Slytherin Baby (Draco Malfoy)-12
“Um, Angela darling, what’s wrong with your stomach?” your mother asked.
You looked over at your father, who had looked extremely angry. This is it. You’re done. Who knows what they’ll do to you.
“Take a wild guess.” You told your mother.
Tears started to form in her eyes. “No! No, you can’t be! You’re my little girl. My innocent little girl! Who did this to you?!” She screamed.
You looked over at Draco and saw him with his parents. He looked at you and glared, saying that you better not tell them.
“Angela?!” your mother yelled. “Answer me!”
“Young lady answer your mother!!” your father finally yelled.
You were about to answer when Lucius and Narcissa interrupted. “Elizabeth, Henry (your dad), me and Narcissa have just learned some interesting news. Would you care to tell them?” Lucius said looking at Draco. Draco looked scared, a first.
“Well?” your father asked, looking at Draco.
“Uh I-I” he stuttered.
“He impregnated your daughter!” Lucius yelled.
Your mother burst into tears and your father looked furious. You turned slowly to look at Draco’s parents. Narcissa looked extremely disappointed and Lucius looked ten times furious then your father. Once your mother was able to talk, she said “We’ll settle this tonight. The Malfoys will come over for dinner and we will discuss this.”
Lucius’s face was almost red. He had no intention of being part of this, just like Draco, but said “I suppose.” And he walked away with his family.
On the way back to your house, your parents couldn’t look at you. Your mother was still crying and your father was in disbelief. Once at the manor, one of the house elves took your suitcases to your room and you started to unpack, tears rolling down your eyes.
The Malfoy’s were scheduled to be at your house at 7pm and it was 4pm now. You decided to take a long bubble bath and try to keep yourself together. It was too hard, even though you haven’t exactly discussed it with your parents, it killed you to see your mother so unhappy and your father so infuriated. You stepped out of the tub and into your bedroom, starting on your make-up. Once done, you fixed your hair and changed into a silk, dark blue dress, not too fancy, but not too casual either, and slipped into matching heels. You looked at yourself in your full length mirror, the bump that was sticking out looked so out of place. You were 16 years old and pregnant and that disgusted you. You couldn’t look at yourself any longer so walked out of the room, down the stairs, and saw them sitting in the parlor, in complete silence.
“My goodness, it’s about time!” your mother said, avoiding the real problem. “Now we can eat.”
You walked to the dining room feeling very uncomfortable. You just wanted to get this over with. Let the anger and hatred explode out of them now. You sat next to, unfortunately, Draco, his parents opposite you, and yours on either end of the table. Halfway through dinner no one was talking and silence was killing you. It was too awkward to bear so you said “Can we just get this over with? I’m just as uncomfortable as any of you, but the silence is killing me!”
“How could you do this Angela?!” your mother cried. “I thought I raised you right! And now you don’t even have the decency to tell me or your father!”
“I’m so sorry.” You said quietly.
“Apologizing doesn’t change anything! How could you not have been careful?!” she yelled.
“It’s not completely my fault! Draco has just as much part in this as I do!”
“You should have been the smarter one!” your mom yelled. “You’re too young to be a mother Angela.”
“You don’t think I know that?” you said, starting to cry. “I didn’t ask for this. I don’t want this! But I have no choice now! I have to do this! I can’t runaway from it! And I know you’re angry at me, but this isn’t entirely my fault!”
Your father looked at you with sad eyes and said “We know this isn’t your entire fault, but you do have a big part in it. It’s too late to have it taken care of, so you will have to take care of this child.”
“And Draco?” Narcissa asked.
“He already decided that he doesn’t want a part of this.” You said, still crying.
“Nonsense.” Lucius said. “He may be too young to be a father, but a real man faces his mistakes.”
“Father!” Draco yelled.
“Silence! You have embarrassed this family enough and running away from your mistakes makes us look even worse and you a coward!”
Draco looked incredibly pissed off so he got up and stormed out of the house. “We’ll go now, but keep us informed.” Narcissa said as she walked out with her husband.
“That’s it?” you asked. “You’re not going to hit me or kick me out of the house?”
“Angela, follow me.” Your father said getting up from his seat and walking toward the staircase with your mother following behind.
You followed your parents to the second floor and to a door that was right next to yours. You opened the door and gasped. It was a nursery.
“You knew all along?”
“Yes.” Your parents said at the same time.
“Who told you?”
“Anna. She sent us a letter.” Your mother said.
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“We wanted to surprise you.”
“Did Draco’s parents know?”
“No, we thought they should find out for themselves.” Your father said.
“So you’re not mad?”
“We were disappointed at first, but then we realized that you’re mature and responsible enough to take care of a baby.” Your mother said.
You ran and hugged them. You couldn’t have been happier. You were so afraid of them being angry and they completely understood. *I better thank Anna* you thought to yourself.
You walked to your room, changed into pajamas and slipped under the covers with a smile on your face.
