" Soon enough, she squeezed just enough to where blood oozed out of his mouth, and he passed out nearly dead.
She still was sqeezing him and opened her mouth wide, showing her large snake fangs. Touya looked back as he lay Jin onto a bed. He panicked at what he saw. "He's nearly Dead! Stop the match! He wont be able to defend himself if he's passed out!" Koto appologized, "Im sorry but the rules say that we cant stop the match until he says he forefits,or he is out of the ring by the end of the count...And he's out cold." ~*~*~*~*~*

A feathered knight watched with his team as the battle continued. "If we dont do something she'll swallow him whole"
A wavmaster turned to a young girl glwing purely white, "Aurora, you could control a person body and have them do and say what you want them to...Try it on Gama...Make him Forefit..." his voice was monotoned but his face showed pbvious concern. The glowing girl nodded, "I shall try but there is no way I will be certain this will work..." She closed her eyes and made a hand sign. It was the sign of the bird. Her eyes shot open and they were dark purple and wide. She stood perfectly still. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
BoaLocks felt a twitch in Gama's body. "I Forefit the match" His voice was strange,as if there were two people saying that at the same time. Koto immediatly responded, "Stop the battle! Gama Forefits!" BoaLocks "What?! Damned Twili-...I mean, Gama..." Gama was taken to the indoor Infermiry,and the battles continued. "Touya verses Alice Malice!" Alice was the leader and so was Touya. Her voice was completely monotone.As if she were possessed, ormaybe an android. Whatever she was, she definately wasntas human as she looked."May this battle be two verses two?" Koto was dumbfounded for a moment, letting the sudden question register. "Does the second leader aproove?"
"Aye...Find a partner...I'll do the same." Alice immediatly looked over to her team and called out, like a child to a their favorite doll, "Mr.Cheshire Cat" Touya paused for a second,deep in thought.Then he decided--"Rishou"
"Alright then! May Rishou and Mr.Cheshire Cat please come to the stage!" Cheshire was possibly one of the creepiest out of the whole team.He was a living dead cat! One eye green another yellow. His skin was grey and rotten. Strike that, rotting.He had only skin and bones,litterally.He grinned a large grin that almost touched his furouciously large ears. His teeth were covered in blood. They were yellow and very sharp.He had tattoos of "Female" and "Male"on each of his two ears and and upside-down cross on each of his front legs.His tail was only bone with a patch of fur on the tip, but te bone was a horrific greyish color.His facehad greenish-dark grey fur. When he spoke, he sounded so mature, it was nearly laughed at by the audience; so aristocratic. "Alice...Choose a toy for us to play with our new friends" He did not stop smiling that large smile as he spoke. Aliceobeyed, like a puppet or servent."Yes, Mr. Cheshire Cat" A box suddenly appeared. A large Toybox it was.It magicly opened and alice took out many things.Jacks that had spikes on the end instead of ball-points,Jack-in-the-Box which had a bomb on the end,instead of a clown, a knife, a bottle of poison that read Drink Me and some cards made of metal,with all the Aces,Queens,Kings,and Jack's on them.She took out daggers and small things of the such,as well.She stuffed everything in her pockets-which had the sign of Jupiter and Neptune on both of them.But by some sort of magic and bewitching spells,they all fit.The toy box closed and dissapeared and the battle started.Rishou had shot out rock-spikes from the ground and they formed around him,creating a powerful spiked armour.Touya had the arena made into an IceFeild, but Alice was walking perfectly as if it were grass.The ice around her feet melted and formed into rotting mushrooms and other plants.Soon it spread everywhere, and the arena was a rotting mushroom forest-with many other molding plants. Alice courtsied, "Welcome to WitherLand" Touya growled, wondering to himself how the ice melted so eailly. "IceSowrd!" Ice formed around his hand and created a perfectblade."Rock Fist!"Rishou's fists were now covered in stone, as strong as steel, and he was running towards Alice-They both were. Cheshirelicked his paw with half of a tounge and casually spoke to the charging demons. "Attack Alice and surely she will create much Chaos and Malice. Attack me and you shall see that the Bell in your head,that keeps you alive, shall stop and you'll be dead" Touya Stopped in his tracks, sencing Alice's power growing. Rishou, however, was oblivious to this and attacked Alice anyway, who stood still, but then she caught his fist and crushed the rock and broke his wrist.Her eyes were red and horns came from her head.Wings sprouted, torn and black, and a tail grew, and thorns on her back.

Alice had now a demonic voice, as if she were the daughter of Hades herself. "Die, all things happy and light" Her claws were as large as her head, maybe larger, and she charged at Touya. Cheshire pounced at Rishou, and while in air, grew as large as a jungle cat. He pinned Rishou to the ground, and his next move, everyone either looked back or winced in fear. Cheshire lifted his head high, mouth wide open, then grousomely bit down on Rishou's head, devouring it to the base of his neck. Rishou was of course dead and Alice fought Touya. She threw the metalic cards at him, and Touya was barely able tododge.They cut his arms and torso pretty badly, and Alice got out her Jacks.She threw them all at once from a distance, and they grew as large as a base-balls.They pinned Touya's arms to the floor.The IceSword melted off, and Alice slowly walked up to him.She placed the Jack-in-the-Box down and the box played a little Pop-Goes-The-Weasle tune.She reverted back into an ordinary Alice and held out her knife, high in the air.Touya was now shaking,in fear of what will come next. Alice whispered so softly and she sounded like a serial killer. She grinned madly, "You know how to save yourself...Do it so you can heal slowly and painfully...Do it so I can do this again...and again and again...Ill always come for you, Touya..." Now Touya was terrified.Knowing that if this continues he will die,but if he forfeits she'll just come back.Either way he knew he'd die by her hands, but he realized better later and not in this public situation- "I ForeFit!" Alice had a dissappointed look on her face but they all got off the arena. Ruka helped Touya up, he was shivering violently.But just then,Koto announced-"Did someone take Rishou's body already?" The teams had taken quick glances around the stadium, searching for the body. Cheshire hid behind his team.The team circled around him facing out-ward.Cheshire was feasting upon the remains of Rishou,bone and all,but no one noticed this because of his little barrier.
"Well, Lets just...Get to the next match. Shall we continue double team? There are two fighters left for both teams. Ruka shrugged, "why not?" A pair of twins answered t the same time, "Of course.We will never seperate." Koto laughed nervously, "S-so you must be...H-Hansle and Gre-Gretal right?"
Gretal wore a black gothic lolita dress that came to her knees and held a sorceress's staff in her hands. Her hair was long and covered her eyes with a straight cut. Hansel wore aristocratic attire and held a slight blood-stained blade in both his hands. His hair was also straight cut and bowl shaped.
They always spoke at the same time, knowing what the other was going to say.
They had gone up to the arena now.The mushroom forest had disappeared almost completely by now.
"Begin the final match!..." She whispered to herself. "

Like it matters now…its obvious who will win." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

A little priestess girl spoke up, "That team is a little....Disturbing" A comment from a pan-like character was heard next, "Yeah...But don’t worry. I’m sure we'll win this." A green haired boy held daggers tightly to his sides, "W-well I’ll protect you Reana" A female white-werewolf teased the small boy, "Now that's cute. You’re scared for your sister" She chuckled slightly. The boy blushed embarrassed and protested. "I’m not scared! I just said I'd protect Reana!" A girl about the same age as him now spoke up, "The truth is that you want me to protect you right?" The boy bluhed even more and became annoyed with that last comment ~*~*~*~*~*~

The twins spoke out at the same time, only one word was different in their outcry, "Darkness Staff/Sword!" Hansel jabbed his saber into the ground and Gretal held her staff up high. Darkness clouded the entire arena. Bakken snorted, "Now this is my Advantage" Ruka quickly called in her power, "Barrier!" a barrier appeared around the two. Bakken left the safety of the barrier to attack Hansel and Greatal, though it was a mere illusion of the two. Hansel sliced his shoulder and Gretal froze his feet to the ground with her magic. The darkness cleared and Bakken had nowhere to go. They called out another spell, "Wyrdra Thorna-Fate-Arrows!" Hundreds of arrows came from nowhere and shot Bakken directly. He was nearly dead. Ruka had sacrificed her barrier to bind Hansel and Gretel within one. They merely laughed "You wont hold us in here....Tenma Hasei-Demon Derivation" Through their hair, their eyes grew large and red. Their mouths were now wide and filled with fangs, and they had claws and horns. Wings sprouted and they flew upward, destroying the barrier by contact. They flew with blinding speed at Ruka, one on each side of her. They circled around her and created illusions of each other confusing her. Ruka became confused and panicked like all the others. She knew their power was too great for her alone. "No...I cant… I have to… I Fore-!...fit" As soon as she had she finished that sentence, she dropped dead, for Hansel stabbed her through the heart from behind. Yusuke couldn’t blink. "They're Brutal...." Koenma looked down to the ground, rubbing his temples. "I just hope they lose before we can fight them..." Hiei pointed out something though, "They all look possessed....By that Cat..." All their gazes averted to Cheshire, who had fresh blood all over his mouth, and maybe a bone or two by him. Kurama looked horrified and hesitated to speak his thoughts, "I believe we found out what happened to Rishou's body...." Kuwabara shivered, "Will they do that to....to Ruka too?" After Kuwabara said that, Alice came up to the announcer and asked if she may take care of the body. After a quick nod by Koto, Alice picked up Ruka's corpse and the team left the grounds. Someone new came up to Koto and they whispered. He wore a lab coat with his hair raven hair tied back. He pushed his glasses up when he finished. Koto nodded once more and spoke, "New announcement! The winning team has a choice of facing the Silver Match, Gold Match, or Platinum Match! Silver holds a Great Titan! The Gold holds a Great Warrior and his party of Two! The Platinum is a Secret!" ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

The wave master furrowed his brows, "Silver is the Ice Titan...Gold is the key blade master, the gun-blade wielder, and the ex-SOLDIER...But the Platinum?"

The winged knight answered "I’m very sure...That it's him..." A cat-like creature crossed her arms and replied, "I don’t think we can win against someone like him..." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Yusuke took a quick glance at who was left from Touya's team...Just him, Gama, Bakken and Jin. Jin and Bakken were near-death, Gama was out cold, and Touya was shivering violently form Alice's match. "Poor Touya..."

Koenma entered the room with something important to say, "If we win...We must be careful on those matches...I think I know who's in the Platinum Match...And he's not so easy...one hundred people trained from SOLDIER could take him and he’d still roam fully alive”

Yusuke raised an eyebrow, "That powerful?"

Hiei‘s only concern was who it was rather than what he was capable of, "Name?" Koenma "Sephiroth..."
