• What is the website age? Buying a website that is less than one year old will usually be a huge mistake. Typically, you should look for websites that are at least two years old. You may also want to check the site’s true age on Archive.org.
• Are the content and the website unique? Bear in mind that there are countless sites online that look exactly the same. You want to purchase a website that is unique with some time and effort put into building it.
• How many links are pointing to a website? Values below 100 links indicate that the owner did not spend much time on link building. You definitely want to buy website that features over 1000 links.
