Allow me to explain how I finally got fit at middle age. The most thing of all was that I was determined not to fail. I was feed up with failing at getting in shape for my whole life.

Then my fat started to come off. Then I lost more weight as time went on.I realized if I kept the same routine, the fat would keep dropping off.
