This heartbeat I was listening to wasn't that of the human girl I was cursed to love. No. It was that of the monster inside her. But then that means that Emily isn't the one because she's not human. Maryan, unable to speak because she was crying so much, nodded her head. The grey wolf howled. Maryan screamed and covered her ears.

"Stop it!" Ryan growled. "Can't you see your scaring her!"

"Then let me do it." The same words came out of Hannah's mouth but they belong to Zack. We all watched helplessly as Zack took over. Maryan cried as her sister fought for control of the body. When Zack finally took over he smiled evily at Maryan. Maryan's tears dried up and her hands ball into fists.

"You sick leech." Maryan hissed throw her teeth. "You enjoy hurting her."

"I enjoy hurting everyone!" Zack beamed then turn to face Ryan. "There's only one thing the bitch and I agree on. Ryan should pay for what he tried to do to poor weak Maryan."

Maryan growled and lunge for Zack the same time the white wolf did. Zack laughed and jumped out of the way. Maryan jumped up after him and grabbed his foot. Zack hissed and tried kicking her off. "LET GO OF ME!!!" Zack roared trying to get free.

Maryan placed a hand over his eyes. She whispered a few words in a different language. Zack stop fighting and started snoring. Maryan released him and stood up.

"What did you do?" Alex asked poking Zack's head.

"I used an old sleeping spell on him." Maryan said looking up at the sky. "I didn't what to fight him because I was afraid I might hurt Hannah."

"What about Emily?" I asked.

"It's almost morning." She whispered closing her eyes. "She'll be back. She'll be back."

The sun rose and shined down on the ground around Maryan. I and Seth hissed and back away. Alec helped Alex pull Zack away from the sun light. The wolf laughed at us. I forced my eyes on Maryan. She shined like a diamond and looked like an angel. Her eyes were closed and her arms out in the air.

"I've forgoten..." Maryan breathed. "....how good....the sun feels..." I watched dazzled as her grey hair turned brown. Her skin went from a ghostly white to a peach color. Emily gasped and collapsed to the ground.

"EMILY!" Seth and I screamed running towards her. We stopped when we were about a foot away from her. The sun was too strong we'll burn to death.

"So this is her?" I watched helplessly as Ryan, in his human form, walked into the light and stood in front of Emily. "She's so beautiful." I growled as his eyes wonder her body.

I turn to attack Ryan next but he was gone along with the white wolf and Emily.

"Hey guys come on. Relax we'll find her." Alec said backing away from us.

Alex, with Zack on his back, backed away too. Seth roar and ran into the woods. I roar and sucked the little blood that remain in the wolf before running after my brother like a mad man. I'll find you Emily. I'll get you back. Even if I have to kill everything and everyone who tries to get in my way.
