My Life as a Invisible {Welcome Ms.Invisible}

Have you ever seen the movie ‘John Tucker Must Die’? Well either the director has been recording my life or I have the worst life ever. You see I’m like Kate in that movie, never been notice for me anyway but unlike Kate, I have 2 older siblings. The oldest, Michael, is like Mr. Adonis, while the middle is my sister, Bethany, Ms. Popularity, and then there’s me, Ms. Invisible, yeah so life is hard on me. My parents you don’t even want know here it is short and sweet. Mom=Model and Dad=Greek god. There. Yeah I think I’m the plainest of my family, I’m 5’7, Blonde straight hair, Blue eyes, and average weight. Nothing really special and yes I’m getting to the ‘John Tucker’ in my life his name is Alexander Jacobs. He has the usual great body, great hair, loaded, and you know the rest. If I’m even noticed its because of my siblings so other than that I’m completely invisible even my own parents don’t notice and honestly I’m fine with that. I kind of think maybe I was adopted, also kind of hoping that its true. My name is Rayelise June Summers. Well let me shut up and lets start this story.

I was sleeping soundly on my king size bed ‘best thing of being rich big rooms with big beds’ “Rayelise wake up its time for school!” I bolt up to see my personal maid ‘Elizabeth’, she’s the one that pretty much took care of me as a little kid so I think of her as my mother, “Hey Beth where’s the fire?” she sighs “Come on Rayelise time to go to school” I stand up and stretch “You mean hell” she smiles at me. I head into my bathroom take a shower, brush my teeth, brush my hair, and go to the bathroom. “So Beth, are Demon and Witch up?” she giggles at the nicknames of my siblings because that’s what they really are behind closed doors. “They are up and have already left for school” I smirk to myself ‘Good’ I don’t hate my sibling I just don’t like them at all. I get up put on a long sleeve white shirt low cut with a fuchsia tank under it. A pair of jeans with rips on the knees and my favorite pair of black converse. Beth smiles at me “Have a good day at school” I grunt ‘yeah that’s impossible’.

[At School]

I was walking the halls just trying to get to my locker, but no such luck. My siblings and Alexander Jacobs are in the hallway and they choose the area with my locker in to stop and be asked stuff. ‘My life sucks’ I say screw it I have chemistry 1st period anyway and I’m pretty good at so I’ll manage. As I was walking to chem. Lab I saw the same 4 girls at the movie theaters, I work at, with Alex. I figured he broke up with them and went to the next but in fact he’s dating all four at the same time. It really doesn’t surprise me my brother does the same exact thing except he brings them home, if you know what I mean. I don’t quiet care. I won’t feel a bit of pity on the girls or Alexander.

Chemistry was boring as usual and the only different thing was that a guy with brown hair and blond streaks talked to me and asked me to be his partner, I said sure, but it was very weird no one talks to me because I thought I was invisible. Next I have gym, great huh funny thing is I like sports I’m just never picked to play any sport since I’m invisible, I head to the locker room to change into my gym outfit, which consist of a dark blue tank top that stops right after my belly button and long white sweat pants. Once I walked into the gym I see a way bigger class than usual as I sit down, Ms. Nelson walks in yelling at the top of her lungs ‘Dear God I think my ears are bleeding!’, Coach Baxter is in the hospital so we are combining the gym classes together” I zone her out after that she’s choosing teams I was about to go to sleep when I hear “You in blue tank your on this side!” I stand and walk over to my place. I look around me I see all of Alex’s Girls ‘I have no luck do I?’ Teach blew the whistle to start the game, and as Ms. Cheerleader was going to serve when a girl with short red hair was talking to a friend about something the only part I caught was “I’m dating Alexander Jacobs” I guess Cheerleader heard it and pegged her right in the head. Red turns around “What was that for?” Cheer walks up to her and starts pushing her “You saying your dating Alex Jacobs, he’s my man now back off!” then a chick with black hair and blue streaks steps into the fight claiming she’s dating Alex, then a girl with blonde hair steps into the fight. Its getting pretty bad ‘Man where is a camera when you need one?’ I see Ms. Nelson trying to split the fight. I step in to try and help but no luck. I’m getting pegged by volleyballs, smacked, and getting hit by a cart of Volleyballs. I am pissed, I grab teach’s whistle blow it. “You are all beating the shit out of each other over a dumbass guy!” By now Ms. Nelson’s face is beat red “Language! Detention!” She points to me and Alex’s 4 girls. ‘Just freaking great’. After my last class I head toward the library. I get inside and look around, I see a guy listening to music on the computer and he’s singing along to it, he has black hair with blue tips, spikey I would like to point out. “Hey is this where detention is?” the guy jumps a little “Oh hey didn’t know anyone was here, what did you say?” I sigh “Is this where detention is?” he looks at me like I just escaped from a psycho ward. “Your actually early for detention?” I smile a little “Hey it beats being at home” he looks me up and down, I look out the window to see the one, the only Alex. “Ugh dumbass” the dude looks up at me, then follows my way of vision “First time I haven’t heard a girl swoon over him” I nod “Yeah well I guess I’m used to it” I look back out into the hallway to see my siblings coming “Damn it!” I duck under the table, the dude looks over the counter “What are you doing its only Bethany and Michael” I nod my head “Exactly, are they gone?” he looks back and sees that all three of them are gone “Yeah” I stand up “Sorry about that its just I would be in a lot of trouble if those two know I’m in detention” he raises one of his eyebrows “Why would that be?” I sigh “They’re my older siblings” he stares at me shocked “Really?” I nod “Unfortunately yes” he starts laughing “What’s so funny?” he wipes away a tear “Its just you all look nothing alike” I smile “Secretly hoping I’m adopted” he smiles “My names Lance” I roll my eyes “Rayelise, call me Raye” he smirks “So what did you do to get detention?” I sit down at one of the tables in the front “I tried to help stop a fight, got pissed and cursed at the girls fighting” he nods “Well Raye I hope you have fun” I laugh “Oh I will” he starts playing some music, I recognized since I had the song on my I-pod “Umbrella by All Time Low?” he looks at me and smirks “Yeah, how did you know?” I lay my head down on my arms “Have it” He smiles “See ya Raye” I wave lazily “See ya Lance” I pull out a note book to start drawing. Yeah that’s my little talent or hobby, I draw a lot and I’ll admit I’m pretty good at it. As I start my picture the other girls start walking in all glaring at each other. The principle walks in with a folder under his arm “Welcome to detention Ladies, now no talking” he walks out, and as soon as he does the girls all huddle around each other talking how they talked to Alex earlier, I mumble “retards” under my breath and I guess they heard me because right after I said that they all looked at me “Do you have something to say?” Cheerleader snaps with her attitude ‘I bet her bark is worse than her bite’ I sit up “Yeah I called you all retarded” they glare at me, Red stands and gets in my face “Who are you?” I look her straight in the eyes lazily “I’m Rayelise, you stupid plastic” she looks startled someone would say that “Now let go of my shirt” I slap her hand “Now if you want to get back at Alex, humiliate him” they look at me like I’m some sort of scientific genius. “How would we do that?” chick with the black hair “Well break his heart or start spreading a rumor for starters” they nod “What’s your name again?” I was about to say it but the principle walks back in “No talking” I shrug my shoulders, I go back to my drawing which is a ocean like scene with dolphins and fish swimming around. Once the clock in the library rang for 4:00, we got to leave. As I was heading toward the parking lot I was stopped. Its all of Alex’s chicks “Hey what’s your name, Cell number and address. I shake my head “I’ll give you my name and cell that’s it” they nod “My name is Rayelise but call me Raye and my Cell number is 321-486-9924” they nod and walk off ‘Thank God I’m free’ I head over to my skate board, Yeah I know you all were probably thinking like a sports car or a limo, but no its just a skate board I got signed by Tony Hawk. I skate back home the long way and on my way to the bookstore. I crashed into some guy “Sorry dude are you ok?” he looks up and honestly I think my heart skipped a beat. This dude was hot, he had brown hair that had some fiery red streaks and had the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen. “I’m fine are you ok?” I nod “Yeah you kind of broke the major impact” he smiles “That’s ok names Blake” I smile a little “Names Raye” he leans a little closer than comfort “Pretty name” I back up a step “Thanks, I got to go so see ya” he nods “See ya” I head toward the book store, hoping they have my new drawing book in. I run inside Books-A-Million, head to the counter “Hey Raye” I see my favorite clerk working today “Hey James, did my drawing book come in?” he smiles and walks into the back, he comes out with my book, he smiles “Here it is” I smile digging in my pocket to get the money when I felt a hand on my shoulder “Here Raye, I’ll pay for you” I smile “You don’t have to” he nods “I know, I want to” I roll my eyes “Is that what you say to your girlfriends?” I start laughing and so does he “No now get out of here before I change my mind” I smile “Bye James and thanks” I walk out heading home.

[James Pov] Stupid, stupid Ugh I’m going to miss my chance with her if I keep doing this. I’ve liked Raye since we first meet.

(Last year) I was heading to work after school man that place sucks, but I at least have a ok job, its at Books-A-Million. It’s kind of cool because I get discounts and I like to read so I usually have a good book to read so that’s cool, but man I want a girl that likes me for me not for what I look like, if I’m rich and stuff like that. That’s why I dumped my last girlfriend; she wanted me for my Reputation at school. I guess I’m meant to be alone. Oh well got to get to work, as I’m sitting there reading one of my latest books I see a girl with dirty blonde hair walk in. ‘Wow she’s pretty’ I shake my head ‘No James you can’t do that again’ I’m still scolding myself silently, the girl with the blonde hair is at the counter staring at me like I’m crazy “Hey dude are you okay?” I nod “I’m fine” she smirks “Sure dude, whatever can you check me out?” I nod “Yeah” she hands me her books, she has 3 drawing book, 3 reading books, and a learn how to speak Greek book. “You draw, read, and are trying to be bilingual?” she smiles slightly ‘Holy crap my heart skipped a beat!’ “Yeah I love to draw, reading is for when I’m done drawing, and I have to learn Greek for a report” I smile this chick is very different “Wow that’s a lot what’s your name?” she raises one of her eyebrows “Well” she leans over the counter to read my name tag “James, I’m Rayelise call me that and I will hurt you” I chuckle at this “Little you will fight big me?” she rolls her eyes “Just cause you’re a fat ass doesn’t mean I can’t beat you” my eyes widen at her comment “I’m not fat” She laughs “Whatever you say Sherlock” I laugh “Well if I can’t call you your name, what am I supposed to call you?” she stares at me like I’m an idiot “Raye” I smile “Raye, I like that” she smiles lightly ‘I think I swallowed a group of butterflies’ I check out her books “That’s going to be $35.68” she digs in her pocket for her money, she pulls out some she counts it up then curses “Damn I only got 28 dollars that sucks guess I got to put back one of the drawing books, as she goes to grab the book I slap her hand “What the hell was that for?” she’s glaring at me, I smirk “I’ll start a tab for you” she brightens up “Thank you James” I smile back “No problem, so hand over the $28 dollars and your free to go” she laughs a little “Okay sir” she hands over so I hand her the bag of book. ”See you later James” she waves back at me as she walks out of the store. I just stand there stunned out of mind ‘Oh my God, I think I just meet the girl of my dreams!’

After that I’ve always tried to impress her but its kind of hard since I don’t go to the same school ‘Maybe I can transfer’ I nod at that idea ‘But she probably already has a boyfriend’ I shake my head ‘No even if she does I’ll maker her fall for me’ Wow that sounded weird didn’t it? I know she has like a gorgeous family her sister tries to hit on me but all of my affection is for Raye. I just hope I won’t have a lot of competition for her.

[Normal Pov] I made it home, not like anyone in the house would notice. “Rayelise get up here!” Oh God evil sis wants me. I slowly walk up the stairs to her room, did I mention its all pink? Yeah its like Pepto-Bismol threw up on the walls. “Yeah what do ya want?” Bethany glares at me “I need you to stop talking to Dane” I look confused at her “Who the hell is Dane?” she looks at me, like I’m hiding something from her “Don’t play stupid with me, Dane is your chemistry partner!” It snaps in my head “Bethany he asked me to be his partner you got a problem with it then go talk to him” I turn to head out of her bedroom, when I feel something hit the back of my head. She smirks back at me, I’m glaring daggers at her and pick up the lotion bottle and chuck it at her face, her face was priceless, I walk out heading into my room, lock the door, and go on my computer. I check my e-mail and see 4 messages ‘Wow that’s a record’ I click the first one and see its from Ms. Cheerleader.

Dear Raye, I’m going to need your help with taking Alex Jacobs down, so where going to meet at my house Saturday okay? You can spend the night at my house Friday if you want. Please respond. From Katy.

I shake my head ‘How did she get my e-mail?’ I shrug it off I click the next one its from the chick with the black hair.

Dear Raye, You are going to help me destroy Alex Jacobs, whether you like it or not! But whatever me and the others have decided to work together and were going to meet at Katy’s house well meet you there see ya From, Melisa.

I start laughing wow these girls really want to kill Alex, this is going to be fun. I start messing with my I-pod so I can listen to it. I out it on shuffle and the first song that pops up is ‘Hot N’ Cold by Katy Perry’ I click on Red’s e-mail.

Dear Raye, Your going to spend the night a Katy’s house on Friday so bring your stuff. From Heather.

I laugh I think these girls are all the same person I mean come on who send pretty much the same news to the same girl? I’m not going to even bother with reading the other one. I walk down stairs to see Mom and Dad sitting at the table talking. I head over to the fridge grab a Pepsi and was about to walk to the table “Yes Sir?” he sighs “Rayelise you know we love you right?” I nod “Yeah why?” my eyes widen a bit “You two aren’t getting a divorce are you?” they shake their heads “No, we have something important to tell you” I’m sitting there trying to figure out what is up. “Am I adopted?” their eyes widen “Why would you think such a thing?” Mom sounded kind of offended “Well you two are gorgeous and Michael and Bethany are gorgeous, I’m just so plain” they look sadly at me, maybe I don’t give my parents enough props, they do care I guess I just don’t notice since I’m used to being all by myself. “Honey we love you its just that we may send you and your siblings to a boarding school in England” my eyes widen ‘No freaking way!’ “But I don’t want to, please Mom, Dad don’t make me, I have one best friend and I’d rather not lose such a good friend when I’m usually invisible” they look at each other, Mom looks at me with a smile “Ok you can stay” I smile brightly “thank you thank you!” they smile “But you have to say goodbye to your brother and sister, since they have no choice” I don’t think my smile could have gotten any bigger “Okay I will” I pretty much skip up to my room ‘No more Bethany, No more Michael and No more damn Preps.’ I think that was the best night of my life.
