Hey! Say! JUMP: June choose your story part 1*A5
short... this is the only job that you can fail at gettin.... but also one of the most rewarding... i think....well...maybe not....ill shut up now...... *confused kyuu*
You fallow the directions that the employment lady gave you, and find our way to an office looking building. You’d decided that the ‘Top Secret’ job sounded too interesting to pass up, and mysterious. So that’s the place you went looking for. You had to admit though; it looked kind of boring from the outside. And you weren’t too keen on being a secretary either… but when you had asked, the lady had said that it was more of a coordinator thing, which at least didn’t put you behind a desk. And she promised it was interesting.
Well, here goes nothing… You push open the front doors, and go inside.
The first thing you see is a real secretary. The second thing is a Hey! Say! JUMP picture on her desk. So secretaries CAN be cool… or at least have good taste.
You walk up to her, and look her expectantly. But she’s listening to her ipod, so she doesn’t hear you. You clear your trout. Still nothing. You knock on the edge of the desk, and she jumps.
She quickly pulls out her ear buds and apologizes over and over. You say not to worry about it, and tell her why you’re there.
“Oh, you’re here for the tracker job…” you look at her questioningly, “Never mind. You have to be interviewed, so you should go to the 3F17 room. That’s third floor, room 17. Go talk to Smith-san. You’ll have to wait; he’s a little busy. But the god news is that you’ll know right away if you get the job once you’re interview’s over!”
“Sweeet…” (English)
“Huh?”
You grin smugly and say, “Never mind…” and get on the elevator.
Room 17 turns out to be at the very end of the hallway, around a corner. There are a couple chairs near the door. You guess it must be used for interviews often, to have a waiting space, and sit down.
You don’t have to wait long. A girl comes storming out pretty soon.
She spots you waiting, and turns to face you.
“What? So I’m a fan girl? What on earth does that have to do with coordinating? What does liking Yama-chan have to do with whether or not I get the job? That’s all they ask you about! Johnny’s! So good luck foreign kid!” She laughs and storms off.
Sure vent to ME. Of course I don’t care! I’m just SITTING! You stick out your tongue as she leaves, and wonder why they would talk about Johnny’s? Is it just another cool person like the secretary and do they just want to know if you have good taste? Maybe it’s a music place? Maybe they’re Johnny’s rivals! Maybe they won’t hire their competitor’s fans?!?
The interview wasn’t exactly like this… but this will determine your path. Choose your answers for the interview. You can lie completely, you can play down your love, or just be truthful… your choice:
1. Do you know about Johnny’s?
a. Yeah, they suck.
b. Johnny’s? Yeah, they’re cool.
c. I LOVE THEM!!!
2. What do you think of their work?
a. I told you before, they SUCK.
b. They’re all really talented.
c. They’re so AWESOME!!! ALL THEIR STUFF
IS THE BESTEST STUFF EVER!!!
3. Do you know the group Hey! Say! JUMP?
a. Ugh! They’re the worst!!!
b. Yeah, they’re my favorite group, they have a
lot of potential and a good variety of personalities.
c. I LOVE THEM! THEY’RE THE BEST OF THE BESTBESTS!!!! I WANT THEM ALL TO BE MY BEST FRIENDS EVA!!!
4. Have you ever been to one of their performances?
a. NO! I was in America to AVOID them!
b. No, I was in America so I couldn’t come. But
I saw the Tokyo Dome DVD and it looked really
good. I want to go to one while I’m here.
c. *start bawling* NO!!!!!
5. Do you like any other Johnny groups?
a. NO! I TOLD YOU I DON’T LIKE ANY!
b. Yeah, I like Arashi, KAT-TUN, and Kanjani8 a
lot too.
c. No. My heart belongs solely to THEM!
Calculate your answer: Each ‘a’ earns you 1 point. Each ‘b’ a 2. And each ‘c’ 3.
If you got less then a 9 or more then a 11 then you didn’t get the job. Go to A2 (cafĂ©) or A4 (acting) and find yourself another job. If you got anywhere from a 9 to 11 then you got it! Continue to A8!
