"Sasuke!!" You heard a voice call out as you were lying on the lush green grass, "SASUKE!" it cried louder as if he didn't hear the first time.
You opened your eyes, glaring at the person who dared wake you from your slumber, looking below you saw Sasuke Uchiha strolling through the park, with a rather frantic Ino running after him, followed by a mini group of ten to fifteen other girls, you sensed his unease with them following him but you shook it off.
“Ino! You’re not the only girl who likes him so you better shut up!” you shouted at the seemingly leader, who glanced at you, before huffing at turning back to the young boy, she was about a meter behind him but still insisted on shouting his name in her annoying voice, that was it.
"Uchiha! You better answer her or so help me I'll pull out her voice box and shove it up your ass" you glared at the young boy, who turned his head and acknowledged you, sweeping his dark eyes over your figure, now standing up in anger.
He sighed and walked in a different direction to you, Ino standing in the same spot, shocked, before turning on her heel and running in the opposite direction to the Uchiha, her little group of girl friends followed, shocked looks accenting their faces.
Rolling your eyes, and realising that you wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep now, you brushed off the stray pieces of grass that had become attached to yourself before walking out of the park yourself, intent on finding some lunch.
Strolling up to Ichiraku’s Ramen Bar you took a seat at one of the stools, glancing over at the blonde boy, who seemed to be on his fifth bowl. Slightly disgusted at the hoover technique said boy appeared to be using to shovel up his ramen you turned back to order yourself a bowl of beef ramen.
“Oh! Hey ______,” the boy beside you said, five bowls in front of him empty, you turned to look at his grinning face.
“Hey Naruto” you grinned back, “Five bowls today?”
“Yeah, I was gonna have more, but I lost my free ramen coupon” the young boy, even after eating five bowls of the food, seemed genuienly depressed that he had only acomplished finishing five.
You chuckled lightly at the downtrodden look on his face before turning back to Teuchi [I think that’s the Ramen guys name?] and ordering another bowl of Ramen for Naruto, who in turn glomped you so you both nearly tumbled to the floor, something, no, someone behind preventing this.
Once you and Naruto were both settled in your seats you turned to see who had prevented you from falling and came face to face with Sasuke Uchiha.
“Oh, hey, Thanks Sasuke” you muttered, turning round again to face a hot steaming bowl of beef ramen, licking your lips you picked up your chopsticks and began eating, barely noticing the raven-haired boy sitting down beside you.
“I didn’t think you liked Ramen, Sasuke” you said skeptically as his response was a light ‘hn’
Continuing to eat your ramen you noticed that the bowl that was placed in front of Sasuke seemed to include a large quantity of tomatoes, along with a plate of Rice balls, that was placed beside the young boys bowl.
You were always a slow eater, so you managed to finish your bowl at the same time as Sasuke, digging your hand into your pocket to pay for yours and Naruto’s food you felt someone stop you, and looked to see Sasuke’s hand on top of yours, as he pulled out enough money to pay for all three bowls, handing it to Teuchi and standing up to leave.
Shocked, you smiled at the boy, saying a quick goodbye to Naruto, who dashed off in a random direction you walked up to Sasuke and began to walk alongside him, you couldn’t help thinking about how soft his hand felt when it was on top of yours, and the shudders that went through your body to feel the boy touching you.
It was true you had a small crush on the Uchiha, but so did virtually every girl in the village, except for maybe Hinata who seemed so transfixed on Naruto you wished you could hit them over the head and shove them into a closet, locking the door behind you.
Actually…that’s not such a bad idea. You thought to yourself as you almost forgot who you were walking beside.
Looking at the boy, he seemed to be deep in thought as you both walked quietly together.
“Sasuke, thanks for paying, but you didn’t have to” you said, slowing down to turn and face him.
Turning to face you too, Sasuke yet again gave a ‘hn’ as what you presumed was acknowledgement, before glancing into your eyes. Smiling, you leaned up and kissed him softy and quickly on the cheek before walking away, glancing back to see the young boy blushing a faint pink colour and holding his hand to the cheek you kissed.

Finally some peace you thought to yourself as you leaned back against the grass onne again, staring at the clouds, the soft sound of the wind lulling to to sleep.
Just as you felt yourself about to drop off, you felt a shadow looming over you but quickly disappear, sensing someone sitting beside you, you opened your eyes and glanced to the side, noticing Sasuke sitting beside you on the grass, staring straight ahead.
Sitting up beside him you smiled and said a light ‘hello’ to which he nodded his head slightly. You both sitting together in content silence.
You weren’t exactly sure how much time had passed but were shocked when you felt a cold set of fingertips graze your hand lightly, turning and looking down you saw Sasuke’s hand, as if contemplating whether he should hold your hand or not. Helping him out a bit, you gently clasped his hand in yours, both his and your cheeks tinted pink, still sitting in silence, until It was broken..
“Do you like me?” He whispered.
“What?” you asked confused, going a darker shade of pink.
“You said Ino wasn’t the only girl who likes me, do you like me?” he tried again.
“Uhh,” you stuttered out, what were you supposed to say?! Finally you gave up trying to think of a good lie, “Yeah Sasuke, I do”
Grasping your hand in his tighter, still looking dead ahead, you saw the smallest smile accent his face, so small you weren’t even sure he was smiling, but nevertheless smiled back.
“Good.” He whispered as your lips came together in a short innocent kiss.

Not really pleased with this, I had an idea for the one-shot in my head, but it came out nothing like it whatsoever, unfortunately.
