~~Ryan's Point Of View~~
I got to Nikki and Eilfie's apartment and no one was there. I knew Eilfie was going to her family's house and Nikki probably was out getting some pop corn since we ate it all last time. Which was funny. I was there for about Fifteen minutes watching what ever Nikki had on which was the food network. Then I hear her walk threw the door and she is in tears. I wonder what happen and it better not be from Casey.
"Hey Ni…. What happened?" I asked her coming up to her.
"Casey…. I found out…. Stop Trying to protect me…."She said crying even harder. I got really mad then. She found out that he has been cheating and he probably still is. He said he wouldn't anymore. I seriously wanted to kick his butt. I got really red probably and I clenched my fist.
"Oh god. He is still doing it? I told him be better stop I so am going to…" I started but she stopped me.
"No. Stay here." She said clenching onto me. I held onto her back and she just cried onto my chest. Poor girl. I so should of stopped this. I so wish I did. Stupid me now look at her.
"Alright come sit down. You and the baby don't need all of this." I said leading her to the couch.
She pleaded to me for me to tell her all that happened. I had to tell her that I knew Casey was cheating and I caught him but he promised me he would stop cause he loved her then, she was just a toy to him I heard him say before. I told her all about how he just wanted in her pants and he got what he wanted. Probably was only staying cause he didn't want to pay child support and all. I could tell she was about to shed a whole lot more of tears but I reminded her of the good times and it was a little better.
I was about to tell her about how much I've gotten to love her but then there was a slam on the door. Then that is when I knew the stuff was going to hit the fan. I stood up and so did Nikki.
I told him he better get out of here. Then we had some more words then Nikki got into it yelling at him to get out. He said he really did love her. She said she couldn't trust him and all of this. Then I got back into it and we fought with words for a while longer. It went longer and longer then we heard a scream. And a stop. I knew that was a bad sign.
"WELL YOU SHOULD…." Casey started.
"SHUT UP. HOLY SH…." I started but ran over to Nikki. She was on the floor clenching her stomach. She had passed out.
"Call a ambulance NOW!" I yelled at Casey and he quickly got out his cell phone and called. I held onto her hand saying and praying You will be ok.
I was really worried. For a second all I could think about is how I wanted her to be ok and nothing bad to happen to her. I hope the baby is ok to. I tried to wake her up as much as I could but it just didn't happen. The ambulance arrived a little bit later and I rode with them. While they took her in there. I called everyone and then about 15 minutes later the whole gang was there.
Sergey, Heather, Eilfie, Katrina, Chris, Dave, and Casey where all there. Casey was more worried then most of us. But I knew he blew his chance just by cheating. He probably was going to try to get back with her but I was making sure that didn't happen. I went onto mobile aim while I was waiting and I seen my brother was on. Along with a couple of friends from South Carolina. My brother started to talk to me then I told him what happened. After that I didn't feel like talking to anyone I just felt like sitting there and waiting.
About a hour or so had passed after that and then we where called.
"Devilion?" A Doctor called out.
"Here." I got up as quick as I could and went over to him.
"Ms Devilion will be fine but there is bad news. She needs surgery, but it will be a easy procurer and it is so she could still have children."
"Thank heavens. How about the baby?"
"He is just fine. He is premature but he is fine. Would you like to see him."
"Yes. And when do we get to see Nikki."
"She will be out of surgery in a hour. Then you can. Would anyone else like to see the baby. Only 5 at a time and you cant touch its just look threw a glass." The doctor said.
"Let me get 4 more people and then we will go see the baby."
"Ok." The doctor said and I went over to everyone going to tell them the news.
"Alright everyone good and bad news. What first."
"Bad. Cause the good should cheer us up." Sergey said.
"Alright well she is in surgery getting repaired so she could still have kids. And the good news is she will be fine and the baby is fine." I said and everyone was relieved. Casey had tears in his eyes."
"Can we see them?" Casey asked.
"Yeah only 5 at a time can see the baby. She will be out of surgery in a hour."
"I want to go." Casey said.
"Me to." Eilfie and Sergey said.
"One more person." I said looking at everyone
"I'll go." Heather said.
So we all went up to the doctor and fallowed him. He took us to the maternity worde and showed us which one was Casey and Nikki's. The little boy all the way to the left. There was no name yet but it had the mothers name on it. Casey was all the way up to the glass. He has a smile on his face. The baby was so cute just laying there. His eyes where either staring at me or Casey. I looked at Casey who was looking at me. Eilfie came up behind me and put a hand on my shoulder.
The rest commented on how cute he was and everything. Casey went away and back to where everyone else was and the baby was still staring but now I knew it was at me. After a while I went back to. I sat down and a hour later we where able to see her and she was awake to. I walked in and seen her laying on the bed. She looked happy once she seen me. I went over there and gave her one of the biggest hugs I have ever gave anyone. She gave me a really tight one and she didn't want to let go. Everyone else came in including Casey. They all asked her how she felt and what she was going to name the kid.
"So what are you going to name it?" Dave asked. Everyone looked at her she looked at me then Casey.
"Well I don't know." She said. I looked at Casey. He looked at me and looked down.
"How about the name James or Frank. You said you loved them names." Casey said.
"Yeah I do." She said.
"I like James. Cause then you could call him Jimmy or Jimbo." I said and everyone laughed but Casey.
"True. I think we should go with that." Nikki said giggling a little.
"With your last name?" Casey asked.
"No. Yours. I think the kid should always have the dads last name. No matter who the dad is the last name should always be his."
"So its James Sanders?" Eilfie asked.
"James Franklin Sanders. So it combinds the two names I like." Nikki said.
"I like it." I said.
"Same." Everyone else said.
~~Nikki's Point of View~~
I just woke up from surgery and They told me my baby was fine. I was thinking about names until I seen Ryan come in. He came in with a worried smile. I smiled at him and he came over and hugged me tight. I hugged him as tight as I could. He let go and so did I. Everyone else pilled into the room even Casey. He has a worried look on his face and a sad one to. I sure as heck hope he dosnt start anything.
Everyone had asked from time to time for some names I should name the baby and all. Then Casey suggested the two names I have always loved. James and Frank. After I said what name I liked then I got asked the question of the last name. Of course I said Casey's cause hey I would never keep mine if I got married. Plus I think it is right if the kid has the fathers last name. I wouldn't want it any other way. I seen a smirk go on Casey's face when I said that. Everyone just looked at me weird.
The doctor came in and asked if I would like to see my son and I said sure. They brought him in and this is the first time I could hold or even see him. He was gourguis. He looked at me and had a quick laugh. But didn't keep his stare on me for long. He looked in to the back of the room where Casey, Eilfie, and Ryan where sitting. I tried to see which one he was staring at and I even asked at me. He just looked at me then back at the person he was staring at. Everyone was still talking about random things. Sergey was next to me on my left side. No one was on my right. Dave, Heather, and Katrina left. Then Eilfie went onto Sergey's said and talked to James a little bit. He stared at her and laughed for a little bit then Ryan came up to my right side. I seen that it was Ry the whole time that James has been staring at.
"I think someone likes you Ry." I told him
"I think so to. Hey bud" Ryan said and put his finger at James little hand and he clenched onto his finger. "Tight grip you got there." Ryan remarked and half of us laughed. I looked at Casey who was just looking at his cell in the corner probably seeing the time or trying to act occupied.
"Casey." I said. He just looked at me.
"Hmm?" He asked.
"Want to hold him?" I said and
"Yes." Casey said all happy and what not. He came up closer and picked him up.
"Make sure to hold is head." I told him
"I am" He said.
Looking at Casey you could see his eyes lit up and everything. He talked to him and made noises and James just laughed. I could see that Casey was having a great time just being able to see his son. I was happy just to see him happy. I know he cheated on me and all but I couldn't keep our son away from his dad. Its just un civilized. After a while I asked who else would love to hold him and Ryan wanted to. Ryan was sitting down next to me so Casey handed the baby over to Ry.
Ryan held him how he was suppose to. I could see he was happy just to be holding him. I seen James stare at Ryan like he was something special to him and Ry was his daddy. The doctor came in later and told me I could leave the hospital tomorrow with my son.
Ryan offered since he had a extra room in his house that we could move everything there instead of cramp up Eilfie and my appartment. The only thing was I would have to sleep with Ryan or the couch. I didn't know what to decide. Ryan said you have no decision and your doing it. So I guess I was. Ryan has always been good to me and what ever I wanted to do. He supported me threw it all even sometimes it was a epic fail. He still told me to keep trying. Now I asked him if this is what he wanted me to do and if it would make him happy. He said yes so I did it. As long as it made him happy I would cause for all the things he has dong for me I have to do something to make him happy at least.
The next day James and I got to go home. Well to Ry and Sergey's. I walked into the room and it was a blue with everything set up. I looked around after setting James in his crib. Everything was in place how I would imagine it. Ryan and I besides James where the only ones in the room. I went up to the crib and seen James taking a little nap.
~~~1 year later~~~
"Come on Jimmy come to mama" I called my son to crawl to me on the floor.
"That kid is a speed demon." Ryan said standing above me.
Alright well in this whole year a lot has happened actually. A couple months after Jimmy here was born I haven't talked to Casey. He didn't call me so I never called him. No one talked about him so no one cared it seemed. He was just disappeared with out actually disappearing. It actually got weird and I got worried since he hasn't called, or even written to me to ask how his son was doing.
Then one day I got a call. It wasn't from any number I knew. It was him but he wasn't even in Pennsylvania. He was actually in Denver since they signed him. He wasn't going to be a quarterback he was going to be a Wide Receiver. I congratulated him and told him all that has been happening with Jimmy. He wished he could be there and kept saying sorry to how he was with me. I told him he lost his chance and I cant go back with him.
Now he calls at least once a week and asks me what goes on with him and how everyone is doing. He said he wouldn't make it for Christmas but he told me to wish Jimmy one for him he said one to me and to the rest of the gang over here.
With me and the girls we are abut the same as we have always been. Sergey and I are still like brother and sister. He is Uncle Serge to jimmy. When Jimmy can speak he will at least call him that. We do have a dog in the house but it is only the one I bought Ryan for this years Christmas gift. Surprisingly keeping the dog in Sergey's room till it has to go to the bathroom is a good idea cause Ryan still has no clue. Which is good.
Now Ryan and I have gotten even closer. Yeah the first couple of weeks sleeping in the same bed as him where weird. Yes I still like him and to this very day. The first night it was hard to go asleep. So many things went threw my head. What if I hold him what I if I do all of this cause im use to it. The thing was I didn't hold him or anything. He held me. It was weird. The months went by we got closer and I told him everything that happened to me and everything we know everything A to Z for each other which was weird but cool.
Well now its Christmas Day and everyone is here opening presents. Well its Going to be Jimmy, Sergey, Ryan, then Me. Since I did want to go last. Jimmy got some clothes and some toys that he would like. Sergey was next and he got some money, gift cards and a couple nice shirts. Ryan was next. He opened all the cards first and got money. Then he got a cross necklace, shoes, and a book. Then I told him to wait a second. Sergey was holding Jimmy. I went up stairs and picked The dog up. Then I told him to close his eyes before I entered the room I set the dog on his lap and it licked Ryan he opened the eyes and they got wide.
I knew how much he wanted a dog and he looked at me and thanked me so much. I asked him what he would name him and he said Xander. That name was original.
I opened my gifts next. I got some clothes, books, money, and a very pretty necklace from Ryan. It had a heart with dimonds that where red. Which was one of my favorite colors. Then I opened cards. I opened them all getting money then there was one from Casey.
"I wonder what he would want." I said allowed.
"Open it and read it." Ryan motioned me to hury.
"Ok it says…..
