“Oh honey!” Airi came in the room, screaming. “Wake up now! The doctor is here!”
Emi didn’t move.
Airi approached Emi, crouching, and sneaking up to him.
The doctor entered the room holding a medicine kit.
“Okay where’s he at?”
“Right here hiding under the blanket.” Miki laughed quietly, pulling the blanket from over his head.
“Hello King Emi.” She bowed before him. Emi didn’t respond. “It’s a pleasure to be your medicinal advisor.” Doctor Saki grabbed Emi’s arm and raised it. She pulled a needle out of her kit and pushed it to Emi’s arm.
Emi’s face clenched a little.
“Oh thank you Saki, I’m sure he will be better in no time.”
“If he keeps taking these shots he will. I’ll leave the shots with you so I don’t have to come up here every month.”
She chuckled lightly.
“Well have a good day.”
“You too.”
Doctor Saki left.
“Oh Emi, please get better.”
