Jak and Daxter: The One(Jak love story) Chapter 9: Not So Happy Reunions

Three days later Jak took you to the race garage and as you walked in he said to a woman behind a curtain “We destroyed Krew’s cargo.” “Great I’ll send you a medal.” the woman said. Jak looked frustrated and said to her “Are you always this difficult?” “Let me handle this Jak.” Daxter said annoyed “Listen lady, we beat your stupid course and we can out race anybody in this city. And there’s just two things you need to know. One: We don’t want to join your stinkin’ race team... And Two: You just lost a date with orange lightning... Jak, _____ let’s go.”

Just as the three of you were about to leave a girl whom you’ve never seen before came out and said “Daxter! It is you! Oh I’m so glad to see your furry mug!” She then looked at you and asked “Who’s she?” “A friend.” Jak said “_____, this is Keira.” She looked at you with a glare.

Jak told her that He found her father and that she needed to go see him. She told the three of you that you needed to qualify for the class 3 race and that you could drive for her team. She also said she didn’t like Haven City and wanted to leave just as Krew came up to Jak saying “Jak, I need the ruby key you found. A special client has requested it.” Jak replied “Sorry about that Krew I... must have forgotten.” Jak gave the ruby key to Krew and you, Jak and Daxter went to race.

Once you were ready you waited for the race to start. The race had begun You and Jak were trying to avoid a collision with any reckless drivers that got in the way. Once it got around to the third lap you and Jak were in first and second place once again avoiding other drivers. It had come down to the last lap and Jak was still in front of you (barely).

Once you got back to the race garage Jak put the trophy next to Daxter “When is this city gonna provide some challenge huh?” Daxter said as Ashelin came in talking to both you and Jak. “Hey, I watched you race today. You were pretty amazing.” Jak looked at you as Keira once again glared and crossed her arms. Ashelin smiled at you as she left.

After Doing several more missions together you, Jak and Daxter went to the underground hideout where you saw your parents and sister. The three of you got out of the car you were in. Elizabeth came up to you as you parents glared “What are you doing here?" You asked them as Jak came up behind you. Your mom just slapped you and said “Just talking to Torn and now we are leaving." Your parents left with Elizabeth. You and Jak went in the underground hideout.

“The Baron’s coming down pretty hard what ever you two have been doing you've really upset em." Torn told you both "I'm just getting started." Jak answered. H'es brought in new Krimzon Guard HellCat Cruisers making the streets dangerous for the underground. We've already lost five men this week." Torn explained. "Your men should be able to take care of themselves... But ______ and I wouldn't mind taking out a few cruisers if that's what your getting at." Jak said. Never part of a bigger cause Jak...Fine I'll take your help any way I can get it. Bring down all five HellCat Cruisers. That should send the Baron a message."

You, Jak and Daxter went into the car you were in Jak drove as Daxter got out Jak's Blaster as you got out your own. Once you found the first HellCat you Daxter fired. Jak moved closer to the HellCat Once you took that one down you went for the other four.Once you were finished you went with Jak to Onins tent.
