The following day, Angela wandered into the kitchen, spotting Lupin at the table. He was scanning the Daily Prophet.
"Uncle Lupin." Angela called in a small voice.
Lupin looked up quickly, smiling over at Angela. "Hello, Angela." He laughed, "You haven't called me that in years. I'm glad you're speaking again."
Angela nodded, taking a seat next to him. "It was a bit selfish of me to not speak. I was hurting everyone."
Lupin patted her shoulder. "I'm sure they understood, though."
Angela shrugged. "They tried to."
Angela pulled something from her pocket. "Look what I found!"
Lupin chuckled, "I haven't seen this picture in ages."
"Keep it." Angela smiled.
Lupin looked up at her and smiled. "Thank you, Angela."
The two sat in silence for a moment.
"Do you need something else, Angela?" Lupin asked, taking a sip of his tea.
"Well, actually, I was wondering...." Angela took a deep breath. "Can I live with you this summer?"
Lupin choked on his tea. "What? Why? Aren't you staying here?" He asked.
"Yes, but I don't want to be a burden for them. They've done so much for me already. I know I'd be a burden for you, as well, but they have so many people to worry about."
"You're never a burden for me, Angela." Lupin said gently.
"So, I can live with you?" Angela asked hopefully.
Lupin thought about it for a moment. "No." He said simply.
"No? Why not?" Angela questioned.
"Your mother wanted you to stay here. She had her reasons and I am not going to disobey her wishes." Lupin said.
Angela hung her head and nodded.
"However, you are free to visit...anytime."
Angela hugged him. "Thank you, Uncle Lupin."
He hugged her tighter and nodded, a small smile on his face.

Ginny and Hermione were no where to be found; probably somewhere with Harry and Ron.
Angela sat on her bed, absent-mindedly scanning the pages of her Potions book.
There was a light tap on the door.
Angela cleared her throat. "Come in." She called.
Oliver slid in quickly and shut the door almost silently.
Angela smiled slightly. "Hello." She said as she closed her book.
Oliver sat down next to her on the bed, grabbing her hand almost instantly.
"What's up?" Angela asked awkwardly, staring up at him.
"About the other night..." Oliver started.
"Yes?" Angela replied.
"I would..er..like to make it official." Oliver said quietly.
"Wh-what?" Angela coughed.
"I'd like to make it official...But, if you don't want to..." Oliver said, scratching the back of his head.
"Are you serious?" Angela asked after a moment of silence.
"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" He replied.
"Because that's my kind of luck." She answered, chuckling.
"Well, I am completely and utterly serious." Oliver said.
"Well, then, okay. I would love to make it official." Angela said with a small smile.
Oliver grinned. "That's great!" He exclaimed, kissing her cheek. He jumped up from the bed.
"Where are you going?" Angela laughed.
"To get us some butterbeer of course! Be right back!" Oliver was out the door before he finished.
Angela sighed and stared at her lap. For a girl who was now dating the boy of her dreams, she felt suprisingly empty.

As the week went on, the emptiness did not depart. Now the holiday was over and it was time to return to Hogwarts.
Oliver lugged Angela's trunk down the stairs, Angela close behind him.
"C'mon everyone! Out to the car!" Mrs. Weasley exclaimed, ushering Ron, Hermione, and Ginny out the door.
Oliver sighed and led the way outside. He set the trunk in the back of the car, smiling over at Angela. "So this is goodbye..for now." He said sadly.
Angela shoved her hands into her pockets. "But we'll write and stuff, won't we?"
"Of course." Oliver said.
"Come on, Ange. We're going to be late!" Harry groaned from the backseat.
Oliver rolled his eyes and leaned in, kissing Angela quickly. "Have a fun semester."
"I'll try." Angela replied, sliding into the car next to Harry.
Angela looked over at Harry, who looked away quickly. "Someone is sure impatient today." She grumbled.
"I am just ready to get back to Hogwarts." He replied, glancing back at her.
Angela shrugged and stared out the window.
