Jake's POV

Iwatched as Emily left with Nova then turned back to Sam. "Why did Emily have to tell Nova! Now she's going to want to know and that will mess up this whole secret over time." I muttured to Sam. "Hey she's not the one who imprinted!" Sam said in a very protective voice. I looked over as my father wheeled over. "Don't yell at me dad Sam is yelling at me." I muttured, Sam was yelling at me through my mind,things I couldn't say aloud with my father near. "Why Jacob..." My father said. "I don'thave much choice in this! At least you've met her before." I said. "Once when she was 6 months old Jake, I know you can't control that but I can't believe it." My dad said sighing. "Alright well Sam, do you think that I should tell her what all of this means, and about our being werewolfs." I said and my eyes looked over at my home and I saw Nova walk past the window and started to smile but I then fround slightly turning back to Sam. "You should get to know her first but don't you dare tell her anything to soon Jacob!" Sam warned me. I rolled my eyes. "Okay but I'm going to go see her." I muttured before walking inside then going to look for her.

Nova's POV

I walked with Emily and looked around Jacob's home as we walked. Emily stopped at one room and smiled and opened the door. "Well this will be your room, it's Jacob's older sisters old room." She said and smiled at me again. "Thank you very much for helping me but I would really like to know what imprinting means..." I asked looking over at Emily, I had gotten somewhat used to her face but not completly. "I am sorry, I would like to tell you but I think that Jake will want to tell you what that means. Don't worry you will figure it out." Emily said and smiled waving slightly before she turned and left. I sighed and set down my backpack and turned to look out the window. I saw Jake smile at me and I smiled back and waved slightly. I then turned back and unpacked a few of my things before I heard someone at the door. I turned my head and saw Jake I smiled slightly and walked over. "Hey Jake." I said and hugged him. I then looked up at him and he sighed, knowing what I wanted to ask. "It's like love atfirst sight but it's even more, um effective, obvious, stronger. I don't know how to describe it." Jake said. I smiled slightly and looked donw at the ground and my face started to get very warm and I knew that it was a deep red color. I looked up at him and sighed softly. I was unaware of what to say as I looked up at him. Jake then pulled me close and I started to freak out but I didn't show it. He then leaned down and lifted my chin and kissed me! I couldn't believe what he was doing but I kissed him back.He then quickly let go of me and laughed nervously as his father wheeled by. "Hello Jake, Nova." He said. I waited until he left then I started to laugh. "So why did you kiss me?"I asked Jake. "Idon't know." Jake said smiling.
