The Firebending Warrior(A Prince Zuko Love Story)Chapter 3: The Warriors Of Kyoshi

You and Zuko were in his quarters. You were reading a scroll you found somewhere at the last harbor you, Zuko and Iroh visited as he was quietly meditating in a corner. There were four candles sitting in front of him, their flames slowly moving with his breathing. You didn’t want to bother him. Iroh opened the door to his quarters. Zuko opened his eyes and said “The only reason you should be interrupting me is if you have news about the Avatar.”

Iroh enters the room cautiously. “Well, there is news, Prince Zuko, but you might not like it. Don't get too upset.” Iroh replied. “Uncle, you taught me that keeping a level head is a sign of a great leader. Now whatever you have to say, I'm sure that I can take it.” Zuko says again calmly. “Okay then...We have no idea where he is.” Iroh told him “WHAT!?” Zuko said enraged.The four candles flare to the ceiling with Zuko's wrath. He stands quickly and turns around to face his uncle, his anger evident on his face. Iroh turns away from the flames and raises his right arm to protect his face. As the flames subside, he pulls a fan out of his robes.

“You really should open a window in here.” Iroh said fanning himself “Give me the map!” Zuko says snatching the map out of his uncle’s hand. Zuko opens the rolled scroll and begins to study it. Iroh continues to fan himself.“There have been multiple sightings of the Avatar, but he is impossible to track down.” Iroh said to Zuko as he looked at the map. “How am I gonna find him, Uncle?” He said looking at the map “He is clearly a master of evasive maneuvering.” Zuko continued.

Later you, Zuko and Iroh had dinner in Zuko quarters. You sat next to Zuko. Zuko’s cook served you three the fish. Zuko stood up and said angrily “The Avatars on Kyoshi Island!” Zuko stands up “Uncle, ready the rhinos. He's not getting away from me this time.” Zuko said walking off “______ come on.” He said to you. You followed him. He showed you to where the rhino’s were. You picked yours to be Crystal. You looked at her.

You gave her a few pats and strokes before anything else. Zuko smiled as you did. Everyone else got their rhino’s and mounted them just as you did. You finally arrived at Kyoshi Island

The prow is let down and Zuko rides out of the hull on the back of a war rhino. He is accompanied by you and many men also on rhino mounts. “I want the Avatar alive.” he said to the rest of you. You all rode your rhinos toward the village. “Come out, Avatar! You can't hide from me forever!” Zuko says then says to his men “Find him.” They searched the city. As Zuko looked for Aang you looked for Katara you found her easily.

She ran to you as you dismounted Crystal. She hugged you. “Where have you been?” Katara asked you curiously “With Zuko.” You said calmly. “You should come back with us.” she said to you “I can’t.” you told her. “Why not?” Katara asked. “I joined Zuko.” you said “I won’t hurt you or Sokka. I will have to attack Aang.” You said to her as you heard Zuko call your name. “Well...I have to go Katara.” You said to her she hugged you one last time. You mounted Crystal and met up with Zuko.

“Nice try, Avatar! But these little girls can't save you.” Zuko said looking around. You dismounted Crystal and stood next to Zuko. “Hey Over here!” Aang called from behind you and Zuko “Finally.” Zuko says before you and Zuko start blasting him. You and Zuko face Aang . You and Zuko lets loose three fire balls from your hands. Aang dodges them and, using his staff as a helicopter, flies toward Zuko. Zuko shoots another blast of fire, which knocks Aang's staff out of his hands. Aang leaps away and picks up two discarded fans. Zuko runs full force at Aang. Aang uses the fans to throw an enormous gust of air at Zuko. The air knocks Zuko through the wall of a building.

You made it back to the ship and washed up. You waited for Zuko in his quarters. When he walked in you looked at him and smiled. He looked at you “I want to know a little more about your past.... If you wouldn’t mind telling me.” Zuko said to you. You nodded “I started firebending when I was four. Zhao hated me. He had threatened to kill me at one point when I worked on his ship two years ago. I threatened him the next day...and...I fought an Agni Kai against him. My mother was killed by your father...” You explained. Zuko looked down somewhat in defeat “I’m sorry...” he says to you. You smile and hug him.
