We walked into the lab where Cameron and Foreman were.
"He has a single bed." Chase said, making Foreman snort.
"They still make single beds?"
"I have a signle bed." I said.
"What does it matter you spend most of your time at House's." Cameron said, and I looked over at her.
"Could mean he just doesn't have sex, though there were condoms in the apartment." Chase said.
"House asked you to check out the home for toxins." Foreman said.
"No mold, no leaks, no pets." I said, and cracked my neck slightly when House walked in.
"MRI and LP are both inconclusive. Infection's still possible. Tumor’s less likely than-"
"DNA?" he cut Cameron off.
"Adrenomyeloneuropathy test was negative." Foreman said.
"DNA test again. Try Unverricht-Lundborg and late-onset Lafora's." House said, making foreman throw back his head in exasperation. House turned to leave.
"Genetic tests take forever. You can't just keep testing him for every inherited condition you think it might be." Chase protsted.
"Well, not me. I'll be leaving early. But you guys can." House said, before he left, making them glare at him. I sighed, and took off my jacket, and walked over, and started to do some testing.

The next day I walked into the office, and was greeted by House with: "What no skirt today?"
"It's cold." I said. "Besides I did my laundry last night. In case you were wondering why I didn't come around to get drunk off my ass with you and sleep on your couch." I took off my jacket, and hung it up.
"Damn and I thought maybe you were having hot lesbian sex with Cuddy." House said, and Cuddy and Chase looked at me. "And you forgot to invite me."
"Sorry House, she's not my type." I said sitting down.
"Cameron then?" he asked, and Chase looked at Cameron.
"With those chicken legs?" I guestured to Cameron's legs.
"Hey!" Cameron said.
"No offence. I bet they get lots of looks on the farm." I looked at her.
"I think her legs are fine." Chase said.
"You'd say anything for a peice of that." House said.
"Okay, can we get back to the case please?" Cameron asked.
"Shoot sunshine." I said, and she gave me a small glare, before she started to talk.
"He's unconscious and heading for a coma. He's at a four on the RLAS scale." House suddenly stopped, and looked like he was thinking but whatever he was thinking wasn't processing.
"Stop all treatment." House said.
"To see if this is a reaction to our meds?" Chase asked.
"Well, they obviously aren't helping. Given the fact that he's an alcoholic, there's a good chance his liver wasn't so hot when he came in. Anti-seizure drugs, they just pushed him over the edge." House said, and Foreman walked in.
"We take him off those meds, what do we put him on?" I asked.
"I was hoping you'd know." House said.
"May be academic, I just started him on dialysis." Foreman said.
"Kidney and liver failure; not too many people come back from that." Chase sighed.
"Trauma's out of the picture. Could still be an infection." Cameron threw out.
"Or neurological or-"
"Genetic." House cut off Foreman. "We need a better history." he suddenly limped out of the room, and we looked at each other, before I jumped up, and followed him out.
"Found him." I said walking over to the dispensary, and looking over the counter at House. "Whatcha doooin'?" I asked watching as he looked for something.
"Did you miss the part where the patient lost consciousness?" Chase asked, as House found what he was looking fo and threw it over his shoulder, at Foreman who caught it.
"L-Dopa?!" he read it.
"You're not waking Kyle. You're waking his father." Cameron said.
"I commend your observational skills." House said, before he limped away holding two other viles.
"You have no reason to think any manner of drugs will wake a man from a coma." Chase said as we followed House.
"Vegetative state. Much easier. This guy's no Terri Schiavo, his brain's all there, he moves around, muscles have barely atrophied, just waiting for a fairy-tale kiss. After Morgan does that, I stick a needle in him." House said.
"I'm not kissing him." I said rolling my eyes.
"Sure just like you weren't showing off your legs yesterday, and trying to draw attention to your chest with a tight sweater today." he said as we walked to Gabe's room.
"I seem to remember someone telling me to "Dress fun" on my first day. I showed off my legs, why not give my chest a chance?" I asked and he looked over at me, as I looked at him. "Why does my wardrobe concern you so much?"
"Gotta be familiar with what I'll be taking off later."
"In your dreams." I snapped.
"Did someone take an extra does of her Bitch pills today?" he asked.
"Yep. Deal with it." I said as we walked into the room, and over to the vegitated Gabe.
