We finally got out of the forest and we were on a boat, heading toward the land of waves. Kakashi was talking to Tazuna about the mission and I blocked everyone out. I sighed and a pain came to my head.
“What is this pain? It keeps getting worse.” I thought and winced. Luckily no one saw, because I was facing the direction that we were heading and everyone was facing the opposite direction. My vision became blurry and I saw myself falling off of an unfinished bridge. Then it vanished and I saw that we were just arriving at the dock. “What was that?” I thought. Just as we docked, I jumped out of the boat and felt a little dizzy, but I shook the feeling away.
“Aya, are you alright?” Sakura asked and this caused everyone to look at me.
“Yeah, I’m just fine.” I said.
“You just look a little pale and your eyes look blood shot.” She said.
“Wait did you say blood shot?” I asked.
“Yes, why?” she asked. I quickly turned around and looked at my reflection in the water.
“Just as I thought.” I said.
“What?” Naruto asked.
“If I don’t tell you then I will just be a burden, so I guess I have to tell you.” I said and turned around. “I’m going to be in a weak state for a while and I have to transform back to my original form.” I said.
“What do you mean?” Kakashi asked.
“It’s my bloodline, the Neko’s eye. Once it starts to develop, I have to revert back to my old self and I become weak. Depending on the person, depends on how weak they become.” I said and my body changed back. I still looked the same, except I had my black cat ears and tail.
“They’re so cute!” Sakura exclaimed.
My eye twitched and I said, “Let’s go, please.”
As we were walking through the forest, Kakashi yelled, “Everyone down now.” We all dropped to the ground, just as a large sword flew over us and stuck into a tree. Then a man landed on the sword. He wore purple- grey pants, black ninja shoes, white, with black cloud like forms, arm warmers. He also had a black strap connected to his pant that went up, around his neck, and connected at about the middle of his chest. He had bandages wrapped around, from the middle of his neck, to just above his nose, and he had a mist headband, with a slash through it, sideways on his head.
“Oh look who it is. I thought I would never see you again, Aya.” He said.
I stood up, growled, and said, “Same here, but I guess our paths crossed again. I will kill you this time, Zabuza.”
“You couldn’t last time, so what makes you think you can this time?” he asked.
“Because, I have my bloodline now!” I yelled and jumped to attack him.
“Aya stop!” Kakashi yelled, but it was too late. I was still too weak to be fighting and Zabuza hit me in the stomach and threw me to the side.
“I told you, you couldn’t kill me then, and you can’t kill me now.” Zabuza said. My eyes shut and everything became dark after that. When I woke up, I was under water, and then the water flowed away. “What happened?’ I mumbled to myself as I stood up. I looked and saw a boy, about my age with Zabuza over his shoulder. He had an Anbu masked on, and he was wearing brown pants, a brown turtle neck shirt, a green short- sleeved shirt over top the brown one, and sandals.
“Thank you.” He said and disappeared.
I walked over and asked, “What happened?”
“Aya you’re alright!” Naruto exclaimed and hugged me.
I blushed and stuttered, “N-Naruto please let g-go.”
“Sorry.” He said and stepped back, while rubbing the back of his head.
“So what happened?’ I asked again.
“We’ll explain later. Let’s just get to Tazuna’s house now.” Kakashi said. He took a step and fell to the ground.
“Kakashi-sensei are you alright?” Sakura asked.
“Yeah I just over used my Sharingan.” He said. I bent down and picked him up on my back. “Aya, what are you doing?” Kakashi asked.
“You can’t walk so someone has to carry you.” I said.
“But your still weak.” He said.
“I’ll be fine.” I said and started to walk.
