Fast Times at Barrington high chapter 3

As i headed with my sister down those dreadful stairs to meet myour"family" all i could think was about how fast this was going. just a week ago everyone was happy in our small apartment in the lovely new york city. but now everything is different its mindblowing how everything is like opposite. Lizz grabed my hand as we got to the bottom of the stairs. We walked into the living room to see two kids im guessing brother and sister about my age looking at us. I couldnt tell if they were happy or furious. there expresions were blank.
" Monika, lizzie" oh my god im going to kill my mother can't she just get one simple name, right? "this is Micheal and jessica their your age jessica and you all will be going to the same highschool after the summer!" my mom said enthusiasticly i waved slightly and lizzie went into her hiding position behind my leg. i then noticed mr. creepy dude as i will now call ben for the rest of my life came in the room. i sighed and thenmy mom and mr. creepy dude left the room. i took lizz and we sat on the couch across from them.
"well umm this is awkward" i said "yeah we didnt know about you people until today when we got home" the dude said i think his name is lik micheal or something "really? same here! i had no clue untill i saw anther car in the front i was furious man"i said suprised. "well it will be good to have another female in the group" said jessica
"group?" i asked confused
"yeah, you dont expect us to hate you and leave you friendless on the first day of school" micheal said
"ya plus we dont want you to end up in the preppy people group ekk" jessica said shuddering at the end. i laughed
"trust me i hate preps and the preppy kind including jocks i was in the out cast at my old school."i explained
"well tomorrow we'll let you meet our weird friends" micheal said
"sure i guess" i said
"im hungry ikka" lizz said loudly
" okay how bought we go get some burgers?" i laughed
"ya!!!" she said
"do you guys wanna come?" i asked
"ya sure!!!" they said at the same time
"mom we're going to get some pizza i have my phone" i yelled and herd a muffled "okay see you later" we all went out side and i looked up to the room of the other house that was opposite to my room and saw that same brown hair and brown eyes looking at me. i blushed bad. and looked away
" so where do you guys want to go?" i asked micheal and jessica.
"umm lets take our car and we can just browse the town till something sparks our intrest" jessica said
i heard lizz squeak "shotgun!!" and she ran to the front then jessica laughed and we all got in the car.
i sat next to micheal and jessica started the car. we talked about random things then micheal got a txt message from this guy names william or something and we ended up going to taco bell.
