RECAP: Sora, Tina, and the gang made their way to the Castle Chapel to take on Maleficent. The battle between the witch and the gang has begun!
"SORA! MOVE!" Tina cried as Maleficent's command echoed in the hall.
"To where!? There's not really a place to hide here!" he called back.
"Ah! Everyone just duck down to the side on the walls! Duck down to the side!"
They did as they were told, just in time, too. Maleficent's power drew itself behind her in a blackening void, unleashing many blue-fired meteors around the arena.
"HOLYSHITONAPOGOSTICK!!!" Sora cried aloud as he hid his head in order to not be plundered by the attack.
Tina stood up as soon as she was finished with the attack. Maleficent would surely have to recharge after such an attack and she found her chance to launch electric charged darkness at her.
"Uh! WHAT?" she exclaimed as the charge bounced off her fire shield.
"Fool! I GAVE you that gift! I can just as easily protect myself from your pathetic attempts!" Maleficent raised her staff and sent the charge back at Tina.
Quickly, Tina pulled up a shield from the darkness. "And I can just as easily protect myself as well from a two-bit magician!!!" she retorted.
"Go Tina!" Sora cheered.
"Sora! Celebrate later! Use gravity on her floating platform! We can get to her that way!"
Maleficent laughed in her throat. "You think a measly spell such as that can DEFEAT me?" With another wave of her staff she summoned up small green clouds above to take care of them. Lightning started spewing out of the clouds.
"Gyaaa!!!" Donald ran about dodging all the bolts he could.
The beast and Goofy were doing the same, Goofy holding up his shield in order to block the bolts, and the beast dodging them with swift movements.
"Okay, Sora...get ready for a level three spell...I can do this," he told himself confidently.
"GRAAA—" he began.
"Meteors!" Maleficent cried once more.
"DAMN!!!" Sora and the others once more took cover from the blue bombardments.
"Do it now!!!" Tina called to him.
"I'm TRYING!!! GRAVIGA!!!!"
Above Maleficent, a large ball of aura appeared and lowered itself on to her platform. The platform shook and clattered to the floor making the witch gasp.
"IT CAN'T BE! YOU!" she glowered at Sora.
Sora backed up, exhausted, with an, "Uh...! OH, NO!"
"DIE!!!" she shot lightning straight at him.
Sora was too spent to move. He covered his head, awaiting the pain to come.
But no pain came. Instead another's scream was heard throughout the Chapel. Tina had jumped in front of Sora in order to take the hit.
"AH! TINA!" Sora tried to reach out to help her, but the aura of Maleficent was too powerful around her. She landed with a thud on the ground.
"GAWRSH!" Goofy cried, still dodging and blocking the other lightning that surrounded everyone.
Infuriated, Sora jumped up on the now lowered platform and rose up his Keyblade. "TAKE THIS YOU PSYCHOTIC HAG!!!" and a hit! Sora struck the witch! The green flames that surrounded her flew up and across the field, but they did not burn anyone. Instead, Maleficent curdled over in defeat.
"It can't be...I will not...lose to you *cough* worthless children!" she retreated into a small orb of darkness, but the orb did not disappear, it simply floated there, daring the others to follow.
Sora held Tina. "Wake up! Tina, c'mon! Wake up! You can't do this now! Not when you're so close!"
She laughed to herself. "Pretty stupid, huh? I saved the person I've been jealous of for, like, ever. Oh, well...a price to pay when you care."
"Don't start that again! C'mon...we're going to rescue Nikki! And save Riku!" his eyes began to well up with tears of remorse.
"Sora...it's not like I'm going to die from this. I just need to rest for a minute," she said. But the moment she did, she winced in agony.
"Donald, Goofy, Beast?" Sora addressed them all. "Can you please take care of Tina? I'm going to go after Maleficent."
"By yourself?" Donald asked. "But that's suicide!"
"Yeah! All for one and one for all! Whatever happen'd to that there sayin'?" Goofy chimed in.
The beast stood silent, in awe at this boy's bravery.
"Guys. Please. I can do this! Just give Tina an Elixer and make sure she recovers all right. I don't want anything happening to her. That and Maleficent is still alive."
Goofy twiddled his fingers in worry, "Oh...uh...Sora..."
Donald sighed. "Go."
Sora's head perked up. "What?"
"Go! Before I change my mind!!!" he squawked and jumped up as he did this.
"I shall accompany the boy," the beast headed up to them.
"You're sure? Beast, this is going to be tough," he said to the hulking creature.
"Said the boy that's twice as small and fragile as I. I'm going to fight for Belle. I have to, it's the only way."
"Right...let's go."
The two left Goofy and Donald to Tina and entered through the small orb.

Inside, Maleficent struggled to get by, stumbling and coughing.
"That brat's Keyblade...damn it's power!"
"So...you lost against a half-wit child? Is that it, Maleficent?" she heard a joint voice ask from somewhere in the shadows.
She had teleported herself into a pillar of the castle where certain rituals were performed. The memories of those rituals long past, leaving the room empty, barren, and cold.
"Who? Riku is that you? Child..." she looked around to find the voice's source.
"Yeah...it's me all right," Riku stepped out of the shadows, but something about him wasn't quite right. In his hand, he held something, a weapon, but it was not the familiar sword that Maleficent was used to him wielding. Instead, it was a Keyblade, a Keyblade born from the Darkness. It was black with red handle sides, a menacing looking thing.
Sora and the beast emerged from the black orb of darkness.
Gasping, Sora called out, "Riku!?"
Glancing up from talking to the witch, he smiled evilly. Something was definitely wrong with him.
"What's going on, man?! Where did you go back there in the entrance hall? I thought-" he started.
"Shut up," Riku blandly said. "I don't think you get it, you idiot. The magnitude of this, right here and now."
"Riku? What are you talking about?" Sora stepped forward to try and coax his friend into coming along. He knew it wouldn't be as simple as Tina, but if he could just talk to him...
"You see this woman here?" Riku pointed at Maleficent with the Dark Keyblade.
This caught Sora's attention. "What is that?" he asked, almost breathless from surprise.
"Oh, this?" Riku held up his weapon. "Just a little something I picked up along the way. It's my Keyblade. But as I was saying, do you see this woman? She's given almost everything to the darkness. But this time," he leaned in to whisper in Maleficent's ear, "she's going to give it all."
Riku presumed to stab Maleficent with the Keyblade into her chest whilst saying, "Give your being to the darkness! Become DARKNESS ITSELF!!!"
Afterwards, Riku began to disappear into a void of black. "Have fun."
"Riku! Wait! RIKU!!!" Sora cried. He couldn't believe it. 'How did Riku get a Keyblade? What's going on?!' he thought to himself.
At that time, Maleficent let out a blood-curtling scream. She was being enveloped by the power of darkness!
"Maleficent!" Sora cried out to her as she melted into a puddle. The puddle, in turn, began to bubble and spew steam. "Maleficent..."
"SORA! Get away from the darkness! Get away!!!" the beast called out to him.
"Wha-" before he could even finish his sentence, the pillar of dark water rose from the floor, creating the most horrific shape they had ever seen.
"AH HA HA HA HA HAAAAA! I SHALL HAVE MY REVENGE ON YOU YEEEEAHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!"
Her words became naught as Maleficent turned from human into a black, green-eyed, long-horned, fire-breathing DRAGON!
"WOOOAHHHH!!!" Sora screamed as her foot came down to smash the both of them. The beast leapt out of the way as Sora dodge-rolled his way out of the impact.
Again, she roared with anger.
"THIS IS INSANE!!!" Sora tried to evade every stomp she made, but it was very difficult. As she stomped, she breathed her deadly green fire around the tower.
The beast scratched and clawed at her legs any chance he could get before being pushed back by the force of her rampaging.
Maleficent's green eyes glowed with rage and she jumped up, swinging her elongated tail around and tripping the two heroes.
Sora fell hard on his rump while the beast flipped back into upright position with a roar.
"DAMMIT! I can't get a good lock on her! THUNDER!" he called out and pointed the Keyblade up to the ceiling, summoning a cloud. The bolt came down and struck the enraged dragon, making her screech and stretch her neck out to reach for Sora's Keyblade.
She snapped her jaws on the end of the weapon, pulling with her might to try and release it from the boy's grasp.
"HEY, HEY, HEY!!! LEGGO!!! LET GOOO!!!" Sora struggled to get the Keyblade back from the dragon's fangs, but Maleficent would not let up. "YA OLD HAG ANYHOW!!!"
From the corner of his eye, Sora could see the beast charging up from the left side of him, his purple cape flowing behind his back. With a bellow, he head-butted Maleficent's face, making her jaws unlatch from the Keyblade. Unfortunately, that also sent the weapon flying across the area and clang to the ground.
"The Keyblade!" Sora attempted to run to reach it, but Maleficent once again jumped up and swiped her tail at him, hitting him full on in the stomach. He flew across the area until he hit the wall with a CRACK! He fell to the ground, coughing up spit, his vision dizzy. He recalled hearing the beast call out for him in the distance, but his will to move was gone. Maleficent really did a number on him this time.
'*Sigh* Sora...when did you become such a quitter? Don't give up...DON'T GIVE UP!' he heard the voice that he wanted to hear the most.
'Nikki? Are you there? Where are you! NIKKI!'
'Don't give up, Sora...now get up. Use the summons! GET UP!!!'
Sora's eyes flashed open. A dream? He didn't know. All he knew that he was amidst Maleficent's flames, and he had to use the last of the power he had to summon all of the people that he had gotten from the stones. The Fairy Godmother had helped them get here, and he was going to use them to help him and the beast!
With a grunt, Sora reached for the area where the Keyblade had fallen and whispered, "Power..."
The Keyblade began to glow. Out came deep blue, silver, golden, green, and bright yellow lights. They all materialized into Simba, Genie, Dumbo, Bambi, and Tinker Bell.
"Sora! What's happening there, pal? You okay?" Genie presumed to ask him while helping his summoner up. Genie had also graciously gotten the Keyblade for him.
"Eck...! Yeah. I'm good. But everyone I need your help! We have to get rid of this dragon, pronto!" Sora pointed to Maleficent.
Genie's face turned worried. "Yeesh! You're not kidding! Look at that ugly mug!"
With that, Maleficent roared at them. This time, Simba stepped up and gave his Proud Roar a whirl. This sent Maleficent stumbling back a little.
Tinker Bell, with her chime talk came over to Sora and gave his shoulder a little poke. This made Sora heal! She had the power to heal people!
"Oh! Thank you, Tinker Bell!" Sora smiled. She shyly fluttered her eyelashes and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, making him slightly turn pink. "Eh-heh...um...could you do me a favor?"
Tinker Bell stood straight and saluted, signaling that whatever it was, she would do it.
"Would you go and heal Beast for me?" he pointed towards the worn out creature near another side of the tower. Tinker Bell nodded and flew off, pixie dust trail behind her.
Now Sora addressed the other summons as Simba took on the dragon for the time. "Listen to me! Dumbo, do you think you could put out some of this fire with your water? Genie, cast as much magic on Maleficent that you can! And Bambi, if you could, distract Maleficent by prancing around her to get her attention?"
"You got it, boss!" Genie flew around the dragon and immediately began bombarding her with magical spells.
Dumbo, in the meantime, sprayed her fire and Bambi started distracting her as much as possible.
"Now what do I do to make amends here?" Sora muttered to himself. He saw his chance. He would do what Nikki did in the Olympus Colliseum.
Running up to the baffled dragon, Sora climbed up one of her legs and balanced himself on her back, making his way up towards her head.
Maleficent realized that he was mounted on her and began thrashing about wildly. Luckily, Sora had gotten far enough to her head that he held on to one of her horns in the process.
"NOT THIS TIME!!!" he cried and stabbed the newly regained Keyblade in one of Maleficent's eyes.
She screamed out in pain. Suddenly, it was like she was nothing more than Achilles and that was her heel. Black smoke began to rise around her.
No, that wasn't it. The power of the darkness was eating her alive!
"Maleficent!" Sora called out to her, but she was in such agony that nothing could stop her from dying. She could hear nothing, feel nothing except pain.
Afterwards, she melted away into the floor, defeated once and for all.
Sora spotted something hovering in the air. A glowing red stone. It floated to the ground. He headed over and picked it up.
"Looks like we've got another summoning stone!" he cheerfully said.
"Cool! Another new recruit for the army!" Genie said.
The summons returned to the Keyblade. Sora looked up to the ceiling of the tower. 'Nikki? Were you calling me?' he thought to himself.
"Come on, Sora. We must get back," the beast told him.
"R-right!"
The beast headed into the glowing ball to exit the tower and head back to the Chapel, but as soon as Sora reached it, it disappeared!
"HUH? HEY WHA-?!" he looked around. "Where'd it go?"
"You did well, Keyblade Master."
Sora spun around in place to face someone in a black trench coat.
