You sigh as you watch the fire slowly die down.

'Amaterasu and Issun have been gone for quite a while now......I hope they are OK.......' You thought to yourself. The creaking of the door brought you out of your thoughts. You look up and gasp at the figure standing in the doorway.

There stood Oki, standing tall as he looked around the hut before turning his attention to you. His eyes gazed at you through his mask. He walked inside so he could shut the door.

“O.....Oki...Wha...What are you doing here? I thought you left..” You said as you turned away so he didn't see the blush on your cheeks.

“I did...........But someone told me that you so desperately needed me to come back” Oki said mockingly as he rolled his eyes. You glared at him and stood up to face him.

“What gives you the right to mock someone because they are worried about you!? Everyone thinks that you wont ever come back to save us! You can't fight Lechku and Nechku alone even if you wield Kutone, it's impossible!!. I was just worried about you but noooo! We can't have that now can we!?” you spat.

Oki glared and pointed his sword at you.

“how pathetic you are! You could never understand what my duty's are! Nor what they mean to me! you don't have anyone to protect nor do you care for anyone but your.....”

“I CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!” You shouted at him.

Tears filled your eyes. Oki was taken back.

“BUT YOU WOULDNT NOTICE THAT WOULD YOU! NO! BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT YOURSELF!!”Oki widened his eyes as it all sunk in. you turned away.

“you think no one likes you, but I do oki.............and others do too, we just want you to come home Oki” You faced him again. Oki glared.

“Just because you like me doesn't mean anything.”

“why? Why Doesn't it mean anything?............why are you afraid to have someone love you?”

Oki lowered his sword and turned away. You took a step closer to him.

“I don't want to change for anyone. And I cant have anyone get hurt because of me.......especially you Mirika.”

“It’s too late for that oki, you’ve hurt me more than you could think of.............. you broke my heart Oki.” Oki turned his head towrds you and through his mask you could see a forlorn and gulity look inside his eyes. You saw a tear fall from under his mask. The great oki never crys about anything.

“mirika........ I am so sorry I did not mean to break your heart I thought that by leaving I could save the village and protect you...........but it only hurt you.” Oki reach under his mask and wiped away his tears. You walked closer to him and placed a hand on his shoulders.

“Mirika?” you pulled off his mask and placed a hand on his cheek.

“ Oki.......” you looked down and sighed. You then looked up into his deep red eyes.

“.......Just be careful.....OK? I want.......you to........come home alive” something fickered in Oki’s eyes. He took your hand off his face then placed one of his on your forehead. He leaned his face closer to yours. You blushed ever so slightly.

“mirika, are you not well? Or did you just say that you were alright with this?” you moved a peice of hair from his eyes.

“I couldnt stop you now could I, you didnt listen to me the first time,so why now?”

“I.....I...Mirika.....I...”

“just do what you have to do, and dont get your ass killed OK?” he smiled warmly and pressed his lips against yours gently. He pulled away so your lips were bearly touching. Then he pressed them closer and slightly harder against yours. Every passing second the soft and gentle kiss became more and more involved. You have never been kissed like this before. About five minutes later you two pulled away.

“do not worry about me, i shall kill those demons and........” he stoped and had a miciveious look in his eyes and on the smirk upon his face. You cocked an eyebrow and gave him a look.

“And......?”he lifted you into his arms. He then nuzzled your nose.

“And............I shall plan a special night for the two of us and....... take you to dinner! Just the two of us!.......no Samickle, no kai, no Lika just you and I.” Your jaw droped and your heart seemed to as well. Oki was taking you to dinner./yes!! I beat Kai to him,oh will she hate me for this/

“Oki.......that’s wonderful but,where will you take me? And how can you afford it?” Oki grinned proudly.

“I am taking you to the capital!”

“WHAT!!!!?? THE CAPITAL?!?!? OH MY GOD OKI!!!” you hugged him tightly and he spung you around laughing as he did.

“see im not that bad of a guy now am i?”

“no your not your ok”he smiled

“ alright i need my mask i must leave you tonight but do not worry about me”you nodded. He gave you a peck on the lips and ser you on your feet then grabed his mask.
