[Ch3] Power Of the Five: Book One- Water

My sense of touch came first, I was being carried by someone, they smelt nice too, kinda like melted chocolate and cinnamon. Their clothes were soft and considering how curvy the waist was, it was a woman, maybe a teenager.
Wind blew and carressed my skin like a mother's hands, I was surprised I could remember, I had never been held like that by my mother since I was five.
And then came my hearing, gentle and soft chattering, the voices were familiar, like the one in my dream.
They sounded like Lolita, Tanaka, Obana, Kakashi and Itachi...
My eyes shot open and I gripped onto the neck of the peron carring me piggy-back style. "Wha- what's going on?"
"Yamashita... let go... can't breathe!" I quicikly let go, and there they were. Obana, Lolita and Aneko wearing their dresses.

I was being carried by Tanaka, she was wearing her orange dress and I was wearing my blue one, I felt so tiny under their stares and my tiny eleven year old hands clung to the fabric of Tanaka's dress. I pressed closer to the older girl's back, feeling scared.
But hey, I had just been turned into my eleven year old self wih the mind of a fifteen year old, small and denfenseless against an ANBU and the Genious of the Uchiha Clan, Uchiha Itachi.
This must be before Itachi kills his Clan with Madara. I thought to myself, clinging even tighter to Tanaka's dress.
"Hey don't worry kiddo, they're not gonna kill ya." Tanaka said, giggling and I whacked her on the back of her head.
"It's bad enough you're calling me squirt, now kiddo?" I hissed, making Tanaka sweat drop.
"Hey Yama-chan, you ok?" I blinked and then smiled at Lolita, jumping off from Tanaka's back.
"Hi ya!" I squeaked, grabbing both girl's wrist and moving forwards, thinking that Itachi, Kakashi and Tanaka would follow me.
"Uh Fuuka-san, you're going the wrong way." Itachi said, making me stop dead in my tracks, which ofcourse made Lolita and Obana to walk into me.
"Oof!" I fell over with my two friends on top. I looked up at Tanaka, Itachi and Kakashi. "Hehe, I knew that!"
Tanaka giggled, helping us up. "Come on squirt, before you hurt yourself."
"I'm NOT a SQUIRT and I'll hurt YOU!" I cried, giving her an angry look as she just laughed, Lolita and Obana laughing too. "You twits." I hissed under my breath, a blush rising to my cheeks from embarrassment.
We continued on, Tanaka was happily chatting with Kakashi, making him chuckle every now and then, he was reading his pervy book.
Obana and Lolita were trying to make Itachi smile, failing miserably. However it made me laugh, the feel of that eleven year old playfulness ran through me as I ran forward towards a tree.
"Hey Lolita, Obana, I bet I'll get to the top before you!" I yelled, laughing as I jumped up, climbing like a monkey.
"No fair, you got a head start!" Lolita yelled, I looked down to see her and Obana start climbing.
"We're supposed to take you to the Hokage." Kakashi said boredly as Itachi raised an eyebrow at me.
"Oh let them have some fun, besides, Yama-chan never had a proper childhood thanks to her mother, let her have a chance to be a kid again."
I turned and continued to climb, ignoring Tanaka. I didn't WANT to remember about my mother, my childhood...
But you do remember, it's stuck in your brain. I ignored Rokubi and forced myself to giggle and smile down at Obana and Lolita.
"I'm gonna beat you!" I yelled to them, climbing faster.
"Not if I can help it!" Obana yelled to me, she started to climb faster. I had a sudden feeling of panic, some was gonna happen, not good either.
Suddenly, the branch Obana stood on snapped under her weight.
"OBANA!" Tanaka yelled, she screamed as she fell. Thinking quickly, I jumped off the branch, falling fast. I grabbed her wrist with my left hand and grabbed another branch with my right. I grunted when we suddenly stopped, the force making my arm socket feel like it got an electric shock.
"Where would you be without me?" I asked Obana, who was still shaking in shock.
"Hey you ok?" Kakashi asked us as Itachi jumped onto the branch I held onto and took Obana and carried her down. I climbed down the rest of the way, Lolita was climbing down too now, fun was over.
Obana almost died... and I saved her...
Pat on the back for you kit, you won a medal. Hearing Rokubi's sarcastic comment I blinked and reminded myself where I was.
"Whoa, nice stunt Yama-chan." Lolita told me with a grin as she and I high-fived.
"Hey Yamashita-san?" I turned to Kakashi. "Have you ever thought of becoming a ninja?"
"Me, a ninja?!" I exclaimed, excitment running over my face. "Cool, when do I start huh?" I asked.
"Can we too?" Tanaka asked as she wrapped her arms around Lolita, Obana and me.
"Well, you can try." Kakashi replied, Itachi just watched from the sidelines.
Being in Tanaka's arms with Obana and Lolita... it felt like I had a family again, a proper one.
It feels nice, does it not, Kit? I didn't argue with Rokubi. It felt nice, having a family, one with no arguements, discriminating members because of their beliefs or because they were different...
This was a true family.
"Cool, Yama-chan, Lolita-chan, you're my rivals as best kunoichi of Konoha!" Obana exclaimed happily.
"Oi what about me runt!" Tanaka asked, getting Obana in a head lock and ruffling her hair.
"Aeeeeee, I'm no runt! Let go!"
Lolita grabbed on Tanaka's arm and I jumped on Tanaka's back, laughing.
Yeah, this is a true family...
