The Bounty Hunter: Leland: Part 7

*At the mall*

So Baby Lyssa and I walk into “Live It Wet” a bathing suit store.

“Okay Lyssa the bathing suit I need has to be black and red,” I told her.

“Oh my god! How about this one?” Lyssa asks while holding up this gorgeous red and black vertically striped bikini. The sides were all string thin, not that thick bathing suit material. It tied in the back and would definitely make my body look rockin’.

“Okay, go grab one of the boys while I try it on so I can see what a guy would think of it,” I told her. While in the dressing room I was banging my head against the wall. How could I be so fuckin stupid? She is going to grab Leland.

*Baby Lyssa’s Point Of View*

I cannot believe she gave me this opportunity!! She knows I am going to pick Leland. She doesn’t see how great of a couple they would make….

“Hey Leland come over here!” I shouted.

“Yeah?” Leland asked.

“I need you to come in with me so you can tell Terra what you think of the bathing suit she is getting for the fight tomorrow,” I said.

“Um, why do I have to, can’t Justin do it? He would enjoy it more,” Leland wondered.

“You’re doing it because you’re my brother and I asked you to,” I stated, I always got him with this one.

We walked to where the dressing rooms are and waited for Terra to come out.

When Terra finally came out, she looked so good. I watched as Leland tried to hide his real thoughts, that was probably a good thing for me though being his sister and all.

Terra was so oblivious to it! She was strutting around doing the whole sign holding up walk and pose and Leland was dying to touch her.

How can they be so stupid?

*Back to my Point Of View*

“So do my boobs pop out at all on the bottom when I hold my arms up?” I asked Leland and Lyssa.

“No, not at all,” Lyssa said.

Leland just shook his head.

“No but I wish they did,” Justin said.

I just looked at him like what the hell dude.

“Well too damn bad huh?” I teased.

I changed back into my short, levi skirt that was frayed at the end and my gray long sleeved belly shirt.

After buying the bikini I headed to a salon in the mall.

“Hey Lyssa, do you think I should dye my hair differently now?” I wondered.

“Oh hell yeah! I can get mine touched up while yours is getting done,” she answered.

“That totally fits you Terra!” Lyssa exclaims.

“Why?” I ask while laughing at her enthusiasm.

“You are all fiery and have a major attitude,” she answered.

“Thanks, I guess,” I say while joining her in laughter.

We catch up to the boys.

They are playing around in a toy store.

“We can’t leave you boys alone anywhere can we?” I joked.

“My thoughts exactly,” Lyssa says.

“Whoa Terra. Like the new look,” Justin says while checking me out.

Leland just nods and turns away.

“Oh Lord It’s Been A Long Time..”

“Hello?” I ask.

“I know where you moved to and I have a score to settle with you,” a familiar voice says.

“Aren’t you still in prison prick?” I ask hopefully.

“I’ll be out in time for Valentine’s day baby!” he laughs.

*Click*

“We have to go guys…I need to talk to Beth…” I trailed off.

Everyone questioned me except Leland, I ignored them.

I drove frantically back to Da Kine.

“Dog is Beth here?!” I asked with a scared tone.

“She is in her office. What’s wrong?” He asked concerned.

I rushed to Beth’s office, not even bothering to knock.

“Whoa Terra! What’s up?” Beth asked.

“He called me. He is going to get me. He knows where I am. He said he’ll be out in time for Valentine’s day which is in two weeks. He said he has a score to settle,” I said shaking.

“Slow down. Who are you talking about?” Beth asked concerned.

“Cameron….” is all I said.

“Who is Cameron?” Beth asks.

“My ex boyfriend. He beat me because I wasn’t ready to have sex with him because I was raped when I was 7 and I wasn’t ready, I was scared. He stabbed me 3 times, my brothers saved me. He is in prison but he is getting out. He is going to “settle a score” with me,” I explained.

“Honey, I think it is time we got Dog involved in this,” she said.

“No, no I can’t tell him. Will you tell him for me?” I begged.

“Yes I will sweetie,” she said.

Beth held me while I cried for what felt like forever.

*knock knock*

“Is everything alright?” Dog asked.

“You need to come in here honey,” Beth said.

Dog walked in.

“What happened? Did someone hurt you?” Dog asked with worry filled eyes.

I was like a daughter to Dog, as he was like a father to me.

Beth explained everything to him.

“Lets go talk to the team,” Dog said softly.

“No!!! I don’t want them to know!” I yelled.

“I am not going to tell them, just come on,” h said while grabbing my hand.

I gathered myself up and had forced myself to stop crying.

“Team, gather around,” Dog told everyone.

I sat with Beth on the couch just letting her hold me.

“Guys, starting today every single one of you need to keep an eye on Terra. I don’t want her alone at any time. She is going to be staying and mine and Beth’s house from now on, only going to her house when she needs to grab something, but never alone,” Dog said with a strict, serious tone.

“What is going on?” Leland asked.

“Son, when Terra is ready, you will all know,” was all Dog said.
