Dreaming. (Draco Malfoy Love Story) PART 13

“I’m glad you love it, Audrina.” Draco said pulling you into a hug
“I do, and I love you. I’m so sorry for everything.” You said to him apologetically.
“It’s okay love. It’s not your fault, it was mine. I am sorry.”
“It’s okay Draco, do you want to go down to the lake?”
“Sure” Draco said with a smile

“So Draco, where were you all day?” You asked out of nowhere.
“Well, uhh I went home, then to Hogsmeade. My Dad wanted to see me.” Draco said looking down.
“What did he want?” You knew Draco was a Death Eater but he wasn’t a loyal one at that. He ignored his Dark Mark when Voldemort called.
“Oh well he was just trying to get me to do some jobs again, but I said no…”
“OH BABY! Did he hurt you again?”
“Don’t worry about it Audrina, I’m stronger than you know.” Draco said with a smile, while snaking his arm around your waist.
“Miss Emmerson, Mister Malfoy? Would you please come with me?” You heard the voice of Professor McGonagall ask.
You and Draco followed McGonagall back into the castle, where she lead you to Dumbledore’s office. She said the password and lead you into his office.
“Ah Minevra, thank you. You may leave now.” Dumbledore said sitting down at his desk.
“Sit down, Mister Malfoy, Miss Emmerson.” He said turning to the two of you.
“Alright, I suppose you have no idea why I asked you here?” Dumbledore asked.
“Well, Sir. Does it have anything to do with the prophecy?” Draco asked him.
“Yes, Mister Malfoy. It does.”
“Well, what is it then?” You asked impatiently.
“I don’t want you to ask any questions until I’m finished, then I will explain it to the best of my abilities. Yes?” You and Draco nodded.
“Alright…It is a pretty specific prophecy, and it’s quite short so here it goes..”
“On the 12th of June 1992, a baby girl will be born with exquisite powers that none can oversee. These powers are to be used for good or evil. She will come upon the love of her life shortly after her 16th year, he will help her determine on which path to follow. If she chooses the wrong path, the world as it is now, will cease to exist. She is bound to be the leader of which side she picks.”
“So, Draco is the love of my life? He’s supposed to help me pick a side to rule and protect?” You asked dumbly. The prophecy was really straight forward, and you felt stupid asking questions.
“Yes, Audrina. That is what I would assume.” Dumbledore said.
“Do you have any questions Draco?” You looked over at him and grabbed his hand. Dumbledore just smiled.
“No, thank you sir.” Draco said with a smile, and got up. You followed his lead.
“Oh, Professor?” You asked suddenly remembering.
“Yes, dear?”
“Well the other night, I turned myself invisible. I don’t know how, but I thought about it hard for a few seconds and really wanted it, and it just happened.”
“Was this in front of anybody?”
“No, it was just me and Draco.”
“Very well, you should learn how to control one power at a time. It’s probably best to start with that one.”
“Thank you Professor.” You smiled and walked out with Draco.

“So, about that walk before we got interrupted?” You said while pulling Draco out of the castle onto the grounds.
“It’s colllllldddddd Audrina.” Draco whined. You sighed and laughed at him.
“Accio Draco’s hoodie.” You said with a swish of your wand.
“Accio Audrina’s hoodie!” Draco mocked. That second, two hoodies swooped down, and you grabbed them. You and Draco put them on. You walked a little further, and got to the Black Lake. You sat down and felt the pack of cigarettes you had in the pocket of your hoodie.
“Draco? Do you mind if I smoke?” You asked with a sigh.
“Only if I can bum one” He said with a smirk.
“I didn’t want to tell you, cause I thought you might think it’s gross.” You admitted, while handing a cigarette to Draco
“Same goes for me.” Draco said. “What kind are these?”
“Menthol.” You replied.
“Good.” He smiled while lighting up and then lighting yours for you.
You sat there for a few minute in silence. Until your curiosity got the best of you.
“Draco?”
“Yes my love?”
“Do you really think that we’re meant for each other?”
“I really do, Audrina. I love you with all of my heart and I never want to lose you.” Draco said while taking you in his arms. You felt so safe and secure with him.
“Me too.” You smiled and then kissed him.
The two of you kissed for a few minutes, and then pulled away and just looked into each others eyes.
“I have a surprise for you on Friday.” Draco smirked.
“Ugh, I hate suprises.” You groaned.
“You’ll love this one, I hope.”
“I hope it’s worth the wait.”
“It will be.”
