► Super Junior - Why I Like you
Love Game Part 10
Tyler’s POV
It started to rain harder. I stopped and started to look around. Where is she…? I thought to myself. I continued to run around the school. “Ashley!” I called out to her. No response. I continued to search around the school. I was soaking wet. “Ashley!” I called out to her again. Still nothing. I ran another lap around the school then I found a person running a head. I ran up to them.
Ashley’s POV
I heard footsteps coming my way. I didn’t want to look back at him. I decided to run off. I was soaked from head to toe and I was freezing. “Ashley!” someone said grabbing my shoulders. It was Tyler. “Ashley, why are you doing this to me?” he asked me.
I didn’t say anything.
“Ashley why?” he said looking into my eyes. My tears continued to fall.
“Because…” was all I manage to say.
“Because doesn’t answer my question.” He said calmly. He said wiping my tears away. I was surprised that he was able to see my tears from all the rain. I pushed him away I started running off. “Ashley!” he yelled out after I ran fifteen meters. I stopped with my back faced to him. “Why are you like this?” he asked me.
“Because!” was all I can yell out.
“Give me more than a because.” He said.
“Because is all I can say!” I said finally turning around.
“Why?” he asked taking steps closer.
“Because…” I paused, “Because I can’t accept the fact that had fallen for you!” I yelled out.
Tyler’s POV
“Because…” she paused, “Because I can’t accept the fact that had fallen for you!” she yelled out.
“Ashley, why can’t you accept that?” I asked.
“Because you’re a basketball player and I’m nobody. Sometimes I think you’re just playing a love game with me. I can’t accept the fact that I’ve fallen head over heels for someone like you.” She said I can see the tears going down her face.
“Please. Can you just be yourself again?” I pleaded her.
“Love is not something you can just look through or get over. It’s like saying ‘I’ve fallen head over heels for you. It’s no big deal’,” She paused, “Once you’re in love it’s hard to get out.”
“Ashley, why did I want to get to know you? Because I wanted to get to know my future wife.” I said.
“Now that’s Cliché.” She said. Yes the old Ashley is back, I thought to myself.
“Stop making me suffer and come here.” I said giving her open arms.
She ran up to me and leaped on me. She was still crying. “I now know why I can’t accept the fact that I’ve fallen for you.” She said.
“Why?” I asked her.
“Because you’re too good for me.” She said.
I laughed, “That can’t be it.”
“It is. I’m so sorry, that I love you.” She said. Bingo, I thought to myself.
