We are taking a two-week vacation in the Utah snow. The kids are excited to fly because they get to do extra things like watch DVD's and play video games which they don't usually get time for when we stay home. I get to sit back, nap, and read a book, and I love the plane too: once everyone is settled into their seats, with their electronic entertainment. No CNBC. There is no Bloomberg. No phone. No email. This is our first family ski trip since we've relocated from CO to UT.
-Smile- Mimi and I hope the trip is worth all the work, she's been slaving for weeks to get ready. Now it's like starting over,we had everything totally "dialed in" in Vail. I can rest easier once I know how everything works, such as drop off and pick up times, where to look for or replace lost items, and after deciding what to do once they are done skiing. I'm sure it's going all turn out fine. I look forward to watching Rachel ski. It was too hard on her last year, she was two and not even in preshool. For ski school she wasn't ready. This year should be a lot easier, and she's going to be so cute!
