"No fair. You put a cheat code on your nijah," you whined childishly.
"Don't act like I didn't see you give your nijah health four times, already." Matt defended.
"I had to protect sensi. Besides the friggin arrow warriors keep shooting me. Maybe, if someone was doing their job and killing them like they're suppose to I wouldn't have to use a cheat. And if gramps over here would walk faster maybe we would've passed this level." you complained.
He only chuckled.
"Humpp....." you said tugging on the controller harder. And attemptin to kill the sword men and stick people. (Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven)
You tried pressing square square square then circle to block. The swords men kept hitting you down the staris.
BOOM!
Your nijah caught on fire and went flying backwards. You had fallen into a trap.
You watched sadly while your nijah died and the screen showed Mission Failed.
You were upset so you threw the controller at the t.v. and sighed madly.
"Hey," Matt whined, "what did the t.v. ever do to you?"
"whatever."
"Awww.... Come on. Don't be such a sore loser Crhsta-," he started saying almost mockingly but you cut him off.
"Don't get to cocky maybe if you would've used stealth kill we would've won."
"They were all over the place. What was I suppose to do."
You only hupmed again upset. This use to be your favorite game. You were always getting Grand Master and secretly killing people. You weren't use to loosing much. Espeically Matt. Because he is always bragging.
"Come on. It's just a game."Matt said taking out the game and unplugging the game consolor from the t.v. and putting in his new XBOX360 and Maimi Vice video game.
You just stood up and grabbed your backpack.
"Where are you going?" He asked still playing his videogame and not even looking up from the screen.
"I'm gonna walk home," you said slightly tired.
He paused the game and looked up at the clock and then cocked up his eyebrow at you.
"At 12:34 in the morning?"
"I guess. I have to go home today. My mom wants to talk to me."
"why not talk to her over the phone?"
"She said it's kinda important." you say shrugging.
He only sighed putting down his cordless controller and stood up putting on his boots.
"Here, I'll give you a lift."
"No. Really I'm fine. I'm a big girl."
"Big Girls are smart enough to know not to walk home at passed midnight." he retorted.
"Fine." He grabbed the keys from the key chain holder and escorted you out the door and locked up.
You guys walked over to the elevator and you pressed level one, while Matt lite a ciggarate.
As the elevator door closed you frowned looking up at Matt.
"What's wrong?" he asked letting out a ouff of smoke while he spoke.
"Nothing." you lied.
He elbowed you.
"Really. what's wrong?"
"Nothing. Seriously." you say a bite more cheerfully and smilling. He just shrugged and blew another puff as the elevator door opened.
You walked over to Matts' car and hopped in and immediatley started getting youself cozzy and snugg as he got in a started to drive you home.
He started flipping threw about twohundred stations. You didn't really mind until you heard this one song. Your grabbed his wrist so he would top searching thew songs. He only smeriked and flashed a smile at you as he moved his hand away from yours to turn up the volume.
Shiny Toy Guns.
Rocketship.
You smiled back as you leaned on his arm and smiled and he smeirked.
And you fell asleep.
